Horrible staff! The receptionist has no customer service skills. They dont greet you! They shouldnt work in a place like this where people in pain want to feel better. They are not polite at all! Also, they dont answer phone calls! Its really hard to reach them and they dont bother to give you the information you need before coming to the office. I wanted to try it after reading the bad reviews, but unfortunately the bad reviews dont lie. Hopefully the receptionist can get better training or find another receptionist for this place, so disappointed of them! I ended up going somewhere else at Gardena where I was treated with respect!

Long overdue review: My experience here was wonderful and convenient. The office has a strict respect for time policy which helps prevents long waits in the lobby before your appointment begins. I worked a lot with Erick who had a gift of reading my body and the areas that needed the most attention which was very healing. The staff were all friendly, office kept clean and overall just a great experience. I would recommend this office and Erick to anyone in need.

This team of physical therapist are true professionals, they ask you questions to help address your individual issues on each visit. Since I have been coming here I have seen good results from them working with me and please know that they sincerely care about you and getting you better. I proudly and highly recommend Ms Angie, Ms Kim and the entire group to everyone including my family and friends. Advanced Dynamic Therapies really are well trained people also they are willing to help you get better again.

I’ve been going to Advanced Dynamics for a month now and have had the best experience! The therapists are highly qualified, they have a great system using different tools like the laser, electric machine (I don’t know what it’s called) as well as stretches and exercises which I love! They are the sweetest people and I really enjoy going in for my sessions! I’ve worked with Eric, Danielle, Jessica and Karla are they are all incredible! My knee is getting better and I feel like I’m in such good hands with them! Thank you guys for helping me heal my knee! 🙏

I had my therapy at this location the staff is amazing 🤩 they treated me very welcomed and help with the procedure to release the pain in my back and area I mostly needed. Such an amazing team specially Daniela if I can give her 10 stars I would. She such an amazing person and very kind. This place is a joke 😃 its terrible the same ladies in the front desk are the one who treat you not even being professionals you can feel they dont even want to know how you feel, they just turn on some outdated machines and show you some movement its a rippedoff. Plus costumer service is on the floor so sad people has hope with PT but this places makes you think PT is a joke

I appreciate the time they took out to give me the therapy plan that works for me. The communication between the team is really clear & you feel they are doing their best to really assist you in your healing journey. I am able to move a bit better while walking. I limped in not expecting too much due to my past experience with physical therapy. After my first visit I was standing and pain level was down. I continue to get better. My interactions with staff have been nothing less than professional. I have worked closely with Mr Eric and Miss Danielle who in my experience and and opinion are the Cream of the Crop! They work great as team members and with the clients. They are encouraging and optimistic which makes me want to continue therapy even on the days I wasnt really up to therapy. Thanks so much! I suggest for everyone to call their insurance. and complain for this office. You haven’t heard the last of me .This is for the person who checks the new patients . I saw others gave 5 stars hopefully for the work . But the girl that takes new patients it’s very lazy. As it seemed she was pushing me away but telling me I was not authorized . Before I even explained that I knew that and I just wanted to see if they have dates available but she wouldn’t let meTalk.Follow up story. 8/29/23My first. Post was about a single staff member but now I can say it’s the entire staff. 1) first you get authorize to become a new patient and now they don’t even tell you when you get authorized for that office. I really don’t care for this office .The manager did not want to see me because I had left a bad review. So what ? You want people to make good reviews when the service it’s bad. ? I’m calling different people and put a complaint in all of you . And it not a problem.

My experience with this place has overall been terrible. It was hard to get an appointment in the first place because no one ever answered the phone nor called me back when I left voicemails. I finally got through and made an appointment but when I got there they claimed they were out of network on my insurance even though I found them on my insurance website. I stayed there and refused to not be seen because I had been trying to get treatment for months. I ended up paying out of pocket for both my appointments. My first appointment all they did was put an ice pack and used a tens machine (things I already do at home) . When I went for my second appointment I was hoping there was more to my treatment plan, but all they did was a couple of stretches, laser, and then ice and tens machine again. I was confused about why they werent addressing one of the muscles areas that has tendinitis (according to my doctor and the MRI) . When I asked about the treatment plan, they mentioned they were going to do the same thing for my other appointments, so I addressed my oncerns with the manager. I told her I did not think the treatment plan was enough for me since I stretch, ice, and use my tens machine at home but the lady just looked at me like I was stupid and might as well have been rolling her eyes the entire time. She didnt say anything about them missing one of the areas of concern even after I asked. This place does the bare minimum, they dont seem to actually care, and dont address your concerns. I wouldnt even go here as a last resort. The actual therapists were really nice, they were just following the treatment plans, but the person in charge of the office and the person who makes the treatment plans obviously dont care enough to actually put together a true competent plan for healing. Dont waste your time.

