Worst ever HR Health administrators. This is the 4th major service issue I’ve had with ADP. They constantly say one thing then do another. Poor and conflicting communication (1 rep gives one set instructions, then another something different). When they overcharge (thousands) you will have to dog them for refund. Recently escalated to Supervisor to get them just to comply with Covid Cobra subsidy Cares Act, after repeated assurance the approved subsidy would be implemented in 3 days its now been 2 months and even the Supervisor doesnt follow through with her promise to contact you and expedite processing. I have over 30 yrs Senior Management Business experience and never encountered such negligence and disregard of real people’s healthcare, and lack of attention to Biden’s Covid Carrs Act.

Trying to contact them about my jobs card to get the rest of my paycheck and no can’t pick a phone. I’ve called multiple times, called Monday-Friday of last week and customer service called but it’s an unknown number for customer service really.
