A hearty thanks to the hard-working and diligent staff at Action sports. I bought a Specialized Sirrus X 2.0 last year and I received a years worth of free tune-ups. I brought my bike before the year was up for a basic tune up and the technicians found that my brakes were leaking. They contacted Specialized and warrantied the brakes, so I got a pair of new disc brakes for free. The brakes work amazing. Thanks again for looking out for me and providing me top notch customer service.

Great shop, huge shout out to Tim for being so patient and helpful! I bought a trek checkpoint and he spent nearly 2 hours with me to make sure I was happy with the model, fit, and how it rode. It was great to be able to take two different sizes out for a loop in the parking lot, and Tim even rode alongside me to check my reach and seat height. Sam is clearly an expert at what he does with fitting and it feels great to have a bike professionally adjusted for my proportions. Excellent experience, and I can’t wait to go in again in the future!

Broke 3 spokes on one of my road wheel. Dropped it off around 2 in the afternoon and had no idea when it would be done. Got a message at 5:30 that evening it was ready for pickup. I know its not always like that, but it was definitely awesome service! 👏

Action Sports Store has become my new favorite bike store. Its worth the 95-mile drive, with great inventory on bicycles, cycling gear, and awesome financing options. All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are keen on what you are looking for and share their experience and knowledge to help you make a confident and happy decision. Luis was very helpful and took the time to help me explore my options. With his patience & and expertise, I bought a bike and, surprisingly, an additional carbon wheel set. I upgraded to a new road bike and as usual Action Sports has plenty of inventory. The staff is very knowledgeable. Mathew Van Horn worked with me to get the bike setup perfectly. I came in a few days later to add a GPS bike computer and worked with David D. David took the time to help get the computer setup on my phone and bike. Always outstanding service and the staff work together as a team. Very professionally run operation.

Damaged my bike in an accident and the service dept had it diagnosed, parts ordered, and in the repair process very quickly. Once parts arrived service was quick and the price was beyond fair. I didn’t buy my bike from them but you’d never know it. Great service, honest pricing, and friendly staff. Can’t ask for much more.

His bike industry connections, established over many decades, run deep and he can source anything (e.g., looking for a Specialized SL8 that no one else in the country seems to be able to get their hands on?). Kerrys prices cannot be beat and he will shower you in superb customer service. The folks at Action Sports were kind enough to submit a warranty claim for a Trek bike I’ve had for the better part of 16 years. (Not to the fault of Action Sports) Trek wasn’t able to honor it indicating the problematic area on the bike was not covered by their lifetime warranty plan. They decided to give me 20% off a new bike or frame. Suffice it to say, I took them up on this offer. I was in communication with the people at Action Sports and they were able to help me make a choice on a new bike. They were very kind, patient and knowledgeable in their recommendations. They weren’t pushy in the least bit. After purchasing the bike, I went to the bike shop to pick it up. They were able to install a rear cassette that I purchased, install a suitable chain protector and gave it a last-minute tune-up. A bike fit was performed by Kerry. It was spot on after having ridden the bike for the first time the following day. Kudos to Kerry. The bike is a huge upgrade from my previous one and I am thoroughly enjoying it, money well spent. Thanks goes to the folks at Action Sports! I would definitely recommend them!(5 months later) Edit:I absolutely love the bike, its such a pleasure to ride! I participated in a Spooktacular cycling event in Bakersfield today and succesfully completed it. The bike worked like a charm. Exceptional Service - just wow!I brought my Specialized Kenevo SL EMB into Action Sports (where I purchased the bike from) for reconditioning and a tune-up, and to purchase new mountain bike gear. Bought my bike here a while back. Came in today with a few things that needed to be fixed. Sam, Zach, and another guy(can’t remember his name but had a centipede tattoo) were super helpful. No one tried to sell me on anything I didn’t need and were able to fix my bike in less than an hour with the expedited service (only 20 bucks). Even after my bike was fixed they took the time to explain some things to me and answer all my questions. Appreciate all the effort and patience from these guys.

