I’m very pleased with the care I got here (no complaints there).However, I am not happy with the way they handled paperwork. I needed my short term disability claim paperwork filled out by the office, and it took them well over a week to get it done.They were quick to take my money on surgery day, but slow to fill out the paperwork when I needed help.Calling it like I see it, guys.

Staff are friendly, the office is clean and smells good! My attending Doctor John Vinh was so accommodating! He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease despite some not good issues concerning my eyes! I felt comfortable talking to him! So thankful that he’s my optometrist!👍

Although I walked into a very crowded waiting room I was seen within 5 minutes! Dr. John Vinh was awesome as well as the inhouse optometrist who got me some high end designer frames with my insurances allowance which ended up being free!! But the real proof of the pudding will be when the new glasses arrive. Then I can really rate them right. 🧐

Office was clean and parking available, check in was easy and wait was minimal. Dr. Vinh was polite and professional. It was obvious that he took the time to review my medical history before addressing my visión. Most importantly, he made notes for my Opthamologist regarding possible surgery. Eye glasses selection is ok, but the service was great. Everything was taken care of in this one visit, except to pick up my new prescription glasses two weeks from now!

The staff are all very friendly, my doctor was very kind and informative.I had trouble finding the office. It was my first time going and I don’t think I really had a lot of information as to how to find the actual office other than their address. When you pull up to the address you will see that there are multiple big buildings.You want to enter the building that says Paradise Valley Hospital. But don’t enter through their emergency entrance.I added a photo so you can see where to enter. This is to the of the side of the big building.You will see letters that say “MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING,” enter there and go to the 3rd floor. You will see the directory there. I added a photo.

Dr.Vihn makes someone who is new to wearing glasses feel comfortable to speak to. Customer service is everything to me. His connection to customer need and his personality makes you feel like you’re talking to a friend. Dr. Vihn makes coming into get my eyes check like it’s two friends discussing eye stuff and how to take care of it. Love that he’s my eye Dr. Thanks Dr. Vihn!

Horrible Company that will commit fraud against you, that or whoever files the insurance is doing something fishy.I went to a different Acuity location on 11/22/22 for an Eye Exam and paid by $33 copay. Then on 12/8/22 I went to this location and paid $100 + $33 for my contact fitting. (By the way I never got the sample contacts from this fitting, despite calling over and over again to see if they were in and this experience sucked so bad it pushed me to get Lasik)Then 6 MONTHS LATER I get a bill statements saying that I owe them $63 (they said $30 for Eye Exam and $30 for Contact fitting), it also said that the eye exam and contact exam both happened on the same day at this facility. This was of course wrong so I contacted customer service and sent them a copy of my bill statement showing that I paid in full the day of each service. They said theyd get back to me and never did.THEN this month (September 2023) I get another statement, except this time it says I owe them $65 dollars and now theres a a whole new service on there, Determine Refractive State on 12/8 for $65. And it now showed $33 and $30 credited for that. SO they have now ADDED A WHOLE NEW CHARGE and am saying thats what I paid for despite the fact that the $33 and the $30 were paid at TWO SEPERATE Acuity Eye groups on SEPERATE DAYS. I can only assume theyve made up a whole new charge to try to make it where I still owe them money, $2 more than what the last statement said.This insane and GREEDY. And since all the charges are being said to have happened on 12/8 at this Facility I can only assume that the fraud is stemming from them. Disgusting

Receptionist knew the purpose of my visit. The assistant explained the way sight works at my age. The Doctor was fast and made clear what my problem was. The eyeglasses person was nice and reasonable and I got all clear.

Worst place to go to order your glasses!! First time I went they lost the form and never was sent. Reordered had to wait 3 month and wrong glasses frames. They reordered again and again wrong glasses!! Now im having to wait again probably another 2-3 month and maybe just maybe they will be the right ones. By the time they come in it’s almost going to be a year and time for yearly eye routine..

Amazing employees here! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. My grandma had appointment at this location and she loved how well a girl name ‘Alexa’ took care of her. She was patient and made her experience very comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Dr vinh, great doctor, however the optical…. Not so much. I had to wait 5 months for my glasses, then still nothing, i had to call and call because they would never answer, and then they said oh ill send it to a private lab, 3 more weeks past and they never called ME, i had to call them after 3 days because again they never picked up, and if they did they would say oh let me get your name and when she was done with her patient ill call back. Yeah wrong! Then the lady claims a guy was calling and calling that my glasses were ready only because her “notes” say. But not one missed call. Not one. Last time ill ever be coming here. People need their glasses, and 6 months isnt it.

I was under the care of Dr. Fish for more than one year. He always had a caring approach to me and provided very good care. The low number of stars is due to the OFFICE STAFF. I came in 5 minutes before an 8:30am appointment. The ladies behind the counter ignored me standing at the counter and were having a chat among themselves with back turned to the counter. There was only ONE OTHER CUSTOMER in the office. I interrupted the ladies chit chat and the receptionist was very dismissive, telling me to sit down, and turned back to her friends (turning her back on me). I sat for 15 minutes and they didnt ever acknowledge me. It could be my race, age or gender (theirs was different). So, I left. I imagine they marked me as a no-show. So, I will not be returning. Their attitude was unacceptable. Again, this review is not for the doctor. The OFFICE STAFF is the problem.

Entire staff is very friendly, professional and caring. They beat my internet price quotes for lenses and Ray Ban frames. And the lenses were thinner, lighter and more scratch resistant than online! Personal fitting as well. Doctor of Optometry, John Vinh conducted a thorough exam. I new one reason that I wanted an opthalmologist exam. He found two more and explained clearly and in detail what his concerns were. Waiting room and facilities are spacious, clean and bright. Parking is a little tight.

I have told them two times now that they need to file our insurance for my minor daughters eye exam. The first time they said they would a did not so when they called again around two weeks ago they again told me they would file it. Now my minor daughter has some collection agency after her. Now I am wondering if I need to get an attorney involved with this since they keep failing to file the insurance and want to turn a minor out to collections. Also 390.00 is way to much for a very basic routine eye exam with no dilation needed.
