Advanced PMU is the only place I trust with my brows. Before finding Anna, I had worked with another permanent makeup artist who had unfortunately left my brows with bad scarring. Anna uses her expert knowledge, experience, skills, and diligence to work with the scars and is able to create beautiful, natural, long lasting powder brows.I always look forward to my visits. The facility is clean, chic, and uplifting. Shout out to Diana--who is also an amazing artist--for her support as she is the one making sure all my visits run smooth. I highly recommend making an appointment to get a facial by Erin as she transformed my dry, dull skin into super hydrated, “glass” skin. Shes the best!I inquired through Instagram, and her response was so quick! She was so friendly and approachable which made me feel like I will love the environment they have.I was reconsidering being trained by her because of the distance but Im so glad I still went. I dont drive yet. So I had to bus and train for 3 hours to come see her and it was the best decision I had ever made this year! ❤She was so understanding with some personal matter and even offered some help to make it easier for me and so I could continue to do my course with her.When I arrived, Anna and Diana were so nice and welcoming! ❤I learnt a lot of techniques from Anna. Also consider different styles. Anna mostly does more soft, natural brows but she can also do saturated looks if you prefer. Other artists may do their own styles/expertises only. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a 1.5-hour facial with Erin, and it was genuinely an amazing experience. The products she used were high quality; I noticed a significant improvement in my skins appearance. My pores, in particular, looked noticeably reduced after the session. She also does a massage during the treatment, which was so relaxing. For those considering a facial treatment that aims not only to improve skin condition but also offers a moment of tranquility, Erins service is worth trying.P.s. My eyeliner was also done at Advanced PMU by Diana and it’s absolutely perfection. She’s so light handed and explains everything so you understand what exactly you’re getting. No pain at all during service and I love waking up with perfect eyeliner that never smears!

I am starting my permanent makeup and tattoo venture with Anna, I am so glad I picked her as my trainer after doing so much research. She is knowledgeable about good and bad practices in the longevity of tattoo-ing, because lasting results matter! Diana is delightful and is there for everything you need. The training is relaxed and fun, and you are can continue to practice / shadow with them until you’re confident in your skill. I had my brows done in ombre powder and they look amazing!

I just got my facial done from Erin, and it was an amazing experience. I’ve been to many different facial places and Erin is the best one so far. Her extractions are just perfect, honestly. She’s amazing with massages as well, great experience as well. My face feels so glowy and clean, no scars or red marks, I feel amazing. 10/10 experience, I’m definitely going again.

I’m so grateful that I found Advanced PMU. I decided to switch careers into PMU and found myself overwhelmed with how many other PMU educators there were out there. I had a gut feeling that Ana would be the right instructor for me and boy am I glad I listened to my heart. She is an incredible teacher and is backed by many years of experience. Due to that she is so helpful to her students on what mistakes not to make when it comes to PMU. She is incredibly generous with her knowledge and always so happy to help you practice and grow. After learning all about the insides of PMU I am now aware of how great of an artist she is along with her right hand Diana. They both have extremely high standards and skill along with the upmost integrity when it comes to their service and work. I went to get my brows done by Diana about a month ago and to this day I’m still blown away by how perfect my brows look. I love how natural they look and how perfectly they complement my face. I told her I wanted something natural, nothing too extreme and she came through with my brow transformation! She’s skilled and professional and genuinely cares about what her clients want in terms of brows. You will walk out of her office like a brand new woman, She is the best in the game-If you want bomb looking brows, she’s the one!

I have had eyeliner placed before a two different businesses .And both in woodland hills with prominent listings online .My experiences at both was not so good. Very inflexible with appointments with limited choices.Also both had no flexibilty on price as I only wanted the lower eyelids done and the one business said you have to pay for top and bottom no break on price for only bottom. I said its half the work. They said full pricePMU was great. Diane was so friendly and they worked with me on time that worked. Ann, who did the work was very nice and professional and in comparison to the last two places, with little pain. She did a great job at a lower price than the other two . I will definitely be back for more services. Bravo. 5 stars