Hands down, the best experience ever! Kerry took care of me and explain all the choices for a MTB for me. This happened from the moment I step foot in the store. Even helping me choose according to my budget. He is very knowledgeable with all their products. He is very sensitive to my needs in choosing a bike. End up buying a great bike, hitch rack for it and chiosing a bike for my wife.Few days later, we came back but sadly frame was too big for my wife. Sam helped us looked for a smaller frame but does not make a lot of difference. Toured us around the store to see if there is something to fit my wife and found one, end up buying that instead. Some shops will push you to buy the more expensive ones as my wife chose a bike with lesser value. Sam even urge her to pick a bike that she is really comfortable with. Great selection of bicycle and parts. When I bought my bike there they did a custom fit. I also get a discount on tune-ups for the life of the bike. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. The staff is always friendly when I walk through that front door. Most of them recognize me by now and they know my riding routine. I can stop in anytime with a question or concern and they never hesitate to answer or help. They seem to have a very decent selection when it comes to product. To be honest though I go in for a specific thing so I normally don’t shop around. If I don’t know what I need or am looking for I ask and I typically buy whatever is recommended. I visited Action Sports a couple of weeks ago to purchase a set of mountain bike brakes. Stewart Wurtman was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and patient in helping me decide what brakes to buy. Then on January 7,2023, I brought my bike in and the master mechanic Jerry Campbell installed the brakes and recently purchased shifters. Jerry was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He invited me to test ride the bike. I was thrilled with the silky- smooth shifting and the spot-on braking. Jerry exceeded my expectations! Additionally, Jerry thoughtfully corrected some faulty areas on my bike. Thank you so much. Very easy purchase. My fiance has been looking for a fast ripper for a few weeks now. He called and asked if they had it in stock, asked about financing and this company offers in-store Klarna financing which is super convenient! The workers were very knowledgeable and friendly. Unless you want to spend more on labor than the actual products youre buying than this is the place for you! Keep in mind, I have Lifetime service on my bike that I originally purchased, which apparently doesnt cover any service done to the bike! For new tubes, tires, and handlebars was under $100 but once its all said and done it costs over $200 for labor! I dont know what PhD certified technicians you have working but over 100% of the price markup for labor is a scam. Be EXTREMELY cautious and Demand a final itemized receipt before you pay for ANYTHING because this company will not hesitate to blindside you, and keep their labor fees a secret until you show up to pick up the bike

For the most part, Ive had a good experience here. I purchased a sweet bike here about 3 years ago and its still in great condition and Im not easy on it. Labor may be pricey, but its comparable to other bike shops. Bikes are just expensive. In the past, I had encountered a few of the younger employees displayed unprofessionalism and one even torqued my seat stay to crazy tight and stripped it, which wasnt fun, but the managers and mechanics have always been helpful, accommodating, and kind. Bad reviews are usually made in anger over one small fraction of the action sports experience. I mean, we are all guilty of being impulsive with online grievances. I think its a great establishment. I recommend (when bikes are back in full stock) to find yourself a bike on sale. My bike was nearly 1000 less because it was last years model. A few years later, its still solid.

Climbing wall review: nice little option to get some climbs in. Current price is $16 for entry, extra $4 if you need shoes and a harness. They have 3 auto belays, lots of top ropes, and plenty of boulder options up. New routes were being set while I was there and they have a lot packed into a small space. Theres always an employee on staff to help belay if needed, which is nice. Glad to see an option for climbing in Bakersfield!

