I had just moved from SLO to San Jose and as a result AAA increased my car insurance rates by 55%. Jaime was incredibly helpful and I ended up paying less for my auto insurance than I had before moving (AND for the same amount of coverage). Extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this insurance broker.

All Spectrum Insurance Brokers are great. Jamie Starks has been my primary contact and has always taken time to answer my questions and find the best value for insurance providers. Yesterday she helped me when my previous carrier increased my costs by ~$500. She found equivalent policies for the same amount I paid last year. Thank you, Jamie!

I contacted Acrisure with only 5 days to ensure my mobile home before my old policy ran out. Jamie Starks was very professional and did find a company to insure my home. Many other companies would not insure me due to numerous claims that I had incurred. She calmed me and assured me she would be able to find the company. She did!I would recommend this company and Jamie anytime anyone needs insurance needs.

After my current auto insurance carrier raised the rates by 30 % I started looking around to see if there are better deals with good companies out there. I reached out to All Spectrum and within a few hours got a quote with all information needed from Jaime. She asked more questions in order to offer additional discounts and very shortly had what I needed for much less than my current insurance was offering. Jaime was extremely helpful, very nice and easy to work with. Thank you again!

I talked to soo many brokers.I dont even remember who I went with.What I can say, is all of them did their best to provide honest, reliable quotes with friendly service.If youre willing to wait for a second to get the best price, Ill always recommend a broker.But if youre looking for something fast and you dont care about your coverage or monthly payments and deductibles, then always, always stick with brokers.I really havent met too many dishonest ones.Even these guys were very transparent.

When I was looking for a new insurance policy I called up a provider and was given a terrible quote. I was feeling really stressed out about what my options were so I turned to All Spectrum Insurance Brokers to help me out. Holly and Joseph helped me and they made it sooo easy, they did all the work for me and they found me a policy that is $433 less a month than what I had been originally quoted!!! I mostly was in communication with Holly and she is so great to work with, super nice, smart, and does everything she can to help her clients get the best deals possible. Highly recommend this company if you want to save money with little effort on your part. Still shocked at how easy they made it, all I had to do was send my info and they did everything for me!

So many, sometimes you wonder: is everyone around you wants to insure you?Couple years back I had a chance to review my insurance policy with the previous agency and found out that not only its not competitive, its charging me 20-30% above the market rate.I started to research for a decent insurance company who can offer a comprehensive auto and home owner insurance and found All Spectrum.The whole process of reviewing my case took less then a day and I was presented with quotes I found very competitive.Its been many years since that moment and all i can say is this: The best insurance brokers in Bay Area.Why? The number one answer is simple: they provide excellent customer service. I had to contact the office on a number of occasions and sometimes I get responses within minutes and that including sending me the needed documents, not just answers. Great service. I called them to get a General Liability policy for my business to be able to rent an office. Receptionist was nice and transferred me to Mike. Mike got all the info needed in one phone call (unlike other brokers who keeps going back and forth asking for more details). This shows that they know what they are doing. Got a quote same day. Next morning after they opened Mike called to finalize everything. Docs signed and payment was submitted online. Got my certificate by noon. Great straightforward service.

By the time I got to Joseph, I had tried three insurance companies and was about to give up. Meaning: pay off the home, go without insurance. Then an Allstate agent (Allstate had suspended new policies for what I was looking for) passed me to Joseph at All Spectrum Insurance Brokers. Did not know him from Adam, had no idea what to expect. I had plenty of experience: hours on the phone, answering the same question for the third time on how far the nearest fire hydrant was, and did the home have central heating, and so on. Then, in one instance two full days, later, a response of we do not write new policies in your area. What exactly took two days to figure out this piece of rocket science? Who knows. Joseph? The shortest discussion of the kind I have ever had. More questions later, but not before he had sorted through the insurers that were not interested, and the ones that were. And then he closed the deal. An affordable one. There is really nothing that I could wish to have gone better. Without a trace of hesitation - go use this broker. You will not regret it. This is not a 4.501 rating, This is a 5.000 rating. Nothing to improve.
