My wife and I bought a new build near Elk Grove so the backyard was all dirt. We called a couple of places but once we met with Lucy the landscape designer we knew we found the company wed go with. Lucy was very attentive to what we envisioned our backyard to look like. She made a quick sketch that matched our vision. A month later their installation team built the design.Everyone in their team was extremely kind and hardworking. We are very happy with our new backyard. We definitely recommend Advanced Pavers & Landscape for your landscape needs.

Edgar, Lacey, Lucy and Caleb, basically the team from Advanced Pavers are just exceptional!! We got quite a lot of work done from them Hardscaping and landscaping in our backyard, widening of our front yard cementing our side yard and a custom built fire pit as well. Everything was done to our satisfaction and on time. They were very helpful, understanding and accommodating when my wife made some last minute changes to the plan... I would recommend Advanced Pavers for all your Hardscaping and Landscaping needs. It was a pleasure and total satisfaction working with them.

We really enjoyed working with Lucy and Advanced Pavers redoing our backyard patio/hardscape, and our backyard turned out great! Lucy was flexible with our schedule, came out on a Saturday morning to give us a quote, and was super accommodating to our suggestions/wants and getting the design absolutely perfect. The job was done in a timely and professional manner and the office was easy to schedule and coordinate with as well. We even had some unforeseen plumbing/pipe issues (redoing an old house in Sac we budgeted for something coming up) and they were able to connect us with a plumber to come out the next day to get it taken care of for a fair price and keep the project on schedule. Would highly recommend Advanced Pavers!

I was lucky enough to stop at Advanced Pavers and Landscape booth at the home and garden expo. There were many options at the expo and I was lucky to talk with Lucy who was able to quickly schedule an appointment to take a look at my yard the following week.Lucy came and talked to me about options, drawing out different designs for my backyard. She listened to everything I wanted, shared her opinions and information of what might work best for my yard and lifestyle. She was patient with me,I never felt rushed and she designed exactly what I wanted.After I finally made a decision she put things in motion. Install day came, the crew was quick, efficient and professional. It was done in a blink of an eye! Ever since it was finished we have spent so much time outside in our new yard. As much as possible! I didnt expect to enjoy it as much as I do. But the love is strong 😊. I will definitely call them when I want to do more work.Thanks Lucy! If I didnt connect with you I would be locked away inside on beautiful days staring at my yard and not enjoying it like I am now!

I highly recommend Advanced Pavers and Landscape for your next project. You can see from my photos that my project turned out spectacular. I liked how the company sends a designer to talk to me about the scope of work and reviews the plan if I have one or if you don’t have a plan, helps me figure out what you need for the backyard. In my case, the designer, Lacy came over and she helped me finalize the finish of my plan. She gave a price quote and I reduced my scope of work to fit in my budget which Lacy helped me to prioritize. A lot of contractors underestimate the price and ended up charging the customer and some even intentionally leave some items out of the initial quote and charge extra. I expected that and set aside an additional 10% of the budget but Lacy’s quote was honest that was exactly what I paid in the end with no surprise. My project manager was Caleb and the paver crew was Valdo’s team. On the first day of the groundbreaking, they set up a porta-potty and PG&E staff came out to mark gas lines. Very professional, the screw marked the construction area for neighbors to watch out for. Valdo’s team has been installing pavers for 25+ years and they were so good. Everything was graded 1% for drainage and the groundbreaking to completion took only 7 business days. They weren’t rushing, they were very focused. No loud music or joking around, the team was very focused to get work done right. I really like how Valdo’s team was asking a lot of questions on the plan because that shows they read plans also the project manager Caleb came by every day to check on the status and quality of work. During construction, I got feedback on the plan from Caleb and Valdo; and some changes occurred but my final price was the same as the initial price quote. Every staff was happy working for the company and they delivered a very detailed finish. I love the result and I am looking forward to creating memories with my family in my new backyard.