I went to Action Sport on a recommendation from another bike shop, I was a bit apprehensive at first thinking this store more so catered to a higher end clientele. I was wrong. The guys in this shop were attentive to the concerns I had about my bike. They listened and discussed my options. I needed a stronger wheel to support me as I am a larger person. The customer service you provide, is nothing less than stellar. I had a wonderful experience and will continue to purchase what I need from this store. Logan did a great job answering any questions I had and walked me through the entire process. Sam was great, he helped me set my seat height and showed me how to ride the bike properly. He was also nice enough to walk me to my car with all my equipment. I did a lot of research online before coming in, on what I would need being new to cycling. Sam and Logan recommended everything I needed and nothing more. They didnt push me into anything that wasnt necessary and only suggested what I might want to get in the future. I traveled from Vegas to purchase a Stumpjumper from here. I’ve never experienced such good customer service from a bike shop. They took time to teach me how to adjust my suspension and fitted the bike to my size/weight. I’ve had similar services from other shops but Action Sports is on another level of customer service and attention to detail. There is a lot of bicycles and accessories to choose from, and if they dont have it, they will order it. I have to say I was blown away at the level of service and professionalism at action sports.If your like me it’s been impossible to find a bike during the pandemic so I was pretty excited when I found one only 150 miles from my house. I live in Orange County so the drive to Bakersfield is quite a “trek”!From the moment my family and I entered we experienced amazing service and a friendly attitude which is so lacking today at most stores. Kudos to the ownership and management for training your employees and instilling a positive work culture.The initial gentleman to help me out had the no problem attitude which was great. I asked for a kick stand and bottle cage and he said he would have someone install it. A little while later he had a tech come out to help size me on the bike.Sorry I’m horrible with names but the tech was awesome too. He fielded all my mundane and simplistic questions and I never felt “stupid”. I haven’t purchased a bike in over 20 years and that was probably from big 5 so nothing like the refined machinery I was going to ride now. He also spent the time to educate me on other aspects of the bike and riding in general.Had a hiccup at check out but the employees worked extremely well together and with a positive attitude. After paying for the bike I informed the young lady I still needed to pay for the kick stand and bottle cage so someone ran up from the back with the UPC codes and I was able to finalize my transaction.My only regret is that I live so far from Bakersfield because action sports is a world class bike shop!I have already recommended it to a buddy who sometimes is out that way.Beyond completely satisfied!Action sports is a model in how to run a business especially in these challenging and frustrating times.Wish I could give them 6 stars.Try them out I promise you won’t regret it!Hey I drove over 300 miles round trip so there is no excuse. So a friend told me about this place a few weeks ago. I bought a GT aggressor last year and biked some and the past month really started enjoying it. I went and a young gentleman Colin I believe his name was helped me out a ton and didnt go all salesman on me. I found a bike and got a great deal. Then the owner Kerry came out and sized me with the bike and made some recommendations. I told him get me everything I need. I got shoes, shorts, helmet, repair kit, lights....you name it I got it. Kerry walked me through every little detail on everything from the shoes to the lights. The man really cares about the safety of his customers. He didnt over sell me on anything I didnt need and wasnt pushy, but gave honest, good advice. He adjusting my seat ankles and broke everything down for me biomechanically. I am a personal trainer and have-not biked much but everything he said I picked up on quick. He is full of knowledge on how to properly ride a bike. Yes, there is proper form and what a difference it makes. Colin and another gentleman helped me carry everything to my truck and load up. The entire customer service staff was honestly very nice and friendly and it was just a great environment. I drove 90 minutes each way and I will always take my business here as I become a more seasoned rider. This is one of the best, if not the best customer service I have had in my 35 years. I am greatly impressed by Action Sports in Bakersfield because: (a) They have a tremendous amount of inventory providing your customer with more choices than any other bicycling store I have visited, and; (b) The staff I interacted with was knowledgeable and friendly. I called the store looking for a possible bike to purchase, knowing that supplies have become very limited due to the pandemic. The person who answered the phone kindly reviewed the inventory and discussed the options with me so that I could decide if I wanted to drive the 130 miles to take a look. He suggested that when I arrive, I speak with Curt who handles the road bikes. I drove out and met with Curt. He patiently answered my endless questions and listened to my various thought processes for one choice over another. We discussed the various options and compared sizes, groupsets and he check the inventory for multiple variations. All the while, he never became frustrated nor judgmental of my inexperience or indecision. He was more a knowledgeable coach than a salesperson, always calm and engaged. I quickly began to trust his judgement and began asking what would you choose? which is out of character for me but it has been 30 years since I purchased a road bike. After choosing the Specialized Roubaix Expert, he continued to coach me through choices of shoes and peddles and adjusted the bike to fit me. Even during the fitting, after spending a couple hours with me (!), he was still patient and willing to discuss best options to the very end. The end included showing me how to remove and replace the front wheel with disk brakes for transport in my car... and he put it in my car for me. Wow. I could not have had a better experience. I bought my first snowboard set after several hours of conversation with the action sports team (ended up buying the stuff online because they ran out of my size, otherwise would’ve bought here). I often have a negative experience with bike shops, but action sports was the notable exception. I felt incredibly cared for (3 people helped me through the purchase and fitting process) and everyone was incredibly respectful and knowledgeable. In particular, Gio and Sam helped me out tremendously, giving me information about burning in my new disc brakes, getting me set up correctly in terms of height of the seat post and positioning of the seat and giving me tons of information for continuing to tweak the bike once I got home and got riding. Gio even helped me make sure the bike got safely onto my cars bike rack, grabbing a wrench to ensure that my rack was secure and not wobbly. My only regret is that I do not live closer to this shop! The service at this bike shop is exceptional. I drove out here from LA (2 hr drive) to purchase a specific model that this location had in stock, and the staff here was so helpful and accommodating. They waved the restocking fee and storage fee and fitted me for the new bike. Best Customer Service Ever. I ordered a bike for my 12 year old 2 weeks before Christmas and it got delayed by shipping company. Owner calls me 2 days before Christmas to let me know and offers to make it right, sub another bike, what ever it takes. I declined and told him no big deal we would pick it up after Christmas. Im a single, stay-at-home mom with no social life and very few friends to do activities with. The manager Charlie needs to learn customer service very rude to me and my group of buddies renting snow boards spent over 800 all of us and still had him watching us like a hawk always walking by us to make sure we weren’t stealing. I bought my first bike from Kerry over 20 years ago. Since then, I have bought a second bike and have changed the implements many times. I think I am on my 3rd set of wheels. Kerry is extremely honest and so knowledgeable. I wanted to buy another bike and he refused to let me do it. Instead, I spend less and changed the wheels on my bike. He told me and my brother that we dont need new bikes even tough we both were ready to buy new bikes again. That is how honest he is and it is probably the reason he has done so well. I paid almost $25 for a flat repair on my sons bike about 3 months ago and brought it back and left it in the garage. No one had used it since. When he took it out last week, it was flat and I tried to put air in but was leaking out from the base of the valve. The valve didnt look right as it looked kind of sunk in. I took the bike back to Action Sports yesterday and explained the situation. The young man at the counter immediately suggested replacing the tube and I had to repeat several times that I had a new tube put in and has not been used since. I was thinking they just need to adjust the valve or a simple fix. After 20 minutes, the technician brought it out and handed it to me. I asked him what the problem was and he said Oh I dont know, I just went and changed out the tube and put in sealant. I told him it was a new tube and hasnt been touched since but he was confused as to why it happened. But then, the young man at the counter handed me a bill for another $24.60. I questioned the cashier and he simply said you just need to stay out of the potholes.I am down $50 for a flat repair on a kids bike. Needless to say I will NEVER use this shop again for anything!

