Lee Wright and his team were amazing over this process. They were very patient with me and very descriptive with any questions that I had. Lee also made an effort, even after business hours, to check in on me weekly to see if I had any questions or if there was anything he could do for me. Being a Veteran, the service I have gotten from Lee and his team vs. the other veteran lenders I have had experience with has truly been night and day. I just completed refinance with Active Link. Randy, Lindsay and Rachel were absolutely amazing to work with. Lindsay was especially great, she was very detailed and on top of everything during the process. She walked me through the whole process and was very thorough. Randy was especially helpful with explaining how the process was going to work and set specific timelines with me. He followed up with me weekly and updated me throughout the whole closing. Rachel did all the behind the scenes work with the title company and insurance and getting inspections done. They are an amazing team and great group of professionals to deal with. Giavanna, our loan officer, made the entire process incredibly comfortable, especially for me as a refinancing newbie (unlike my husband, the refinancing pro!). Its a huge relief to find someone who can break down complex processes without losing their cool.There was a minor hiccup when interest rates jumped just after a conversation with Giavanna. Ive known Sara Hartington for a few years and Ive always used her for my property refinancing. Sara is up front with process and explains the process from A to Z and what to expect. She encourages to ask any questions you may have. After the refi was completed, she called us to checkin. The only down fall with the process was the use of electronic email signing which was my fault as I am NOT computer savvy. Sarah was very patient with me and was able to walk me through this. When I call a company, I prefer speaking with a live person rather than a robot or someone who simply provides “one shoe fits all” answers, reads from a text, or cuts you off if they don’t know the answers. A solid “360” with Joe Bosch. We discussed many different financial points. He needed no script, didn’t guess an answer, and most of all was current in the financial game. Seldom am I fortunate to connect with that type of person in today’s robotic, technology etc. world of business. Joseph was very hands-on, and was able to answer every question I had, and in addition, provide information to me as the customer for issues I had not anticipated. Matt, Mallory, and their teammates are something special. I had a very unique problem after my divorce where I had to refinance my home into my name, remove the ex wife, pull equity from my mortgage to satisfy the quick deed which was given under a ridiculous time frame to be paid out and my credit was barely within the range. I called every single bank and financial institution I knew of. I was desperate. I found Matt honestly by accident when I checked my mail and decided to call. Right then he assembled a team on the phone call. They worked with me until every detail was figured out. I hung up and prayed. Over the next few weeks I had calls when a document needed to be provided or signed but several nights way past normal working hours they we’re still working on my loan. When they got it finalized, a person came to my house for signatures and it was done. I thought……. No they have continued to check in on me. Making sure I am ok. Giving me any updates or advice free of charge just to ensure that I’m happy and things are going smoothly. I rarely find this kind of special care and treatment because it is rarely seen in today’s world. I will never go anywhere else with my questions or home financial needs. Matt and Mallory are family.