Hey there!I just wanted to express my excellent experience with Advanced Pavers & Landscape. For some background, I recently made the move from the Bay Area to the Folsom into a new build., I was excited to create a beautiful backyard.I contacted several companies, but Lucy, the landscape designer from Advanced Pavers & Landscape, understood my vision best. I could tell she was passionate about landscape design, and she was not trying to sell over things that I didn’t want or need.So I choose them, and the folks are absolute wizards when turning yards into outdoor living spaces. I told them I wanted a little bit of everything: a stunning paver patio, a deck, a pergola, and a water firepit to add that warm vibe.Let me tell you, they nailed it! I cannot say enough good things about Advanced Pavers!! They put pavers in our backyard, designed a dog run with artificial turf, put in gates, installed an amazing pergola with fans and lights, and put in a drip system. Our initial meeting was with Lucy who designed our backyard and gave us our quote. She was amazing and was happy to walk us through the process and not only hear us out but make changes and suggestions. The design and price were really great! The owner is Edgar who literally showed up every single day to make sure the project was on track and to answer any questions we had. The crew, led by Temo, was outstanding. I loved seeing them having fun and working hard at the same time. Im a big believer in happy employees make happy customers. In the end we have a beautiful backyard that was done quickly and professionally. We couldnt be happier. They truly over-delivered!! On a side note, I love that Edgar posts videos of projects they are working on in real time. You can go to Instagram and see what they are up to that day and even get ideas from other projects. 100% recommend!!!

My husband and I recently purchased a new home and hired Advanced Pavers for our front and backyard landscaping. They were competitively priced to several other landscape companies we contacted. Edgar was the rep assigned to our landscape project and he was AMAZING! So very kind, professional, knowledgeable and personable. His team that performed the work was phenomenal! Were very very pleased with how our paver installation has turned out in our frontyard. Temo and his men have done a fantastic job of it. It is a thorough and time-consuming, meticulous piece of work and absolutely artisanal! They were a happy bunch that worked well together as a team. This is worthy of mention especially because these guys were at it on the HOTTEST days of the season!! I appreciate that the company had taken care to make arrangements for portable toilet for their people on site. It was a pleasure working with Lacy, who was the first person of the team I met in person, and also our designer. She messaged me 15 min prior her arrival and showed up few mins ahead of time. She listens carefully, and always very responsive and courteous. All these things matter greatly to me and counted in her favor when we were deciding who to go with for our project. Caleb was the project manager who would stop by at least twice daily. And he took every possible step to make sure things were up to our expectation. It has been a very pleasant experience right from the person that answered my first phone call to the office all the way up to the moment they packed up. Great experience. I worked with Paris the whole time from design to installation. I never felt pressured into something I didnt want or need. I pretty much utilized all of their services from Turf, to concrete patio extension, to pavers, and even adding some new irrigation. The crew worked fast and on time. Finished the whole project in about a week.

Advanced Pavers & Landscape just completed a project for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We wanted to remove our front lawn, install a pavers walkway from the front door to the sidewalk as well as replace the walkway from the front door to the driveway. On each side of the new pathway going to the sideway, we wanted matching raised wall/planters. Additionally, we wanted a matching paver walkway on the other side of the driveway leading to the fence gate and matching paver borders on each side of the property line. After a brief email/text exchange Lucy paid us a visit, measured, talked through the entire project including options provided an estimate. Not only did we immediately feel that they were right for the job, but they also had the best price. Due to some cancellations, they were able start earlier than expected and finished on schedule. The team did a great job, checked in with us throughout the project, and kept the work area clean and orderly. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend Advanced Pavers & Landscape.