This place really is poor for climbers. I wasnt ever going to leave a review but after considering coming back and seeing all the other reviews it jogged my memory as to why I dont ever want to set foot in this place again. As litterally the only option (other than the college which Im looking into, they have a single wall, looks higher than this place) within about 100 miles, it pains me they cant get it together. Once a real place opens they may as well tear the wall down as no one will ever, ever come here again.The routes are bad. Really bad. They are set by kids who have no world experience with indoor or outdoor routes. They built routes specific to their body type and stenghs and then grade them up or down depending on whether they feel its a challenge for others. They are Lil snots too who feel like they own the place. Zero engagement with new climbers, zero excitement for the sport.The owner made efforts to make things right, but never followed through. We spoke with him about having some of my friends who set come from Fresno to get it sorted out and get some fresh routes in. When the time came to pull the trigger he backed out like he had never said it. The prices are too high for such a small poorly managed place. And your comment about solid climbers liking liquid chalk on another review really goes to show how petty you can be. Would not come back here for free would rather drive to LA.

I have purchased two Trek Madones here. Action’s “free tuneups for life” policy makes purchasing here a no-brainer. However, even more important to me: they can be trusted. I have gone in asking for certain upgrades, that would have made Action money, but was told they really wouldn’t accomplish what I was looking for. Rather than sell me something for the revenue, they look out for me on both the cost side and the performance side. I’ve recommend Action to tons of friends and several have bought their bikes at Action with no regrets and happy they did! I highly recommend Action for your cycling needs!

