Loved our stay at Mon Cherie Estate in Palm Springs. Absolutely perfect house for a nice get away to the desert. Location is a 9 with walking distance to everything you need. Amazing sunset views from backyard pool/spa. Plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms for everyone.We will be back!

What a beautiful home the Desert Orchid Retreat is!We shared this house to celebrate my mom’s birthday and it was the perfect spot! Not only was the home a beautiful oasis with a modern, colorful Palm Springs flare, it was also incredibly clean and very well stocked. The home sleeps 6+ very comfortably! There was nothing this mid-century beauty didn’t have! They even had a few pool toys located behind the home, a bonus to ensure your sun bathing is a good time!The location of the home is very convenient, about 6-9 minutes away from all the things we enjoy in Palm Springs: the design district with Trina Turk and SHAG, great restaurants like 849 and Sherman’s Deli! We drove a little further out to eat at the stylish Pink Cabana (highly recommend) and the drive was not bad at all, about 30 minutes, but who notices with that “Summer Wind” blowing.Though the house was beautiful, and we truly enjoyed every minute we spent in the resort-like home, there are a few points I just want to include to give the opportunity for small improvements. While the QR code was helpful with house information, the photos and instructions need to be updated for this specific home. We did have some trouble with a few key amenities, like the fireplace and spa functions. Neither would turn on, even after reaching out to ACME, who tried to assist us but to no avail, a disappointment considering the fireplace area was absolutely stunning! Hopefully this can be remedied before our next visit! ACME did a great job labeling all of the switches since the house is large and has several controls for all of the window shades and lighting, but some did not match what they said and maybe could be updated to lessen confusion.One thing to be aware of, there is not a thermostat in the main home to control the air conditioner, ACME controls that. There is however, one in each room of the pool house. I had to call a few times since it got pretty warm inside, but maybe we were just flush with aperol spritzes…Overall, the Desert Orchid Retreat is fabulous for celebrations and family gatherings. My family and I can’t wait to swing open those sky blue doors and make more memories. ACME, thank you for everything you created to make our stay wonderful! We didn’t want to leave. But, hey…”That’s Life!” We just need to hire a cabana boy!

We recently stayed at the Three Amigo House and absolutely loved it. Family of 6 adults were able to work during the day and play at night. The pool & hot tub was wonderful. The home was spotless and very well appointed. We have never seen a rental with every pot/pan, utensils and small appliances that you might need. All of us give it a 👍!!Acme was very responsive to any inquiry we may have had. Within minutes they would be on hand. You do not get that kind of service elsewhere. Thank you Acme!

Our stay at Ruth Hardy Park Oasis was absolute perfection. The home was immaculate, comfortable, and felt like a private resort. It was spotless and had all the comforts you’d find in your own home, plus more. The outdoor living space was so beautiful with an abundance of flowers as well as multiple citrus trees to pick from. The attention to detail was everywhere you looked (like a counter top juicer to make fresh squeezed lemonade and orange juice from those backyard trees!) Acme House Company was also very responsible and helpful. We would love to stay here again!

The Pavillion in the Movie Colony was absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful property with totally private back yard with pool and hot tub. The mid century modern home was better than well appointed with full kitchen and condiments. My wife and I had a super relaxing time really enjoying the backyard. Close access to Palm Springs - Palm Canyon drive and minutes from many of the PS attractions. We will be back and this time for 3 weeks or longer!

I rented ACME’s Citron Oasis property for my family (4 adults, 2 kids, 1 puppy), and they absolutely loved it! It was the perfect sanctuary for the 100°+ Palm Springs heat. The kids literally chilled out in the pool the entire time, while the pup enjoyed the lush landscaping, chasing butterflies and hummingbirds - so idyllic! Meanwhile, the parents and grandparents took advantage of the central air indoors and the cozy mid-century modern decor. I was a bit concerned about the potential noise level, having that many people in the house, but, fortunately, you could hardly hear any of the kids’ screaming and splashes from the pool when indoors, especially in the bedrooms. Will definitely be renting Citron Oasis again for their next visit!

Mountain View Oasis at PGA West was perfect for our adult family. Located very close to a very nice community pool and hot tub with amazing views! The condo was nicely stocked and very clean. The ACME management company was very attentive and easy to work with all week long.

We loved our stay at Bonita Paradise! A gorgeous and comfortable home. It looked like the pictures. The neighborhood was exquisite and very convenient to downtown PS and hiking trails.The downsides were the emphasis on not playing music or TV outside. In fact, we were not allowed to use the TV outside which was not made clear to us beforehand. We paid extra for a heated pool but it wasn’t very warm. When we asked to make it warmer they said we’d have to pay more.

