Warning: This business is a private mailing service, and charges a much higher rate than the contract Postal Service Station several doors down at 65 Washington (or any regular post office) for comparable services. Recently, a friend mailed us a Priority Mail 1-Day Express package from this business when we were out of town and was charged $47.93. It did not arrive on time. When I submitted an online refund request through the US Postal Service, the refund amount was $26.07, the post office rate for this service.When I asked the business to refund the balance, the owner refused, and pointed to a sign that said they arent responsible for US Postal Service delays. I can see charging a few extra dollars for an envelope and the shipping service, but over $20? And refusing any refund?I will not use this business again and will caution my neighbors, friends and colleagues to stay away. I would encourage everyone to use the exceptionally good contract postal service station several doors down (behind the barber shop) instead.

This was honestly such a pleasant and easy experience! I needed to get fingerprinted but didnt really know what that entailed. The gentleman working was SO nice and helpful. He knew exactly what I needed and was there to help me every step of the way. I didnt need an appointment or anything, just walked in and it was done in a few minutes! The customer service was exceptional and the gentleman working was so thoughtful, even making sure I didnt leave my wallet behind when going to the restroom to wash my hands. You can tell they really and genuinely care about the folks that come into their facility! I didnt think I would be this jazzed about fingerprinting, but it was such a good experience I just had to share!

Willing to take a challenge and make it work for the customer! We shipped out a very odd couple of boxes of wood from here yesterday. We knew it was a strange request. The place next door wouldnt do it and Mr Patel came outside to tell us he will accept the challenge! Fair prices, very professional and very personable as well. I will go back and I highly recommend! TL; DR: rude store person, go elsewhere for LiveScan/mail/notary services.I hate disparaging small businesses and I get miscommunications happen. But I can’t stand the condescending attitude. I know what the owner’s rebuttal will be, “I told her three times this is the wrong place and she didn’t listen!”Let me replay…I walked in, “Hi, I got an email from USPS* that I have a diverted package here (about to show him the email on my phone)…”Store person/owner, right away: “I know nothing!”I asked, is this the Mail Service Center at 65 Washington st, as listed in my email? He said no, his address is 59 Washington. Told me to try Franklin Square post office a mile away. After more back and forth he told me to “try around the corner”. So you see why I thought he’s still referring to a post office and was super confused since there isn’t one right there.I went to Franklin Sq USPS and got nowhere, so I went back. I asked isn’t his store the Mail Service Center? I showed him google maps flagging the location as 65 Washington. He just kept saying try around the corner, and that I’m wasting his time. Turns out, after I walked around one corner AND THEN ANOTHER CORNER, there’s a competing business on the same strip mall. Somehow, their name can’t be said out loud.Is it so hard? “My store is called Ad West, Mail Service Center is behind me.” Or just make the store name and address bigger out front? Then my dumb (as his tone implied), non-listening brain would have got it. The two times I went in it’s empty, I wasn’t holding anyone up, so a little patience and helpfulness would’ve made a good impression and I’d remember for notary or mailing services in the future.*That’s a whole other post on how USPS sucks

I had a horrible experience at this store. They sold me stamps at a much higher rate that the actual cost of the stamp (I dont think that should be legal to do!) - They charged me $1.55 for $1.15 Global stamps and 55 cents for the Forever stamps that cost 0.47 cents. On top of this, since I used my credit card for payment (after buying more than $70 worth of stamps), the person asked me for an extra $2 and something for the transaction (I bet they are doing this for tax evasion purposes)! I didnt know the cost of Global and Forever stamps before but when I checked later on usps site and went back to them asking about why they charged so much more, the man said he is just an employee and this is what he has been asked to charge from customers! When I had first entered, this man had introduced himself as Mr. Modi and when I went back, he said his name wasnt Mr. Modi!! Horrible business ethics and so much malpractice!

I needed fingerprint services and I found this store. The location was very convenient, the service was excellent. Bhaskar was very gentle. Definitely I recommend it.

Super fast and easy livescan fingerprinting. It was a holiday but the manager was kind enough to wait for me to arrive even though he was trying to close early! Thanks again :)

//, This place has good service, and an area that I can access after hours.That already puts it far ahead of other mail places.However, their rates are lower than the market.I highly recommend getting a box here if you have a spam mail problem.It gives me peace of mind to have one.

Very friendly service and was able to handle all needs in one stop!!! Able to do passport photo, a notary, and even LiveScan. Fair rates for PO box too.

Such a Nice guy! Took less than 15 mins. Great price too. Definitely recommend.