I’ve had my eyebrows tattooed (a few times), micro bladed (a couple times), so this isn’t my first rodeo! This year I was up for a refresh and I’ve heard so many great things about Anna at Advanced PMU and after checking their IG page out, I was blown away with every post there. I grabbed an appointment and must say… Anna is a true professional. A master of her craft. She’s a perfectionist and precise in every way. She doesn’t skip a beat and doesn’t skimp on precision. I’m not an easy critic, but I love my brows!!! So much that I got my eyeliner work done here too. This would be my second attempt (the first was years ago and the experience was excruciatingly painful!)- Anna was telling me how she uses a very different technique that is almost painless… the lady doesn’t lie! She’s so thoughtful throughout the whole process- asking every few mins of I was doing okay and oof!! The eyes be poppin’ now! Love them and would recommend Anna to everyone I know! The staff there is amazing- all professionals, yet so much fun! Take my word- go make an appointment here. You won’t be disappointed.

I have combination skin, so it can be tricky when it comes to permanent makeup, but she really took her time and made sure I was comfortable. I can’t express how ecstatic I am about my new brows! I took Anna’s SMP and the total PMU training course and I am so grateful to have met such a wonderful teacher and mentor. This was my first PMU class so I was super nervous and wasn’t sure what to expect. In the beginning I was so nervous my hands couldn’t stop shaking. Anna pulled me aside and took the time to show me everything from start to finish (again), with complete guidance and patience and made sure I understood everything clearly, pushing me out of my comfort zone and helping me be more confidence! In efforts to find ways to conduct the SMP treatment quickly, there has been numerous attempts and new techniques developed for this but the reviews on them have been disappointing until I met Anna.Her technique may take some time, but her focus to details in delivering the exact expression with the right technique, has so many positive feedback coming back from all her customers which was very reassuring.Anna’s dedication to always think from the customer’s perspective is truly inspiring.I’m just extremely grateful that I’ve met an educator who is always thinking and educating from her students’ perspective.

I had my eyebrows done by Ana last May 2019, I had a great experience and I’m so happy with her work. I got so many compliments from my friends and other people that see my eyebrows. I followed Anna online for a few years before deciding to do training with her. I am so happy I finally reached out and did it! Her knowledge is unparalleled in the PMU industry. Anna is such a patient teacher. She kept working with me until I really understood every aspect of permanent makeup from holding the machine to color theory to taking the best photos to showcase my work. I just got ombre shading by Diana and I love it! Diana was super nice and she was super detailed throughout the whole process. I was really nervous and debated getting my eyebrows done for years, but after being recommended and seeing the work from Advanced PMU, I finally decided to take the leap. I am so glad I did. I’ve been wanting some type of permanent makeup for several years now but could not find someone that I felt I could trust with something as personal as my face. I resigned myself to thinking I would have to wait until I visited Korea but I happened to find Anna via Instagram (my friend follows her) and was able to book my appointment. I loved that she was quick to communicate and sent me all pre-procedure information so that I was aware of the preparation needed for success. When we met in person I knew I was in good hands. She is a sincere and effective listener and I felt that my needs and concerns were her top priority during the entire session. I could tell from our conversation that she really enjoys sharing knowledge and is passionate about education. During the procedures for my eyebrows and lip blush she was checking in on me to make sure I was comfortable at all times. The final result is exactly what I had hoped for. I did ombré shading, semi permanent eyebrow makeup with Erin and had a great experience. Prior to my appointment, I was provided prep and after care instructions which was very informative and helpful. Erin has great skill and did the shape of my eye brows perfectly. I love the look of it and would recommend Erin to anyone looking to do ombré shading for their eyebrows!