I had been riding my bike for several years and had never been professionally fitted. I developed a case of hot foot that I couldn’t get rid off. It got to the point where it hurt even when I wasn’t riding. I finally went in. The owner helped me himself. I usually see the same person everytime I go, Ivan. He has helped me and educated me on a few things in the cycling world. He always tried to help me with all sorts of things from peddles to saddles. I recently went in for a bike fit/ adjustment and worked with Ricky. Let me say its refreshing to see someone that shows they care about their job and making you happy while riding. Some other bike shops in bakersfield tend to be either snobby or act like they are tired of talking about bikes, no passion. I will gladly make the 50 minute round trip out to them for the level of customer service. Well, I was close to giving up and buying another bike as I couldnt get comfortable on the one I had. But ricky made some adjustments and gave several recommendations, some I was uncertain about. But I gave it a try and I am amazed. I have fallen back in love with cycling as my pain is finally gone! I live in Kernville, about 1.5 hours away. The first few times I took my bike in for service was good and it kept me coming back. The last 3 visits are the reasons why I wont be going back.First issue happened when I dropped my bike off for a tune up and to bleed both front and back brakes. I received a phone call letting me know my bike was ready for pick up only to find out once I arrived that the brakes hadnt been bled. 3 hour round trip for nothing.Second issue I have is when I dropped off the bike to get my dropper post fixed, and my fork serviced. Again, they give me a call letting me know my bike was ready for pick up, and they hadnt fixed the dropper post.. Another 3 hour round trip for nothing. On top of that, they kept telling me at first that I needed to replace the whole $300 system until I pushed them for more info on why. Turned out I really only needed to replace a barb on the actuator that had cracked in half which was a $2 piece. (Phone call with Terry clarified that I wasnt talking to a mechanic which was my mistake)Third issue occured when I dropped my bike off to get my rear hub fixed. My rear wheel wouldnt engage when I would pedal and I told them to do whatever was required to fix the issue. They said they took care of it, I went for one mild ride after I got home, and the same problem happened again. After I came back and explained to the manager what happened he told me that I didnt pay for a hub overhaul which is apparently what was required for the fix. I asked if they could discount the labor required to get it fixed as this was my third time bringing my bike back for incomplete work orders, but he wasnt having it. He essentially blamed the fact that it didnt get fixed on me not requesting the correct service that I couldnt have known to ask for.The work that actually got completed on my bike was good, and its the only reason Im giving 2 stars instead of 1. The way they chose to handle my last visit is reason enough to not go back. 3 round trips accumulates to 9 hours plus $25 on gas per trip. I spent a total of 9 hours and $75 on gas driving back and forth for mistakes they made, and they wouldnt help me out even a little.Edit: Terry the owner just contacted me and was extremely eager to rectify any mistakes that occured in the bike shop. I have to say I was surprised to get a phone call from anyone let alone the owner. He was very proffesional, sympathetic, and he immediately offered to give me equivelant store credit or to pay for any incompleted work. He has already ordered the parts and set me up with an apointment 2 days from now. It is really incredible to come accross an owner that cares that much about their customers, and he has completely changed my opinion of Action Sports. Thanks for carringng Terry!!

Stopped by Action Sports when shopping for a road bike after years of using a mountain bike on bike trails/roads. Had previously been to another Bakersfield cycle shop where I was asked what my price range was and then given two bikes to take out for a ride. Some models were not available in my size for me to try. Since I was purchasing my 1st road bike I really didn’t know what to look for. At the end of the rides I was asked which I liked best. I wasn’t really given any information that would have helped me made an informed decision.So thankful I shopped at Action Sports as you are not left on your own to guess. A variety of models were in stock in my size, but some were ruled out by Kerry just based on my body shape. Kerry then set several bikes up on a wind trainer and had me ride each to check my positioning on each bike. He explained how my body should be positioned and the angles he was looking for. After ruling some out, he sent me out to ride 2 bikes that had been adjusted for me. I noticed a marked difference between the two bikes and felt like I was able to made a good decision with the information I’d been provided. Kerry then spent time making sure every accessory was a match for my biking needs. I expected some aches as I adjusted to riding a road bike, but have had none. I can only attribute this to the excellent job done in fitting the bike. So thankful I shopped at Action Sports!! Theyll get my future business.Next time I stopped by the shop, I was given some tips. Seems there is a real focus on educating folks.If you just want to pick a bike by being told to go out a ride one, shop somewhere else. If you want to be matched to the bike that is the best fit for you, shop Action Sports.

