Last year, I had a PC that required a fresh install of Windows 10. A very simple repair. I dropped it off and explained the full situation and provided all materials needed to make the repair. Bought my own new flash drive to create the disk image and all. Didnt hear back from them for over a week and when I called to check in on what was taking so long, they hadnt the slightest clue how to fix my computer, although, I had explained on drop off AND all that was required was but a simple Google search. I had to explain to them how to go about fixing my computer and on top of that when I received my computer back the first time, there was all kinds of third party software, malware and spyware installed onto my computer, despite their claims to specialize in helping customers avoid such nuisances. I dropped it back off and requested that they fix this problem and was met with attitude and frustration on their part. (Which should should have been coming from My end) I later found out that it was not removed, just relocated AND there were multiple unauthorized and unrequested hardware changes made to my computer as well. Very highly DO NOT recommend this place. Avoid like the plague.Update: Re: Owners ResponseNo, there is no confusion. I can see the location and images of the building of this location. AND I still have the disk image they created with all the malicious files on it. They are just trying to deflect and avoid this bad review. Just because they dont remember does not mean it did not happen. Nice try tho. LOL

Adam is the BEST! Totally qualified professional. The work he has done for me is top notch. Whatever is wrong with your Mac, he can fix.

Adam is AWESOME!!! SO kind and helpful and he quotes you up front. Ill definitely come back for all of my future PC repairs.I also see that he sells secondhand PCs and Macs. Once I save up some more money, Ill head over there to purchase one from him!😄😁

I brought my 2010 Cinema display in before succumbing to the inevitability of needing to upgrade a monitor in my work flow but the experts there were able to successfully diagnose and replace the necessary parts at a price far less than a crossgrade. Would definitely go back again for any service needs I have!

During this Pandemic, and stay at home orders, I was devastated when my computer stopped working. I thought Id go crazy if I couldnt find someone still open for repairs. Not only was Adams Apple open (albeit shortened hours) but they fixed my iMac and returned it to me in less than 2 days. I am forever grateful and now a devote follower. Thank you Adams Apple! I cannot recommend you highly enough!! You need your computer repaired? This is your place!!!

Could not locate the correct RAM locally until I found Adam’s Apple. Adam had what I needed and I also needed an internal burner that he also had.All at fair prices for my Legacy Mac Pro. Thanks !

I cant thank Ron enough! He brought my macbook pro back from the dead. Apple had told me they couldnt work on this specific model anymore (as if theyve ever been any help), but Ron told me not to worry and with just a few simple upgrades my macbook was running even faster than when I bought it! Highly recommend these guys for any repair service apple or pc related, if your standing in line at Melrose mac right now do yourself a favor and leave. They are useless.

Negative 5 stars. They lost/stole my labtop and didnt even try to contact me to fix the problem. Yes a year went by because you contacted me and apologized for not completing the tasks of the screen and battery problem after 2 months. Then when I followed up it still was not done apologized again and said to give you needed time to order the 2 pieces and that you would call me back once the unit was ready. I never received a phone call to notify me the unit was ready. Ive been very patience with you. No follow up with trying to identify my labtop. Ive text you with no reply. Ive called you with no answer. That labtop was my father last gift to me as he died from cancer. I trusted you.
