They saved my data! I had a SSD drive failure (likely from my laptop system over heating...using the wrong charger...too much wattage). I panicked when the Blue Screen of Death appeared! My entire life and existence is on my system. It was backed up but two months ago on an external drive. I learned my lesson to use the cloud too. Anyway, Arisha (sp?) recovered all my files without a hitch!!! You dont realize how much you to take for granted and rely on your computer (and phone) until you dont have it any longer. TAKE YOUR COMPUTER HERE FOR DATA RECOVERY! I called a few other places locally, and they wanted several hundred dollars, and telling me SSD drives are hard to recover --maybe so, but ACS Computer fix it at a very fair price! My SSD drive issue was likely a physical issue not data (ie, virus/malware). My Samsung Pro Book 360 is only 25 months old. I bought a new system anyway. Kept the old one with a new SSD drive as a backup. I urge you to talk to ACS Computer in Tarzana on Ventura Blvd! I like giving my business to neighborhood businesses! PS: If you get the blue screen: shut your system down immediately as I did before you lose everything. And dont ship it out for repair. You dont know who you are dealing with!

An absolutely terrible experience with this company. I went to get my screen repaired and they gave me a much smaller display than what my phone uses. When I told the owner he said that it was impossible for it to be smaller, then when I showed it to him he showed me that they bought the most expensive screen without asking me if I wanted the original. Unwilling to fix the situation for me I had to go to my credit card company to resolve the issue. Now Im having to look for another company to fix my situation which puts me back at the different problem that I had when I first came to get it repaired.

I brought my Mac for screen repair and touch pad! Arshia explained me the whole process it was easy and painless, cost me less then any other place and he charged me exact the same as estimated price. He used the the best part upon the receipt and gave me a good deal on labor.I purchased a protector from him so I won’t break my Mac again.Thanks for the great service.

My iMac stopped working and I brought it to ACS Computer. They diagnosed it and they told me that the hard-drive was the issue. They changed it for me and they saved all my data.I received the best service in less than a day with the best price possible.Satisfied. Would recommend.

Friday was my first time using ACS, after finding them with a Google search. I believe strongly in supporting local small businesses, so I was happy to take my iMac there. The issue was quickly diagnosed and the repair was done in less than a day, at a very reasonable price! My Mac works great now! Sam is very friendly, informative and honest. Not being open on the weekend was not an issue because I knew that I was getting superior service. I used the Apple Store in Woodland Hills for a new hard drive, but now ACS will be my go-to place for all my future computer repair needs. Highest recommendation!
