I had a finantial emergency, and was looking for a way to get $250 in cash that same day. Someone suggested that I call cash advance places. Ive called a few of them, including Advance America. People who answered the phone at first two places did not seem to care enough to be patient to answer my questions. One of them put me on hold for a long time just to come back to the phone and ask me to repeat what Ive said earlier, again. I was very disappointed to encounter careles people until Ive spoke with Maria over at Advance America. She was very polite, and listen to me with patience. She answered each one of my questions profationally and seemed to be eager to help me. Because of her Ive decided to head there right away. When Ive arrived at Advance America she greeted me with a friendly attitude. She was very helpful to explane the process and informed me about every step she was taking as she was having me sign the nesasery papers for my application. The application process was quick and simple. Even though I was concerned about my low credit score, Maria explained to me that it was going to be a soft inquiry that did not really affect or hurt my credit. I was approved within the minutes and got the $250 right away, which was much needed. Thank you Maria! Thank you Advance America.

My Amorcita, Emma and I went to this location after using Google to find a Western Union location. We spent the previous day on a wild goose chase all over Los Angeles in search of a Western Union location to send a cash birthday gift to Emmas brother in Mexico. Either the Western Union locations were closed, or were unstaffed, or no longer existed! Very frustrating as you can imagine. We gave one last effort the next day at the Advance America North Market Street, Inglewood location. Oh Boy! are we glad we did! We arrived at 10:00am opening time and were warmly greeted by staff. Special mention and sincere appreciation for Martha Valdivia who handled our transaction. She was so friendly and helpful and her Spanish speaking was especially comforting to my amorcita, Emma. Neither Emma or I are particularly knowledgeable about money transfers, especially between the United States and Mexico, but Martha was so patient and understanding. She guided us through the process and was instrumental in making a very special birthday gift happen for Emmas brother in Mexico. We cannot imagine going anywhere else for any Western Union needs or any other services this Advance America location offers.
