Advanced Plumbing is an incredible company and one that we trust as a church to take care of all of our plumbing needs. When we found out our 80 year sewer system needed to be overhauled from Terra Cotta pipes, to galvanized steal, and neglect over the years, we were overwhelmed by the size the scope of the project. The team worked incredibly hard, explained everything well, and diligently completed the project by pulling 260 feet of new sewer lines and installing 6 new clean outs. We are grateful to Bill, Fernando, Anthony, and the whole team at Advanced Plumbing for the service that they provided.

Great service from Vernon and John who came out quickly and professionally. I had a leak in my main line of my yard and they assessed the problem that a portion was compromised by a tree. They gave me options to fix a portion of the line or to re-do the whole line which was recommended. I didn’t have the financial means to do the latter and they understood and didn’t pressure me and got right to fixing it. They where very helpful in showing what they were doing every step of they way and made sure l was confident in their ability to get the job done. There price was very reasonable and straight forward. Cyrstal the representative on the line was awesome to put the right person at the right place to help me same day and calmed me to let know l would be taken care of and l definitely was. Thank you so much for your help and would definitely recommend. And the are Diamond Certified !!!!

Fernando did amazing work tonight. He took a late night emergency job on a Friday night. It wasn’t an easy job but he made it happen. There were no complaints and he was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He had to work into the evening hours but he did great work. Thanks for getting the water back on. He’s a class act and does really great work. If Fernando shows up your work will be done right. He was great about explaining everything and walked me through what was needed. Amazing job Fernando! Eddie was very friendly, fast and efficient. He assessed, located, and fixed the source of the leak in our garage quickly. Beyond that, he spotted a corroded pipe on our water heater which we had not even identified ourselves, and was able to swap that out and assess a bathroom for future work we are looking to have done — all in very little time! Great experience interacting with him and getting quick and satisfactory results.

I have been a loyal customer of Advanced Plumbing for several years. I recently had a toilet replaced by Vernon and his partner. They weren’t available to come out the day I called so we set up an appointment for the following day at 11AM and I received a call in the morning informing me that a rep would be able to come even earlier than expected - which was great because we had to shut off the water due to a broken shower valve. Vernon arrived and was very informative and professional. He was a joy to have around and did fantastic work.

Advanced Plumbing came as a recommendation from another local plumbing service that could not accommodate my need. I am very happy with the service and the rec. Vernon was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to care about solving my problem. He took a lot of pride in his work and did not leave until he was confident in the fix and of my satisfaction. At first, I admit, I thought the quote was a touch high, but seeing the amount of work he (and his trainee, sorry I forgot the name!) put in, and the extra detail and service, convinced me this was the right move and the right spend. I had a great experience with Advanced Plumbing 7 Rooter Service. My garbage disposal was having problems. Max came to inspect it to see if it could be fixed, but he confirmed our fears that the life of the machine had come to an end. Max was able to replace the garbage disposal that same day, so our kitchen was ready for dinner that night. Also, I appreciate that Max put sleeves over his boots before he stepped foot in our home.

I had the best experience with our plumber and the solution today., I felt grateful for the straight answers and quality work that I received. My technicians name is Carl and he was patient and willing to troubleshoot two problems with me And I felt confident that his answers were honest. Regarding the garbage disposal, we did not have to replace the unit. Regarding the water heater we did. The unit was 10 years old and he not only replaced it but He explained the questions I had about the banging sounds, sediment and flushing, connection to water filtration, etc. As a homeowner I’m always eager to learn how to prepare, prevent and do better. He spoke highly of the company that he works for and the owner, Their values and ethics.. That speaks volumes. I will definitely use them in the future and refer them to friends and family. Ten stars! We had super tricky clog in our kitchen line. Advanced Plumbing and Rooter was able to send someone out same day (probably not always possible). Eddie was awesome. He was tenacious and when the clog wasnt resolved going through the laundry clean-out, he went through the kitchen sink pipes directly (after having to remove the garbage disposal) to snake even further. He got the back-up and was very cautious not get the snake line stuck (a costly issue). He tested thoroughly before calling the job successful.

The plumber that came was very informative and took pictures and even though the toilet was working again, he still went through and flushed multiple times to make sure it worked continuously. He also informed me about the different parts and possibly what parts I need in the future for my specific toilet too. Really great service!

Horrible! If you want to quickly throw away your money, go here! They charged me $125 just to take a quick look at my clogged drain—it barely took 10 minutes. I was initially told Id get $50 off as a first-time customer, but when I decided not to go ahead with their additional > $600 quote for just a try that wasn’t even guaranteed, they suddenly insisted on charging the full $125 without the discount. Felt like a total rip-off.BTW, I suggest you search for other plumbers unless you want make your day worse. Unlike Advanced Plumbing, I found one fixed my problem, they don’t charge you for just “checking” and won’t charge you if they can’t make it work. Most importantly, their employees are much much more polite and honest. Just a few more google search, you can find better One.

Came back the next day and took on a very difficult job under the house. Removed all excess water and contaminated soil. Totally prepped the work area. Removed all fittings and damaged pipes. Replace with new ABS and shored up the strapping. Did a complete test with all fixtures running and flushing the toilets. Work held up to everything running at the same time. Then backfilled areas where soil was removed. After spending most of a day under the house. Finished with a great attitude and level of professionalism! You get what you pay for! Jose our technician was very helpful in clearing our kitchen sink and laundry room drain. He communicated well with me and worked very efficiently. The only thing that we weren’t satisfied about was that we weren’t asked when we made the appointment how we intended to pay. If we had been asked we would have been told about the 3% credit card convenience fee you charge for credit card payments. This was very disappointing to us and left us with the thought that we don’t want to use Advanced Plumbing and Rooter in the future.

