Adrienne is a Super star when it comes to finding a home, selling a home, refinance or even finding you a business. One day Adrienne and I connected mid 2019, she called me and asked what I was doing. I told her I was looking for a Beer Garden to open in Oakland. No luck for me and she mentioned out of the blue that the “Pine Garden restaurant” was available. I was in shock that it was in my hometown. She called the owners and I spoke with them. I mentioned I’m a Union City resident tor 40+ yrs and I wanted to open the 1st Beer Garden in Union City. Right then and there we had a deal on the spot. I give Adrienne all the credit from calling me and contacting the owners. She Dms, text or drives by and waves at times which is cool. Without her I wouldn’t have done the possible. I really owe a great deal to her. Adrienne is a hard working mother, agent and good person to talk with. She can make your home or business dreams happen. Adrienne was an amazing asset in our home buying process. She was just as excited and committed to the process as we were. She was an AWESOME negotiator and got us a greatly discounted purchase price. She was very responsive and answered our questions - even at 9pm! Adrienne was so easy to work with. Her energy and spirit were so welcoming which made house hunting less stressful. She’s very professional and knowledgeable. I love that she’s very good with communication. She was alway easy to reach and respond to our emails right away. She made sure we knew exactly what was going on so we were never in the dark.Adrienne spent 4 days showing our family homes. She have us guidance on what we should consider when putting in our offer. She presented facts to help us with our decision. She continued to reach out to the seller and share any update she received. Adrienne was great to work with in finding our first home even though the house hunting was stressful she made the whole process easy as can be. She is very polite and knowledgeable as a realtor if we had questions she would answer all of them. We highly recommend her. She wanted us to find the right house and we got the first house we said we wanted and she made it all happen. We were so lucky to find her. Adrienne helped a friend of mine buy her home and came highly recommended. From the start, we felt at ease and comfortable. She set up a schedule of showings, was prepared with a clipboard and pen ready for us to take notes. We had a ton of questions and she was responsive. Adrienne was very knowledgeable about the area we were searching in. After the deal is closed she will make sure you have everything you need . She checked in with us to make sure we had movers and boxes. She took the initiative and had the home cleaned before we moved in, which we really appreciated especially during a pandemic and she made sure we had a contact for a locksmith. She held our hand every step of the way, showered us with gifts and was just fun to work with. We found a dream apartment that Adrienne was listing for the owner. We had some difficulties in being able to make the jump and Adrienne helped make the process much easier for us. She had a lot of patience and put a lot of care into the process. Also, for anyone who would want to use her services for advertising, I will say that we were very impressed by the apartment listing. It didn’t make false promises about what the place was really like, but it absolutely captured the best qualities of the apartment.
