I just bought my birthday gift here, a beautiful Acura MDX Advance package! After shopping for cars for a full week, I was so happy to find a dealership that was not pushy, they had excellent customer service, and made sure I was able to leave the lot confident in my decision. Helder was my sales rep. and I can honestly say he was the best!!! Very knowledgeable about the car I was buying, explained all the features, went over carfax, and answered all my questions regarding other car choices. I was very comfortable in their office, I was offered drinks/snacks, charger for my phone, and Helder made the overall experience a great birthday vibe. I love my car!!!

Acura of Pleasanton has a reputation for excellent customer interaction and service and they never disappoint. When I arrive, even if I am early there are people to welcome me with a smile and check me in. I bought my RDX 3 years ago and have always been lucky enough to work with the same professional associate, Marisol Arvizu. She is at the top of her field, a consummate professional, knowledgeable, listens and cares to achieve the customers’ requests. I am a care provider to my husband and was on a tight schedule. Marisol was reassuring and was able to have the car service completed earlier and with a car wash (thank you!). My car looked and felt brand new! She made my day.

He also was great in explaining the Acura care package pertaining to that dealership in which I didnt hesitate to sign up for. I’ve been meaning to submit a review about my experience with the Acura of Pleasanton. I previously had a lease with Acura in which my yearly miles were exceeded. I expressed my concerns with Farooq and he immediately explained all my options. They happened to have a used Tesla and explained the benefits of purchasing . Despite being close to closing time, he didn’t make me feel rushed. He was super informative and got management involved to assist with the purchase. I came back the next day and the Manager made my family and I feel at home !! Best customer service experience I’ve had!! Thank you so much!

I have a Hendrick dealer purchased Honda Civic with a Tire & Wheel protection plan. Got a nail in my tire and dropped in (no appt) at this Hendrick Acura dealership to repair my tire. The service consultant Marisol Arvizu was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. She fit me in ASAP and found me a replacement tire. She kept me updated along the way and got me on my way pretty quick. Marisol was great and a pleasure to work with, I recommend Marisol & this Acura dealership service. I recently came into Acura with my boyfriend to trade in our car for a Tesla and our sales representative was Alexander Lorenzo. I took my car in for its last service under my lease agreement. My Service Representative, Marisol is always there to warmly greet me and get things started right away. I appreciate her friendliness and respect for my time while being attentive to my service needs. This was my first visit to Acura of Pleasanton. I had such a wonderful experience and it is solely due to Landon Bura. I initially came in November of 2023. My 2017 RDX was having issues (luckily my alarm went off repeatedly while I was there, reinforcing my issue). I initially self diagnosed after reading through the Acura forums online - the Body Control Module was bad.Landon spent a lot of time trying to find the part, but it was backordered for months. He recognized this was a big problem and he Landon stayed in contact. The minute my part came in, he immediately contacted me and I had a service appointment the next day (January 2024). He also went the extra mile and researched my warranty for me (I had lost track of the paperwork), and it was covered. I dont generally visit dealerships, but Landon has restored my faith! Pleasanton is lucky to have him.

My car, a 2019 Acura RDX, started exhibiting some unusual behavior including have the car come on (the engine was NOT starting) when I wasnt near it. This would result in the headlights and other electrical systems coming on which would run down my 8 month old battery. The first time the battery ran down, I called AAA for a jump and they also said the battery was still good. The day after that my car was still fine until the evening when the electrical systems would turn back on. The next day I contacted the dealer (it was a Friday) and they could not take the car in that day but offered an 8AM Saturday time. Saturday morning after AAA came and jumped the car again, I drove it do the dealer. My service advisor, Marisol Arvizu, was very responsive and appreciated personal things going on which made it very difficult for me not to have a working car. She arranged for a loaner of a new RDX which was a godsend since my husband cannot get into a low vehicle without a lot of struggle and pain. My car was diagnosed as having an internal failure in my Body Control Module (BCM) and the part was ordered. Once the part arrived, it was installed and tested and I was able to return the loaner for my car on Wednesday afternoon. During the entire episode, Marisol was very responsive to inquiries and keeping me informed. It is such a relief to have my car back and reliable again. Thank you, Marisol and all the service and parts staff involved in getting my fix and thank you, Acura of Pleasanton.

