2024-03-15 00:05:16Omg! 🤩 WHERE DO I START?! Have you eva just “walked” into a facility and you FEEL the warmth & glow of these PHENOMENAL hard working mujers 💃🏽 💪🏾Seriously, no joke. Most INVITING place I’ve EVA been to and THAT says a lot coming from some from NYC 🗽While facing a hardship all my own they REALLY wanted to help me with my situation and worked very fast to achieve exactly what I came in there for… HELP 🆘I got that and much more! 2024-04-02 18:43:18Excellent service, very professional but friendly. Been dealing with Advance America for over 11yrs off and on. Wouldnt think of doing business with anyone else. APRIL 2024 update. Messed up on my balance and wouldve had to pay $210. In fees, but NO Advance America to the rescue AGAIN. You guys at Watt Ave. are my saviors.

2024-01-05 01:16:55Never going back to this place!!! Im going to explain this bc this has happened multiple times, NOW Im going to be a Karen since its so deserved!!! NOT BEING KIND & CONSIDERATE WHEN THEY CANNOT!!!!I live one min away from the Elkhorn Blvd and watt Ave location. I arrived around 2:45pm its a Thursday. I have my kids (2 & 11) and need to purchase money orders to pay my rent. I drop off my rent directly to my landlord in Rio Linda. So out of convenience and just common sense I always attempt to buy them here each month. AnywayIm adding details so you can understand that people all have different situations going on, So basic customer service and common courteousness should always be given. We arrive at 245 and there is a sign on the door that says they will return at 3 I. Assume they are at lunch.And ask myself should I just go to Rite Aid in Rio Linda out of my way now. To get them or wait. So I kill sometime by taking my kids to the dollar store. Then we go back at about 305 and the door still locked. And now there are 2 people waiting outside. I am now the third person in line. Waiting out front with my two-year-old. My son waited in the car hes eleven. There is now employee inside on the phone, not acknowledging anybody thats outside waiting when she finally comes to the door she doesnt acknowledge any of us instead, she helps the first customer who is there for a loan application. Apparently that takes over 20 minutes and instead of acknowledging the rest of the people that were waiting in line and being courteous enough to say Hey. Just to let you know this is a 20 minute process. You know, I understand youre already waiting just you know, I wanna keep give you a heads up. Maybe you might want to go somewhere else. No instead I wait trying to be patient and UnderstandingIm not the only person in the world. I get that but at the end of the day acknowledge youre other customers. I feel like if this was a restaurant and she was a waitress. She would have definitely acknowledged us because she wouldnt want to lose our tip by just ignoring us waiting there for somebody to say something. We are customers and we should be treated with some kind of basic acknowledgement, especially when we have our own bs to deal with. But at the end of the day she could care less. If we walked out its probably better for her anyway. Again, shes not making commission, so they need to figure Their business out treat your customers with some better customer service its not that hard. I got home around 4:20 For something that should have taken no longer than an hour at the most.