I got my eyebrows micro-bladed/shaded with Ana and could not be more happy with the results! I get so many compliments about how natural they look! She made sure they were exactly what I wanted before she did them and I love them so much! I also got my lip shading done by Ana as well and am so happy with how they turned out. I came upon Anna’s Instagram while searching for a trustworthy and professional place where I can get my eyebrows done. I was lucky enough to be chosen to be a model for her to teach her students.At first, I had so many questions and concerns running through my head. “Will this hurt?”, “What if I don’t like it?”, and etc. Special shoutout to Diana for answering all my countless amount of questions and concerns. I took Anna’s training courses and was able to learn how to perform permanent makeup, eyebrow shading, microblading, and scalp micro pigmentation from her! She is a great teacher and is very 1 on 1 with her students, making sure we understand the material. She also gives great advice on starting and managing a business. So I had microblading & microshading done 1.5yrs ago. It looked bad so I was looking for someone to fix them and luckily found advanced PMU! My coworker Nancy recommended them after getting her brows and eyeliner done. I got them done today and I’m in love with them!! Diana did an amazing job and walked me through everything she was doing. As well as letting me know why she shaped them the way she did! Definitely recommend Diana!

I learned very nice powdery look Ombre brows skill, how to draw easy brows mapping and lots of her secret techniques. I absolutely adore my experience at Advanced PMU by Anna An. I truly feel that I’m ready to take on this business now only after a few days! Unbelievable! If you are looking to getting into the brow game, you better make sure to take her courses. Just finished the Total PMU training course with instructors Anna and Rahee and couldnt be happier with the education and friendships I gained here. I was so nervous before the first day of class because I had no prior experience working/practicing PMU but both instructors really helped create a comfortable environment for the students. Hours felt like minutes because we were constantly learning something or practicing alongside the instructors. I loved that it was a small, intimate class (4-5 students) because each student was given proper guidance and attention that other courses dont offer. I loved my experience here and cant wait to go back for a Microblading course with Anna! Definitely recommend this academy for anyone that wants to learn or further their skills/education!

I was trained by Anna for scalp micropigmentation. On top of being knowledgeable and a patient instructor, she was so sweet and welcoming each day. I trained with Ana and I have to say she was lovely! Kind, supportive, knowledgable, passionate, super friendly, light hearted and approachable. Shes also happy to help guide you answering any questions long after training is over. I came from Canada to train with her because I had a good feeling about her and I was happy I did. Ive been searching FOREVER for someone to do my eyebrows, but its so difficult to find someone who can draw the perfect arch... but Anna knew exactly what I meant and she gave me the perfect brows with the perfect arch!! Anna was such a great SMP trainer and was very informative with her techniques. I dont think I would have gained the same knowledge from a different SMP trainer. The training itself was short but was straight to the point and very helpful. I felt ready and confident to take on clients right after I completed the training. Thank you so much!

First and foremost, my eyebrows look spectacular. I get so many complements, people tell me women should leave their eyebrows more natural like mine, little do they know my beauty secret ANNA!!!! Absolutely obsessed with the work that I received! Ive been following Anna for quite some time and always admired her work. I was ready to take her class last year, but the pandemic happened and I lost my chance but when I heard she was coming to NY, I registered right away and I am so glad I did!Her work and everything that everyone has been saying about her was more than true and I couldnt be happier to have learned from someone so knowledgeable like Anna!Not only does she teach you the correct way of SMP, but she really goes out of her way to teach you every piece of knowledge she has. You can tell that your success is her mission and she really looks out for you.Thank you again, Anna!!For anyone who is thinking of taking a PMU class, this is the one you want to take. Anna, what can I say? SHE IS A TOTAL GENIUS.Anna is the sweetest, patient, talented teacher. I took a microblading/ombre shading class with her last year. She taught me everything I know about microblading today. She is super talented and helps every step of the way. Even after I finished my class, she still answers all my questions and makes sure to keep a relationship with her students which is honestly super helpful.She came back to NYC a year later and still contacted me to let me sit in one other other classes to refresh my memory on microblading and let me practice on another model. What more can you ask for?? I knew that if I wanted my brows done, it had to be Anna who does them. So here is a picture of my before and after. I thoughtI had pretty okay eyebrows to begin with but clearly not after I saw what microblading can do to them. I am so happy with the way they turned out and I cannot be more grateful to have a teacher like Anna.

I did FUE hair transplant 6 months ago and my DR recommended me to do SMP to complete the look, I Found Anna on Yelp after reading her amazing reviews, I’m beyond happy with my results I already referred some of my friends to her that are super happy as well, if you are looking for SMP specialist Anna is as good as it gets!
