From day one we felt great being in Kims hands. We were motivated to buy, first time homebuyers in 2023 and Kim did a great job keeping us aware of homes coming on the market. Her network gave us a two-week lead on the home we eventually purchased, and our work with Kim in the two months prior gave us all the confidence when making an offer. Kim is incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and is a great listener who was able to adjust our search as our priorities became clearer. If you are looking for a relator you trust, who is knowledgeable, kind, non-pushy, and someone you will consider a friend at the end of the buying process look no further Kim is your girl! I asked Kim to help me as a first time home buyer. My goal was to buy a single family home with no HOAs in a certain area as a self employed single income buyer and Kim found me just that. She helped guide me by looking at many houses and setting realistic goals. Kim has a way of guiding you toward the right home without ever being pushy. She was always so willing to help, talk or show any homes I liked. Even now being in the home I still feel supported and loved by Kim, she’s always quick to respond to any question or concern I have. Kim Bodell is the best realtor we have worked with, hands down. We live in a different state and have been seeking a property for several years without much luck. Kims deep knowledge of the area and honest assessment of our plans and preferred location set everything in motion for us. She saved us from a couple of bad choices we might have made with thorough research and above-and-beyond effort. Bruno was spectacular! We cant imagine having gone through this process without him. We moved to the area with very little knowledge, and Bruno guided us from day one to closing. He had plans for us when we traveled to Sonoma Co on the weekends and was adaptable when we would have last minute requests. He familiarized us with the surrounding areas and absolutely understood what we were looking for....even when we would change our minds. He would let us know when he had concerns about a property and made sure that any concerns we had were addressed. We felt like we had an old friend looking out for us the whole time. Kim Bodell proved to be a real friend during our process of trying to purchase our Mobile Home. The process is not like purchasing a regular home, so we were a bit jittery. She took care of my wife and myself every step of the way. Kim always kept in touch, and if we had ANY questions, she was there to answer them. There were a lot of details concerning the purchase of our Mobile Home, and she was willing to do whatever, so that we could be kept up to date and not wonder too much about what is going on. I interviewed 5 agents to help sell my house- Adam was the most responsive and knowledgeable and I knew I was in great hands. He and Ali guided me through the whole process of preparing my home for sale. So many aspects were handled beautifully- His strategy of doing the inspections up front and making all the crucial repairs ensured offers with no physical contingency. His knowledge of construction helped me anticipate all the issues and his advice on what work to do was crucial. His relationships with professionals who could do the work skillfully and in a very timely fashion was so helpful. His targeted online marketing attracted buyers from the whole Bay Area. Ali was amazing in helping me get all this done. Selling a house can be very stressful, the Prosper team made the whole experience so much easier. From the beginning Adam responded to our call immediately came to our house and gave us advice on the small improvements to get the optimum price including a popular paint color. Prior to putting our home up for sale, we interviewed 5 realtors. Adam was the last one we interviewed and we chose him because of his enthusiasm, his media presentation, high ratings, knowledge, and his connection to services. We were so impressed with Adam- within 2 hours after we met him, he sent us a timeline for listing our house as well as a to do list. Adam recommended that we have a home inspection, which we did. We were able to take care of most of the fixes on the list--Adam recommended great people to do the repairs. He also put us in contact with a landscaper who put in some colorful plants all around the house. He helped us to get the house ready to sell. The photographer he used was phenomenal. What we really loved about Adam was his communication-he is high tech-he would send us e-mail videos to communicate to us during the process. And his team, WOW--so supportive and ready to help with anything we needed. Adam was an excellent communicator, keeping us informed every step of the way. My wife and I recently made a move from Santa Rosa to Arizona. Our daughter and grandchildren had already left and we were eager to follow.