Anthony came over and viewed damage to our garage ceiling which may have been caused by a leaking toilet seal. He recommended opening up the drywall to visually inspect the situation, and we were able to confirm the leaking from the toilet (versus a broken pipe). Then he replaced the wax ring, and sealed the toilet (with enough confirmation flushing in order to make sure that the leak was finally sealed). All this within 3 hours, and a year long warranty along with it for some peace of mind

Many times when service folks come they are only interested in selling you stuff you don’t need or not really engaging. Fernando did neither. Fernando was our angel from heaven who helped us resolve a massive water leak. Other companies would not help us or could not provide a complete service and Advanced Plumbing came to the rescue. But Fernando himself is worth mentioning. He was extremely professional, courteous, patient and kind. He got the job done with a can-do attitude, and kept with us through the monitoring stage (24hrs) even came back in the evening to check, to make sure that there was no more leak detected. In a world where good service is hard to find, Advanced Plumbing is a shining star. They gave me their recommendation and an estimate on the cost, they even asked if I had a specific toilet I wanted to replace my old one, I appreciated them asking for my input. Once we decided they went out to get the toilet came back and went to work. They did the work in the bathroom first then the work under the sink. At 4:00 on a Friday, we discovered we did not have hot water coming from our tankless water heater. We called several plumbing companies who all said they were closing at 5:00 and couldnt come out until Monday. When I called Advanced Plumbing, the woman in the office said she would make some phone calls to see if she could find one of their employees to help us. She called back to say one of their guys agreed to work late to take a look at it. He fixed it within an hour. We were so grateful we didnt have to go the weekend with no hot water. The nature of the leak in our main waterline is complicated. Anthony has set up a temporary bypass so that we have water while they work on it. My appointment was between 2-4pm and Eddie promptly arrived at 1:45. Eddie was thorough in his inspection and uncovered one bathroom had a sink that was almost blocked. My original problem was both my shower and tub were not draining. Eddie unclogged the drain within a half hour. FYI, This company has an expensive pricing structure. They took two toilets out for us and conducted a snake job and charged us a $1,550. They did camera the line, told us they did not charge for that. Other companies charge between $300 to $500 for one toilet dismount and snake on a weekend (I heard from a mom friend who did it recently). They charged a $26 for fuel from San Ramon to Dublin! The most expensive plumbing in the area is saviour plumbing who charges you around $160 for the first hour and then every half hour is about $80 or so. This crew spent a total of 1.5 to 2hours at my house. The bill did not fix our issue and we were quoted about 10k or 15k for the next solution if problem persists.

The tech that came out was great. Im not rating his service. Im rating the customer service I received on the phone. We were set for a morning appointment, between 8-10 am. No call, no show. Water heater work was done decently well as it passed inspection. Problem is with the business practices. Inflated prices on items that arent covered under home warranty, for example $80 for 3 small pieces of PVC pipe and 5 minutes of work with the addition of a condescending explanation of the mark up. I was able to have a thorough conversation with the inspector while inspecting the completed work. His opinion matched mine, along with a third opinion, this was minimum work to pass inspection. He did mention some items where installed correctly ll such as the gas sediment trap.My biggest issue is the astronomical prices for simple elements of the project that fit outside of a home warranty claim and justify the price as expertise. Im sure the home warranty doesnt give top dollar for your services. I appreciate the willingness to make it right. The source of the water leak was a real mystery. After eliminating several possibilities, Eddie and Augusto narrowed it down to the main water line that was buried under a thick slab of concrete. The best solution was to bypass it with an above ground copper pipe. It had to go around a shed and several corners but the soldering and measurement were done perfectly.

They are professional and can be handy if you have an emergency, but they are pricey. I had an unclog drain problem and they charged me 99 for the visit and quoted upwards of another 260 to do the job. There are other local certified plumbers who would do the job for much less (worked out cheaper even after paying $99 visit fee to them!)

Arturo was the representative that installed a new water heater. He even tested the old one - relit it, heard it was leaking down on the flame 🔥 and explained why I needed a new one.I explained that I wanted to watch, ask questions and learn, not to be there to supervise. I live in an apartment.He was very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. He also answered all of my questions and after it was installed, Arturo explained the whole system to me - the water pipes and gas line and the process. He put everything back that he moved in order to work. He was above and beyond in his job. Thank you for hiring him.

Tim was very efficient, polite and conscientious.He texted me photos of kitchen faucets, asked me to text photos of my existing faucet and it’s plumbing, let me know when he would arrive and performed professionally when here.Tim explained clearly what needed to happen and then replaced the faucet with the one I picked out.He left the kitchen clean and dry!

Some of the services are randomly very expensive, but you can opt out of anything you dont want to go through with. Otherwise had a great experience, the plumbers were prompt, kind, and easy to work with.

My sewer line was completely clogged for both bathrooms. Technician arrived within 1 hour. They got it cleared on the 3rd try, as both size snakes didnt work, so had to leave for the night. They returned in the morning with hydro jet and got the line cleared. On time, friendly, explained things well.

We called Hurst Plumbing to fix a drain blockage, they came out twice and failed to ever provide a written quote. They cleared initial blockage but told us that more needed to be repaired and would cost about $9,000 the next two times we talked to them the price increased by $5,000 each time and still no written quote. The tech was suppose to call an hour before returning and did not. The owner told my husband he was rude to his techs he was not I heard the whole conversation. Avoid this company at all costs

Bill and his team are fantastic. They came and fixed all the problems created by my general contractor...which we many and varied.They fixed an install error on a tankless water heater, serviced my existing tankless water heaters, corrected multiple install issues with general plumbing (including a large sewage pipe under the house). The list goes on. I will only call Bill and his team for my plumbing needs in the future.They do it right the first time, on time and very professionally. I wish every vendor could be like them.
