Jeff helped my family with some very important international documents. We had a very short deadline to meet, and Jeff provided excellent guidance that helped save us from some huge expenses. I definitely recommend the Acme Live Scan and Notary fingerprinting course! I signed up for the Zoom course to learn about ink fingerprinting. Jeff was thorough, informative, and easy to talk to and learn from. Although he doesnt usually provide courses for just one person, I was the only attendee in my timeslot and he focused the training on my specific situation. Valuable knowledge about rolling prints and helpful product recommendations. I imagine the in-person course would also be helpful, with the added benefit of getting to practice rolling prints. Thanks again for your time!

Overall happy with ACME. I booked my appointment online typed in promo code. I received $10 off my live scan fingerprinting appointment. The one thing I absolutely liked about Acme is his hours of availability. With my work hours I was not able to find any other place that was open after 7pm. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment hoping it wouldn’t be a problem. Thankfully, it was not. I was greeted kindly and the process was swift.

Acme live scan was quick and easy. Jeff is a nice guy . I called in the morning around 8:15am and he told me he has an appointment at 9:00 but if I can be here before 8:40am he can take me in. I got there and was in and out less than 15minutes.

I made an online appointment and paid in full for the service. When I got to what is actually a residential location, I rang the bell and was greeted with just a minute I will be right out. The person proceeded to to the service on an unclean porch. Never offered me a seat. my view was the neighbors overflowing garbage bins. Upon completion, I asked for a receipt to which the response was it was emailed. I never got it and asked for a copy which I need for reimbursement. I was handed the receipt and livescan document. No Hello, No Thank you. I mentioned the lack of customer service and was told sorry you feel that way I felt this person who never introduced himself as rude and standoffish. Not my idea of service. Im a HR Manager that would have been referring new applicants to this service but of course that will not happen now. A little courtesy goes a long way.

We corresponded online so I could provide the necessary documents and a few hours later he arrived at my door, and we were done with the Live Scan, and it didnt take more than 25 minutes. Our notary, Kristi, was lovely, but the virtual identity confirmation process is a nightmare. It only worked for 3/6 of us. The other 3 were completely locked out of the system. We were given a 15 minute window to do the virtual confirmation, which wound up taking 45 minutes.

Second time we have used this service and it worked great for me and my wife even from the UK. Had a short video session and we verified ourselves to the notary and she patiently explained and lead us through the process and had the documents signed and notarized as needed in quite a short time.