Edit: ILLEGAL BILLING. The billing department and front desk staff are supposed to check your insurance before each therapy session. Instead they let me get 4 therapies after my medical group has changed without my knowledge. Im a medi-cal member and they tried billing me for 2K which is ILLEGAL. They clearly KNEW that so they tried threatening and harassing me with numerous phone calls so I would pay them. They never got a dime from me. Be safe everyone...The PT isnt very friendly or cordial. He didnt even check me before telling me the therapy I needed. He just said you need X therapy and wanted me to get out of his office quickly.

Terrible customer service at the front. I reported to my insurance and they changed me to a better place. Clients dont have to be treated horrible. Clients are in pain and this place dont care. If you canceled they punished you. They use as excuse the not to show policy. But if you dont show because you have an emergency? Employees dont do their basic job as returning phone calls to customers. Do they have any policy for that? I dont think so. Thanks to my insurance they found me a better place where I am treated with respect and they understand if I need to cancel for any emergency without any punishment. I will never come back to this place and I dont recommend it.

The opportunity of having access to water therapy has changed my outlook in regards to my chronic pain. i feel hopeful for my two hours of body work that doesnt hurt, and grateful for the extremely professional and knowledgeable physical therapists. they have been friendly and kind since day one, willing to help with anything specific im dealing with on therapy day.i did not know that water therapy was going to effect my life so profoundly, but im so glad the folks at Advanced Dynamic and Ability First are here to guide my way.

Almost impossible comunicate with them I have 3 days trying to call and is only an answer machine promising that someone is going to return a call also they send you a text saying text us back and we going to contact you but they are not responding last time I had to waste time and gas driving there just to do a sample question that someone could be respond by phone but I mentioned above is frustrating and now one more time and I planning to driving there one more time just for a simple question.

I enjoy receiving physical therapy from Advanced Dynamic Therapies. Dr. Perry was kind, professional and he had jokes but you have to be smart to get his jokes, lol. I had three favorite physical therapists who were all African American men. One was Adrian who was professional always greeted me even on my bad days and he seemed caring. The second one I dont remember his name at the moment but he was professional, I liked him because he use to teach me things on how to care for my disability problems. My last favorite was Eric. He gave me those hard exercises which made me sweat, he put me on that Ab machine which was excellent. That machine really helped me. I think I need more of that Ab machine in my professional opinion. I like the location of the clinic and it was always clean and comfortable. I like the chairs too. And I liked that one receptionist who is Puerto Rican and Dominican, I forgot her name. She always genuinely greeted me with a smile and she always helped me with scheduling my appointments and working around my schedule. I really appreciate Dr. Perry, I think he is part of the reason I finally got a good combination of medication for my disability because I do like my medicine now because it helps me. I need to go back though because I believe they can get me to 100 percent. I recommend Advanced Dynamic Therapies to anyone who need caring professionals who are knowledgeable about helping disabled individuals regain their strength and health back.

I had a car accident and had some back and neck pain and I was referred to this facility and I have been very happy. The programs are designed for your specific injuries and I was paired with the PT Eric who is friendly, attentive and makes sure I am comfortable throughout the exercise and is encouraging … highly recommend the facility and Eric

Dr. Perry is an excellent head doctor for physical therapy. The front desk HORRIBLE!! You can never dish to anyone when calling for anything. If there is an emergency a patient would except to speak to someone in the office not to be directed to voicemails. This continued the entire time I’ve been going there up until last week. I explained to my PT that was traveling first thing since after having my STROKE. Unknowingly to me I’ve been removed as a patient after calling and explaining why I wasn’t able to attend. I came into the office today because no one answers the phone for a disgruntled employees as always at the front desk who stated to me I heard your voicemail and we referred back toyou’re doctor. I don’t need special treatment just a facility that understands after having a stroke at 41 there are MANY DAYS it’s hard to get out of bed let alone come to therapy to be greeted by nasty unpleasant workers is unacceptable. I thank MALIK my PT who had gotten me back to a place I wanted to be in the short time I went there.

