Alyssa is great I had been having trouble getting a pay day advance and she walked me through the process step by step I couldn’t have asked for anything better. She made me feel comfortable and she did a fantastic job. I was in a hurry and she was able to walk me through and process everything and I was still able to make it to my daughter’s soccer game before it even started. I will definitely use them again whenever I’m in need of some extra money to get me through till payday. Thank you so much Alyssa you are the best thank you for all your help you are appreciated!!!

I’ve used the services of Advance America a couple times quite a long time back and always received good customer service but today I stopped by the Oceanside office to help someone I greatly care about and met Stephanie Park. She was truly amazing. So warm and friendly, still professional and very knowledgeable. She explained the products offered in detail, (as I had several questions), and made everything very understandable. She listened to everything I shared with her, (which was far more than I needed to) …..but have had a lot of very troubling and traumatic issues that led up to my coming into the store today. She stayed on track and focused in spite my being all over the map, but not once did she make me feel she wasn’t interested or there for me. She very much was. She had the most kind way of bringing me back to what I came in for, remained diligent but still showed an interest in what I was sharing with her. She is truly a wonderful asset to this store as the front line person who customers encounter as well as managing the store. Extremely knowledgeable regarding every aspect of products available, gives excellent explanations when asked, with the talent of being prompt but very efficient and great at multi-tasking . She’s very caring and compassionate. Just a wonderful person who made this experience so much lighter and pleasant than I know it would have been without her. Ive never ever ever had a bad experience until today Aug 13th 2018. I came in at 11am and waited a hour and a half and their was only one other person. I missed my dentist appointment all because the lady working could help me for 5 min. All I needed to do was pay off a loan and I waited a hour and a half!!!
