2024-06-08 16:08:04Outstanding technicians. Angel was on top of every issue. Both Angel and Mathew were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The Action AC team was quick and thorough, with the our sales representative, Neil, even conducting a site visit to ensure all was going well. From start to finish every detail was addressed including maintenance and thermostat instruction as well as clean up. Action AC has my highest recommendation.

2024-06-27 18:13:50My experience with Action Air has been exception. I had an urgent need for an air conditioner evaluation as my system stopped working on one of our hottest days. Jordan was able to get me a pretty quick appointment (faster than any other companies). I was very impressed with the appointment confirmation and reminder process. Having a picture of the professional that came to the door gave me further confidence in the company. Nicholas did an exceptional job assessing my unit with strong recommendations on next steps. He was professional and provided great education. He answered my questions and never made me feel rushed. Thank you for your exceptional service and I will certainly recommend when the opportunity presents itself.

They got the problem fixed quickly.In additional, I want to let you know that I received excellent service from Alicia who took my call today. I had originally called on Sunday 06-23-2024 and left a message with someone about my problem with my a/c not working and that the thermostat had a black display. He indicated that he would relay my message to the office, and I could expect a call back on Monday morning. (Sunday was extremely hot, about 100 degrees and it was the first time since my unit was installed in Nov. 2023, that I had even turned on the a/c.)I waited on Monday, 06-24-2024 until 11:30 am with no return call, so I called again around noon to ask about when someone was going to contact me regarding my a/c as my first call was on Sunday. I was told someone would return my call on Monday.I was told that she had no record of my call from Sunday, but she would make sure that someone would contact me on Tuesday.Well, on Tuesday, 06-25-2024 I had not received a return, so I again called back at noon and finally, reached someone who could help me. Alicia was very helpful and apologized about my not getting a call back. She indicated that there had been so many people calling due to the heat wave on Sunday. She was exceptionally helpful and was able to talk with the department that did service calls. She found that they had someone in Ramona today and that he could come today between 3pm and 5pm. I was thrilled! She provided excellent service and helped me resolve my problem. You have a very valuable employee in Alicia.She went that extra bit to take care of my problem, which I really appreciate. She was professional, very kind and caring. They are professional and responsive as well as work hard to schedule all appointments in a timely manner. Nick Augustine is a fantastic technician within the Company. He performed his job well and communicated very clearly when explaining the issues. I highly recommend this Company.

2024-06-24 22:30:38Kevin was great. Diagnosed problem immediately and replaced the faulty component. His service was superb. BUT the overall performance of Action Air was terrible and only one star. Poor communications. Inability to schedule a warranty appointment. Rude employee who called herself a “receptionist” and yet had no ability to contact Service except via email. We will not use Action again to replace our other aging unit.

2024-06-26 00:59:17Called Action Air, to come out and look at my malfunction system. Great service from the person taking the call, set up an appointment for same day. Later in the day got a call from David saying he could be earlier than the appointment time if that worked for us.When David arrived he got to work quickly and diagnosed the problem/ fixed it and suggested other preventative repairs we might get done. Both folks I dealt with were polite, helpful and friendly.

2024-05-30 18:46:36We got our system through Costco. The install team had their work cut out for them. Our home built in 1976 was constructed without air conditioning in mind. David and his install team did a great job.10 months have passed and Tanner came by for maintenance, upkeep, system checks and a filter replacement.It all looks good. No issues.