Regarding the Vert Rock Wall:This used to be a pretty cool little climbing gym despite being small and only allowing liquid chalk. The staff used to be cool and friendly, the routes were great, and the grading was consistent. Im returning after ~2yrs away and the feel is far less exciting. Routes are mediocre at best, clearly the good setters have all moved on. The staff is now 18/19 year olds with a passive interest in climbing and poor customer service. The grading is all over the place. Many 5s resemble 3s and many 4s resemble 6s. Zero consistency. Its a real bummer to purchase a month pass to a gym that used to be quality, albeit small, only to find it in such a degraded condition. Regret the purchase. The front counter staff is nice though.Updated: after posting this, the owner responded (seen below). He then found my cell number and texted me screenshots of emails and requeststo remove the review. I thought that to be strange and makes me question how many poor reviews have been removed. I have no intention of being rude and am only trying to inform other climbers so they can save money before purchasing a pass and therefore dont see the point in removing a review.The refund was appreciated. The cashier, Madison, was extremely friendly and offered great customer service which is reflected in the slight change in stars. Additionally, nothing in this should indicate the rest of the store is inadequate.

Overall it isnt a bad place to get quality gear for cycling, climbing, and a few other outdoor sports. I have been perusing cycles for a few years now, along with a couple friends who are avid riders. Near a couple years back, I purchased a specialized mtb, and ride about 70/wk. What attracted me to this site is the volume of cycles, though a need for a wider range is needed (low end/high end, but not enough middle). Ive enjoyed the sales support team and the effort they put into showing and answering questions while remaining professional and allowing self-perusing which is refreshing (and several are avid riders who know the issues). One area concerns me: On a couple occassions (one with another, and one with me), I noticed a mechanic talking gruffly with a customer. Once, when I brought a bike in to have the derailleurs adjusted (Saturday morning), for some reason, the fellow in charge wanted me to come to the back, saying he probably knew the problem (I thought, great. I didnt care to come to the back as I figured they could take care of it as in the past, but he insisted.). He, and the mechanic showed me how the hangar was bent. This confused me, as the mechanic from a week or so ago had straightened it, and I had only rode a few times: all on road. The mechanic and man in charge expressed that there was a scratch on the rear derailleur where it had been hit. I explained that I had never dropped the bike, that it had not been hit (Im very aware of what Im doing.), that that scratch had been there from over a year previous (small), and that nothing happened since (Certainly, nothing since the last time I had the hangar fixed). This made me wonder if the hangar had ever been straightened from the previous time, which would explain why is was still bent, and why the shifting was still poor since that day, but I only said that the hangar was fixed the last time. Well, the mechanic seemed intent on the idea the cycle had been dropped, and even after telling him twice more, he seemed to become angry, saying something like be careful for next time, then he smacked the derailleur with a small wrench in his strange frustration (seemingly, since I wouldnt say I had hit it. I couldnt understand why it was seemingly important to him that I admit something that never happened, and why the man in charge said nothing to correct the mechanic). At this point, the man in charge and I walked back to the front. There, he said, that is why we dont allow customers in the back. I explained that it was his idea and insistance that brought me to the back. Further, I explained that store employees should not be argueing with their customers, especially when a customer is sharing any information to help. In this, the man in charge decided to remove labor costs, but I feel this doesnt handle the seemingly rude employee and his failure to adequately answer the behavior. I later wrote a comment to the company, but they never answered, nor said they would adequately correct the behavior. For a company trying to increase customers, this is a strange way to do so. I was about to purchase another cycle there, but have been perusing elsewhere. All customers are looking for are a professional relationship with a quality store. **I would normally have rated this place higher, but this experience (along with my last tuning, which I had to manually retune the rear-derailleur to get it to shift), causes me to wonder. The ticket says how much Ive saved by having the bike I bought there serviced there, but if its not tuned correctly, how much did I save by having it serviced there? Ive gone to the same auto-mechanic for over 15 years now, because I never come back for the same servicing. Here, Ive had to retune, or return, 3 times now, and I wonder if its the same mechanic that argues with his customers.

Such a nice place. Went there to check some bikes and Matt was very helpful and answered all my questions. Will surely come back whenever need any equipment or to try the climbing wall!

What a disappointment! We drove over an hour to get here from Tulare and it was “closed until further notice”. Nothing was noted that it was closed on Instagram or FB. Also, the pics made it look bigger than it is. It’s just this little corner inside a sporting goods store (Action Sports). If you want to go rock climbing your going to have to go to LA for a real gym. Avoid this place! What a joke!!! Mgmt sucks also. Asked to speak with a mgr and she was “busy” so left my name and number and never received a call back. No way in hell I would ever buy anything from these people!
