This group has absolutely been one of the best things to happen to me when it comes to living with ADHD. During the work sprints, having friends cheer you on is a great motivator. Whether its a little win or a big win, everyone is supportive. Nobody is made to feel ashamed.Being around people with similar struggles has made me feel less alone. Through our conversations, Ive learned ways to be kinder to myself. Having a group of people to work alongside - who relate to me - is of inestimable value. I think we gain so much personal insight from each other. Together we process a lot of the negative messages we get from the world and we work through the some really hard emotions.Adam is a great facilitator - in a way hes our coach. He helps us articulate what our next task is going to be, and lets us reflect on how each work sprint went. During discussions, he makes sure we all feel heard. He is a truly kind person who has created a safe space for us to be - and understand - ourselves.Im forever grateful for this group of friends who support each other in a world that isnt very tolerant of our difficulties.

Adam is the best! He is kind and compassionate and has created a wonderful, inviting atmosphere. The sessions are super helpful because they are part co-working, part ADHD support group. I love that you can check out the free Wednesday sessions to see if its a good fit before committing to the paid membership. Everyone in the group is so kind and as someone who works from home, its such a nice part of my day to chat and co-work with familiar faces who can relate to me.

One on one coaching with Adam and participating in co- working sessions has beenA Game Changer for me! My productivity and organizational skills has improved dramatically. The co-working groups are wise, supportive and thoughtful. Adam has the unique ability to coach specific adhd tools and tips and while continually supporting me in discovering and pursuing my life’s purpose.

I found the ADHD Collective through a Google search during a day when I felt frustrated and tripped up by my ADHD - no regrets. Adam is a fantastic facilitator: he’s reliable, compassionate and has an easy sense of humour that helps put people at ease. It feels great to both be amidst a group who ‘gets it’ and to belong to daily weekday co-working sessions which has significantly removed the feeling of loneliness out of working solo from home. Highly recommend giving Adam and the group a go… ’Rock on’.

Really enjoyed the ADHD Collective co-working experience. Adam moderates it with great energy and compassion, and efficiency, and the group is wonderful, with terrific insights. It set me up to be really productive! I definitely recommend it.

Ive been attending the co-working sessions for about 2 years now and I really cant say enough good things about them. Ive been dealing with my ADHD for a very long time and Ive been in other groups but I can say without hesitation that Adam takes the co-working experience to a whole new level. He sets a tone of exploration and discovery that validates peoples experience, shining light on winning strategies. He never sets himself up as the expert, but always as a fellow traveler on what can be a daunting path for most if not all neurodivergent brainiacs. It continues to be a weekly lifeline for me, and my life and relationships are the better for it!

I joined the ADHD collective after testing it out for two of the free Wednesday sessions (check the site and try it out, fr) because my thought at the end of the first one was-- I WISH I COULD DO THIS EVERYDAY. Ive been working this way now for about a year and a half, showing up probably 90% of the days, and I dont know how to say this emphatically enough- my life is so much better, truly night and day different than it was before finding the group. If youve got ADHD and are struggling, try the Wednesday group, its totally free and many folks just come on those days. The monthly cost is super reasonable, and for me as a freelancer has more than paid for itself because I can actually get great work done and make more money. I was diagnosed at 5, but hadnt had support until a couple of years ago, and this group has been life changing. There is something really magical that happens in these zoom rooms.

Adams group changed the trajectory of a very challenging and painful year for me. I was really burnt out, lost, and honestly feeling like a zombie. There was so much going on in my life and I was having a hard time handling it. Adam and the ADHD collective community embraced me with open arms, showed zero signs of judgment, and immediately made me feel like a part of a family. We are all struggling with something and this community truly uplifts, celebrates your uniqueness, and helps you to understand more about yourself in every single meeting. The level of compassion, realness, and empathy is off the charts, so if you need support, this is the place. Im not quite sure where I would be without Adam and the community. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Attended a virtual webinar event and despite being on the other side of the atlantic ocean found it extremely inspirational and insightful into ADHD and the way it manifests itself. Was a profound experience and a very productive one as well. Thanks everyone!

There are so many alternatives out there for coworking, and at first I thought that this would be just like the rest of them. Since I’ve used so many others and didn’t get the outcomes they promised I thought maybe virtual coworking just wasn’t for me.But that’s not the case! When I work in the ADHD Collective coworking group, I’m consistently able to get more things done. And that’s super cool and all, but that’s not even the best part…There are days when I join the coworking calls and I’m NOT able to get stuff done, no matter how hard I try. While that used to be a really difficult thing for me, I don’t actually feel that bad about not being productive anymore. That’s all because Adam is there to celebrate wins (no matter how tiny) and to help navigate those non-productive days, so I don’t feel like a waste of space because I didn’t get things done.Speaking of Adam, having someone as experienced as him to facilitate the experience is really what sets this coworking group apart from the others. The fact that he also has ADHD helps build a sense of community because there’s a shared experience there. He can relate to everyone in the group which leads to better outcomes for everyone, across the board.I could go on and on about this, so I’ll just end with this:If you’re struggling with productivity as an ADHDer, swing by for a session. Working in a supportive environment, even just once, will change the way you view work. (and you’ll want to keep coming back!)