Several weeks ago we bought a certified preowned 2021 Acura RDX from Acura of Pleasanton. Our experience was astoundingly positive, mainly thanks to our incredible sales consultant Ana Diaz. Ms. Diaz was warm, welcoming, very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and extremely patient and respectful to two “mature” drivers who had lots of questions about the car and its technology. She was never once “pushy”, aggressive or cajoling. She was a delight to talk to, and spent hours talking with us before we purchased the car, which we LOVE!!! At our request, she also wore a mask throughout our consultation. She invited us to come back and talk with her again if we had any further questions come up. We did that last Sunday and, again, were treated to her warm, welcoming and patient manner, as she went over all of our questions, thoughtfully and explicitly demonstrating how to use many of the tech features. As if that wasn’t enough, when we got home we realized we’d inadvertently left one of our two sets of car keys with her. We called and told her this. The next day SHE DROVE TO OUR HOME TO PERSONALLY DELIVER THE KEYS (we live in Oakland)! This was an amazingly considerate act, light years above and beyond what she had to do.In short, Ana Diaz is the consummate professional, a true “gem”. My car wasnt starting and I was stuck. Tried jumpstarting the car twice before getting it to Acura of Pleasanton. Acura Pleasanton has really gone downhill, and Acura cars suck now too. Had several recalls and repairs needed, and whenever I spend hundreds there I ask them to look at one of the many other things not sounding or maneuvering right and they try to bang me for $150 each time. Their main interest is to ring up that cash register on you as much as possible, and since their cars suck now, they can ring that register up a lot now in the service department. Also had an appt and showed up on time but had to stand in the lobby while my agent had a casual conversation for 25 minutes and while two other agents twiddled their thumbs and said they couldn’t help me. Spend $1,600 on repairs and they still wanted another $150 just to investigate a screeching noise when it starts. Terrible car and terrible service. Buy a Lexus or BMW, better cars and service.

I explained the problem I was having. She wrote up the service order and I left to get a bite to eat. Shortly after I returned, my car was done! She even had it washed and vacuumed for me! The problem was fixed and she sent me a video of the technician showing and explaining what he found. Great service! Came here for a major service in Nov 2022 - oil plus all fluids change diff, trans plus detailing and inspection and tire patch up. Came here from Fremont as I had good service experience with my previous vehicle (2016 RDX).This was a simple and straightforward transaction. Service advisor Josh M was amiable to work with and updates, invoicing and payment were all online thru text and email.Received email on the inspection video that required suspension adjustment and mount mount replacement - this method allowed me to make a decision promptly.Josh also offered a loaner car - the new 2023 Integra. I ended up with a curb rash on one of the wheels and the manager was reasonable to let this pass - whew! i was mentally prepared for a major cost to me!

Brought my RDX in a few weeks ago to replace a broken headlight. Landon Bura was my technician and he was awesome. I filed a claim with my insurance agency and when they tried to make go to a different shop he worked with the insurance to make sure I could keep the car there and not make several more trips. Update September 2023: I dropped off my car for service on Thursday and had a very good experience. They have a new Service Rep (Marisol) who is outstanding - she is positive, nice, efficient and on-time. Instead of making me wait, she greeted me at my car and I was done in 5 minutes. A big improvement. Changing my review to 5 stars.Acura makes great cars and the service technicians are top notch. But the process to drop-off your car needs to be redesigned. It takes about 40 minutes just to drop off your car for service. Pleasanton Acura needs a process that is designed for the customer not internal service reps.

I recently had my Acura MDX serviced with Acura Pleasanton. It was my first time there and I had an amazing experience from start to finish. From the first call in I made I was treated with such professionalism. The day of the appointment, I was taken care of by Marisol. I cannot say enough good things about her! She has a customer for life in me! I will be calling her anytime I need help with my car. She went above and beyond. Not only did she diagnose the probable cause of my car issues, she made sure my car was fully serviced so I would not have to come back. She then called me a Lyft ride to ensure I picked up my child from school on time. It was the most incredible service I have ever received from a car servicing center! Art was very professional and positive first thing in the morning (appointment at 8a.m.) Asked what the car was being brought in for and noted everything then took us to his desk area and entered info into the computer and gave us an estimate of the cost and when the car would be ready. Took my Acura TSX to this dealer to have a 4-wheel alignment done and the service consultant I worked with was Art Mejia. He provided excellent customer service and made sure the alignment was done to properly, even after I returned because the car was still pulling to the right at high speeds. Turns out I had a bent lower front right control arm which I had to replace and then realigned by Acura Pleasanton. Enjoyed working with Art who I found has over 13 years of experience as a mechanic, made the transition to service consultant, is very patient and customer focus and can explain car issue/repairs in a clear and concise manner.

Just brought my 2016 RDX in for its major 100K service. Rob in service was very thorough in explaining everything and let me know that it would probably be a 2-day job due to all the work needed. Brought in my 2014 Acura TL to get an oil change & serviced. During the inspection the technician noticed that the bearing on left front wheel was bad & needed to replaced.
