Terrible customer service; do NOT recommend. I admin an entire team of CC users - and Adobe was unable to help me migrate my library and files from an old profile to a new one within the team. Their best option was for me to download all my own data and re-upload it, but before they could tell me how we were disconnected (this was after I was transferred and had to wait in queues 3 times) and then the call hung up with no callback. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

I was a third party vendor working for the afternoon at the Adobe building. The staff there were great to help with my logistics and also anything I asked for or needed. Highly recommend

I am a customer and have been paying 29.90 for a long time. Today Adobe debits 59.90. Without information. Without prior notice. Simply double the price for the customer. Goodbye Adobe. There are also very good alternatives. Capture One, for example. ...

As a loyal subscriber to Adobe Creative Cloud, Ive been paying a hefty monthly fee for the service, expecting to receive support and service accordingly. However, when I encountered problems with Adobe Digital Editions and asked for help, I was shocked to find that customer service was not only unprofessional, but also seemed to have no interest in solving my problem. This kind of indifference towards paying customers made me feel extremely angry and disappointed.Whenever I try to communicate with customer service, I have to face a long wait of more than 10 minutes, which is not only a contempt for my time, but also a neglect of my value as a customer. This poor quality of service and lack of efficiency has caused my impression of Adobe, a brand I once trusted, to drop to the bottom. Their disregard for customer needs and quality of service makes me question whether Adobe truly values its customers.Adobes customer service is not only poor, but also very unfair in dealing with problems. As a globally recognized company, Adobes performance in the customer service area is not only a huge failure, but also a serious damage to its brand reputation. This customer experience is absolutely unacceptable and has a serious negative impact on Adobes overall image.

While riding the bike trail that runs close by, I lost my cell phone. Not only was it retrieved and held for me at adobe, I was given such courtesy and quickly was able to retrieve my device. Thanks adobe!

Bunch of scammers. You get free trail and cancel but after 4 months you can see charges on your bank account. Thats how they work

I ran into what I thought is a minor problem in Illustrator concerning 3D objects. I chose to have Acrobat call me. To begin with, it became immediately clear that the agent is located on the other side of the globe. Then the called crashed and I had to make three more attempts to get someone else to call me. Like the first, he spoke with a thick local accent that was not easy to follow and made no attempt to speak clearer. It also became immediately clear he has no expertise in Illustrator or knew it better than me, because all he was able to do is scour for a solution, just like me. I found that to be absolutely SHAMEFUL for a company of the caliber of Acrobat. Given this experience, it isn’t going to maintain its leadership status for much longer. I sold my Acrobat shares on the stock market immediately. I couldn’t be more negative about this company, not only because of the incompetence of its support, but also because it betrays the US customers and deprives the society that helped it succeed by moving jobs to other countries. Acrobat no longer deserves the status it gained. To my opinion, its going downhill, AI or no AI.

Everytime I have downloaded an Adobe product from their official website I have gotten malware. This last time I got the full adobe suite and then a Trojan got added to my computer. This first time it was a similar malware.

We manage several companies and have corporate subscriptions. For months I have been reaching out to our corporate manager as we need to make changes, and just cannot get a response or attention. If corporations aren’t important enough of customers, I can’t imagine how adobe cares about individuals. The worst customer service of any software company that we use.