The whole operation is on point, every physical therapist that has tended to me has been AMAZING. The office atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming, and the front office staff are extremely friendly. The energy there is awesome! I really, really enjoyed going to Advanced Dynamic Therapies and am very excited to know that my primary care physician has authorized more sessions for me and I cant wait to start my therapy again. I always leave there feeling GREAT!P. S. They have just about ANY and EVERY piece of equipment needed for the recovery and therapy of just about any injury, including water therapy. Staff is friendly, kind, and displays EXELLENT customer service CONSISTANTLY. I cannot stress this enough. You cannot find this level of care anywhere nowadays. Love the office staff. They are very accomidating and actually treat you like a patient and not like a bother. Even when they are busy they do not skip a beat. Gerald is my PT and is AMAZING! Very respectful, great bed side manner and very attuned to the body. He not only has a deep understanding of how the body works, but he also intuitively reads the body and its responses to treatment exceptionally well. This is very important for people like me with old injuries. I drive 45 min from home to be seen there and I would drive further if I had to. I have been blessed to find this place and these people are truly out here healing people. God bless you guys.

Amazing place and wonderful staff! I was referred to them after an accident and my physical therapist Angie was absolutely amazing! She listen to all of my concerns every step of the way and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident in my abilities. She never dismissed my concerns and gave me tips on what I could do to relieve pain at home. My first day I couldnt move my arm away from a 90 degree angle at my chest, today I have full range of motion, flexibility, and strength. I know I couldnt have done it without her and her support.

They never pick up the phone so if you need to change your appointment and or ask to be reminded when your appointment is, good luck. They have a policy that If you dont show up to 1 appointment they wont see you anymore. When finally after calling for several hours trying all the extentions, someone picked up he was rude and made excuses for the lack of phone response and claimed that they text me about my appointment and cell me, but they did not!! So hes pulling that stuff out of thin air. Just so stressful, unprofessional and rude. Try to find a different place

Appointments took a little longer then usual. I understand its due to pandemic for our safety for our health for our protection and like that. No waiting time, maybe 3 to 4 minutes before I was called in, therapist was great! Therapist was concerned, polite, understanding and was very thorough with all treatments. I’ve been taking my father here for a little over a year. He has severe arthritis in most of his body and therapy has been helping him progress over time. Even if it’s little progress it’s progress. All the staff is amazing! They go above and beyond to scheduling him on days I am able to take him. I’d strongly recommend this location for therapy. Parking is accessible and they valid parking for 1 hour. There is also a coffee shop downstairs.

I would recommend Advanced Dynamics to anyone in need of physical therapy. I have seen amazing results based on the PT program Dr. Perry created for me. The front office staff, Ayanna, greets and checks you in. It is nice to be greeted with her smile and sweet personality. She will help you in anyway she can! Mabel is a very capable supervisor. She is able to help with ANY question, concern or issue: she is very intelligent. Then you get called in by your Physical Therapy assistant. I have been working with Jessica and she is a fantastic extension of Dr. Perry. She listens, asks you about your pain, challenges you in just the right way, will adjust the excercises if she needs to and is very kind! Then of course Dr. Perry is a remarkable Physical Therapist! He really listened to my issues, read my MRI results to me and gave me better clarity than my doctor was able to. He created a tough but results driven program so I can reach my goals and get back to physical activity without limits. I am very grateful for Advance Dynamics!

Great aquatherapy therapy for my knees, Right knee no longer in excruciating pain. Hope to continue aquatherapy for my left knee which stiffness has loosened considerably. I know more aquatherapy will completely loosen this stiffness. Aquatherapy is the way to go!

Advance Dynamic Therapies has the most friendly and professional staff. Love the front desk receptionist who never forgets your name. I came in with debilitating pain in my neck and spine. This is a great facility with extremely caring staff! The receptionist (Iyana) is such a sweetheart! She was very helpful all the time with any questions I had or with scheduling my appointments. My therapist (Roxy) was AMAZING! She too was a sweet heart, she was so down to earth and made me feel very comfortable working with her. She was very attentative during all my appointments and always made sure I was making progress. Besides the fact that the facilities equipment is not as modernized as other therapy facilities the wonderful staff definitely makes up for that.

Everyone is genuine and kind here. I only had a certain amount of therapy visits, the aquatic therapy helped me to do things I could not outside of water. My knees are shot, bacc shot, but they had me movin and groovin. Veronica is the best. Thanks for your support and services. PT Doctor doesnt care about his patients. Hes hardly ever at the office and when he is he does not bother looking into the patients. His staff is very friendly but they are not able to answer the questions the customers have. I had ankle ankle surgery and all his staff did was give me heat/cold treatment which did not help AT ALL!!

In reality I only had one therapy, in the building of the first therapy everything was fine, the second therapy was the worst, I had the bad experience of not being able to find the place quickly and I arrived 10 minutes late but then they were going to do therapy in a wrong member but not only that, the person who was going to do it when I told her that she was wrong told me that it was my fault for not telling her which member I was hahaha and she and her manager still got upset.I never returned to the place now I am in another clinic that has really helped me a lot.Its a shame that customers arent valued, I dont recommend this place to anyone.