My wife and I recently moved to Elk Grove from the Bay Area and we wanted to remodel the front patio of our new house. We consulted 3 other companies, but when we met Lucy we decided to go with Advanced Pavers because she actually listened to what we wanted and created a designed as we pictured.Throughout the entire process Lucy and the owner, Edgar, were very responsive and at end of the project our patio was just like we dreamed. My backyard landscaping project is just completed by Advanced Pavers & Landscape. I found them in Cal expo exhibition, worked with their new estimator in April 2023, but he was not communicating professionally, and at some point he blamed me for his time has worked on the 2D design for free, despite of their advertising for free design in their website.It was difficult to work with him, so I approached their office via call to communicate it, and Edgar, the owner, quickly called me back and did the estimate in a same day. He was professional and responsive. I checked the online reviews on them and the other landscaping company and decided to go with the Advanced Pavers & Landscape due to the owners quick response, and good personality. He absolutely helped me with selecting the materials and design changes.Well, through this project, there was quite a few challenges working with his crew was appointed for my landscape project. First, it was difficult to communicate with the crew, so I had to keep texting and calling Edgar even for small things.The crew kept forgetting things, as an example, replacing the water/ drainage pipe under the pavers, so I had to keep tracking things by myself. But, they kept re-doing things while forgetting stuffs.See the attached pictures and the pics are speaking for themselves. The electrical outlet was supposed to be on the seating wall, but ended up on the post which I ignored it. The drip hose has to be all the way to the gate but ended up in half way, and I do not know how it is unfolded one day when I got back home seeing water overflowing.Almost, every day I had to clean up after them, taking care of their water bottles and trashes and cleaning the front of my home after they finally picked up the pavers pallets. And they left my front homes concrete broken and damaged while blaming the construction.The crew did not care about safety. I am an engineer and safety is absolutely significant to me. They left the demolished concrete outside of my home, not considering that kids are biking in the neiborhood and they may be injured by accident. Long story short, I had to keep texting and asking Edgar to take care of it. Better to be safe than sorry.Another thing, the crew was struggling to build a smiple seating wall while I agreed to go with the 90degree design than 45degree for simplicity. They literately cut the pavers block dozen times, they did not get a right measurement and they ended up building a poor quality seating wall with yellow glue all over it. I still do not like the way they took care of the seating wall, they could not do a simple measurement before building the wall. Unfortunately they did not listen to me or they couldnt understand me due to language barrier.The good news is that they were kind and installed 5 lights for the seating area, but that does not improve the poor quality of their job. Deeply disappointed.They did not get the salt and paper gravel which I have selected and showed the sample to them. But I said it is okay to the other size, they got.They dumped the gravel on the designated area without taking care of the foundation, I was almost swimming in the gravel pool, I asked them to correct it, which they did while I told them what to do and I also helped them.Overall, their pavers works is good but they are not detail-oriented, their work is not neat and clean. They constantly forgot about things, so I had to keep reminding them. You have to be very patient with them, check their works so they do not forget things, be okay with stressful time, be okay if they do not clean up after themselves, be okay with their poor quality work.Now, I have to take care of the broken concrete in front of my home. It was a stressful time, and every time I see the seating wall, I like to demolish to build it in a right and clean way.

We could not be happier with Advanced Pavers & Landscape! From the initial phone call all the way through the completion of our job, they were amazing and made sure everything was perfect. We got pavers, landscaping, and a pergola installed. The quality of workmanship was incredible. We used advanced pavers to complete a very large area of artificial turf. They came in with a crew that was efficient, prompt, and very tidy. They did everything that we had asked and more the finished product is absolutely wonderful. A special shout out to Caleb, Rafael and Juan who went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. Everyone of the team was professional, and worked their tails off to make sure the job was done exceptionally well. We shopped around and got several estimates to have paving stones added to a section of our back yard… We are so glad to have found Advanced Pavers! Edgar, their sales man, was absolutely awesome! He was clear and concise and had excellent follow up skills. At no time we’re we unsure or anxious about the service that he and his team were performing for us. Edgar was courteous and professional throughout the project and reached out to us after also to make sure we were happy with their work… We most certainly are!!! I would certainly recommend them! This review is very deserving!If I could give 6 stars I would! Advanced Interlocking Pavers superseded our expectations by a mile. I met with at least 7 other Landscaping companies and this company was far better than the rest in EVERY single category. The most important things we looked for when hiring landscapers was quality, responsiveness, and affordability. They sent out a designer to go over our ideas and as soon as they arrived, we knew they were better than the competition. Some of the other companies made us feel like our ideas werent realistic but our designer decided to expand and add to our ideas. We originally didnt think we were going to be able to get our garden area done within our budget but our designer ensures us she could make it happen. She took our measurements and got back to us within a 24-48 hours. She was constantly texting us and answering all our questions very very promptly.The next part is what blew our minds. Once we put down our deposit the designer met with us at our home with a virtual rendering of our backyard design. This was very important to us as most landscapers would not provide us with any rendering of our design. Our designer was very open with us before we went into contract that it may take 4-8 weeks before they could start on our project. To our surprise 2 weeks later they were here starting.Once they started, I met with Edgar (the owner) who made a game changing recommendation. His recommendation was to extend our pavers to our California room as well and Im so glad he did. He even worked with us on pricing for the addition. Edgars team was here for a total 6-7 days and man that crew was hard at work from 8am to 5pm every day. Edgar being so hands-on speaks volumes and he was always open to changes. Edgar paid so close to details (sometimes the smallest things). Edgar was here every day, constantly communicating with me and providing me with updates.In the end we got our entire backyard transformed around the same price as what we were quoted from other companies instead those other companies quote didn’t include everything we wanted; seating wall, putting green, turf, pavers, garden, rocks, and moreThe biggest disappointment I have is that my backyard is done and they are no longer here lol.Do yourself a favor and have them come out for a consultation YOU WONT REGRET IT!Nothing better than meeting wonderful people who provide great service. They don’t just do great work, they LOVE what they do and it shows.
