I have been with Summer Group for many years, and have always received excellent service. My insurance agent, James Suh, has been wonderful in trying to accommodate all my insurance needs. Actually, I felt he went above and beyond. James has responded quickly and promptly to all my calls or emails and seemed to genuinely care about meeting my insurance needs.I also have enjoyed working with Heather throughout the years. Heather Weyers at Summer Group Insurance Agency gave me a quick and fair price on my small little residential rental in Glendale. When she told me Mercury was underwriting the policy, I thought Id check with my commercial insurance broker and see what discount pricing they could give me since they have all my commercial insurance business. Forget Pan American Insurance! They were HIGH!!! Heather was quick, responsive and had all the right answers for me! I would give Summer Group Insurance my other residential rentals as soon as they come up!

I have dealt with Summer Group for over 10 years. I actually lucked out when AAA blew me off when I questioned a huge increase in my car rate after belonging to the tow service and coverage for over 25 years. Summer Group has covered my townhouse and multiple cars for this 10+ years and a rental I have for about 8 with great rates and even better service. I have had two claims through Mercury on accidents that weren’t caused by me and the team was fantastic. A few years back we had a claim through my home coverage on my car that was handled quickly and professionally. I don’t even shop my rates now. I ask my agent, Heather Weyers, to get me the best options and she handles it. Trust in your insurance agent in this day and age is important. Too many out there that aren’t honest and reliable. I have no problem recommending Summer Group and Heather. Give them a call and see.

I have had my auto insurance with them since i was 19-20 years old and they were able to find me cheap affordable insurance for all my cars. I had a sports car when I was 20 and they were still able to get cheaper than all their competitors. Well 8 years later I find myself still using their services. I have been in a accident or two and my agent was there with me all the way through it. Never a fun experience to go through. So anyone who is reading this...just walk in and ask for a quote.
