Where do we even start with this amazing guy, Adrian Rosas?? This is 100% not an exaggerated review when I tell you that we literally could NOT have succeeded in our investing endeavors without Adrian Rosas as our Realtor!! My wife and I started back in 2018, investing in RE, and we knew that having a knowledgeable and experienced Realtor was a must! Because of all his other positive 5 star reviews, we decided to try him out. We are so happy we did! Now, 5 years and 3 purchases later, Adrian still has the same gusto, negotiating skills, knowledgeable about this crazy competitive RE market, and he gets our offer accepted on the first shot every time!! Its important that your Realtor have his finger on the pulse, and Adrian does! He knows everyone and everyone respects him in the industry and is happy to work with him. This helps a lot in negotiating a deal. And it doesnt end there. Adrian also has a huge contact list of contractors to help in any department now that hes helped you buy the house, he helps you get things done after you own it! Needless to say, Adrian Rosas is the BEST Realtor out there and he has become one of our dear friends!One last thing: Chose Adrian Rosas as your Realtor if you want to succeed in your RE deal!

Being a first-time homebuyer is kind of scary, but from the moment I first contacted him after picking his name at random from a realtor referral service, Adrian made the whole process much less intimidating and took the time to educate my husband and me about what to watch out for and such. I never got the feeling that we were just another client to Adrian. Should we ever decide to sell the house that helped put us into, I will definitely be utilizing his knowledge and ability again, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Adrian for anyone who needs a realtor.

Adrian is a Real Estate Agent that is wonderful to work with, he is very involved with his buyers throughout the process with the one goal of making sure his clients have a smooth process. Adrian rocks!! He really takes the time to explain the entire process to you so you have a clear understanding of what will be coming next. When we toured homes, in search of the perfect property, he would point out things that were of concern and explain why they were a concern. Adrian is an all around great stand up agent and I’m so glad he helped me through my home purchasing process!

Once he knows your housing needs, he works quickly and diligently toward getting your desired home. My wife and I were interested buying a home again and Adrian Rosas came highly recommended. We reached out to him and found that he was easy to speak too and quickly understood what we were looking for. He was professional with quick responses and working with the other agent representing the seller. We felt during the process Adrian was looking out for us while keeping our best interest a top priority. He even made contact with our lender and asked him to look into programs and grants that we could possibly qualify for. You want to make it happen? Yup. You want to make your dream slapping? Yup. This is the man that has the ability to make your dream come true. If you need a realtor a genuine five-star realtor here it is. Not every realtor will be your guide. I had consult it with others that were more interested in what they want it and pushing products that I did not want instead of listening to what I needed. This was truly a journey and he was there the whole time. I didnt buy a house I bought a home.