Weve been going to Palm Springs for years and our stay at the Pavilion PS house has been our best to date. The house is beautiful, well decorated (I loved all of the furniture and finishes) and extremely clean. All rooms and amenities mentioned in the listing are accurate and far exceeded our expectations. The pool was perfect size and all exterior furnishings were well maintained. Centrally located, we could easily walk to Ruth Hardy park, perfect for our dog and a short walk or bike to downtown. We felt like we were at home the moment we arrived.The ACME House Team provided consistent, clear communication prior to and throughout our stay and even provided a welcome box for our dog. We truly felt so at home we did not want to leave. Already looking for our next available week to come back.

We had a terrific stay at Shaken, Not stirred. Very nice property. Clean, super comfy bedrooms, well stocked kitchen and nice bbq, lovely backyard. Paid for heating in pool and we swam every day. Spa as well. Bonus citrus trees in yard with ripe fruit! Super quiet neighbourhood. We didn’t have trouble abiding the rules. A tiny bit far to walk downtown but that was fine. Bikes would have been an asset. Otherwise, perfect. We hope to return.

We had a great stay at Aqua House, in spite of some rainy weather. Perfect for two couples and a single with an amazing outdoor area for people and furry friends. A bit of airport noise but not problematic to us. Small, but well-supplied kitchen and spacious dining/living area. Neat and clean!

We had a winter break at Marcia! Marcia! Marcia! Enjoyed all of the Brady Bunch references. We have rented five other homes over the years and this was the best. Great location…walkable to super market, restaurants, coffee shop, etc. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated in MCM style. Dramatic fireplace in living room. Well appointed kitchen. Spa heated quickly to an ideal 102 degrees. We sat around the nice fire pit in the evenings. Sun or shade available around the pool. My only complaint is that the house lacks curb appeal. The landscaping is a hodge-podge of desert plants. A landscape re-do with a more minimalist desert style would better compliment the home’s architectural style.

Our stay at Colorful and Vibrant Escape was amazing. Beautiful property, well stocked, comfortable beds, nice showers, and perfect location. We loved everything about the place and hated to leave! We will definitely book another stay here next time we’re in town. The only very minor issue was that we needed a gate code to get into the part of the property where we could enter the front door. A quick call took care of that and we were in!

Overall was a good week working remotely (for me) and my husband was off. The internet speed for the house was over 350 Mbps, which allowed me to work via Zoom without issue.One major issue that was beyond the property’s control but seriously impacted our stay was the amount of noise from construction on the house behind the property. In addition to the noise, there were roofers every day looking down into the pool, hot tub, and house the entire week of our stay. Property managements response, “oh, sorry… sigh… (nothing)”Everything else was as you’d hoped it would be with the items in the house, condition of the property, etc.It’s a shame those two things left us with a stain on the overall experience. :(Oddly, there was a card that said “100% satisfaction, zero excuses”

Had an excellent time in Palm Springs at Thanks For The Memories house, the house of Bob and Delores Hope. The Acme House Company was able to accommodate us with early check-in and late checkout. They kept us informed and were extremely easy to work with via text and email.The house is updated where needed, and still had some original features. Enough room to comfortably house up to 5 couples. The pool was in great condition and felt great on a hot, summer day.We will be using this company again for our next Palm Springs stay.

Do you have a lot of dissatisfying experiences renting homes through a rental company? Not with ACME! They are so responsive and attentive to every detail. Andiamo al Sole is a beautiful home with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a gorgeous resort-like backyard. We stayed 10 nights and didn’t want to leave. The grapefruit tree was loaded! We had the best stay at Eleven Palms! The home is spotless and even more beautiful than the photos. We had lots of space for 7 adults and 2 pups! The outdoor area is gorgeous and we loved having Thanksgiving dinner by the pool. Especially since home is Ohio! Check in and out was very simple and the home is close to all of the wonderful downtown restaurants! We did a day trip to Joshua Tree to hike and really had a blast! My husband and I stayed at the Enchanting Escudero and it was magnificent. The pictures were just like the ones posted online. It did not disappoint. Ample room throughout the house with an open concept. We had our friends over for brunch and dinner and they enjoyed it just as much as we did. The house was designed from a minimalists’ modern perspective. We loved it. Had we known that hurricane Hillary was scheduled on the same weekend we would have rescheduled. During the storm, however, Acme acted promptly upon request. We were in dire need of sandbags to prevent flooding into the house. Luckily, Acme came with sandbags and an electric water pump. They arrived just in time and we didn’t have to be relocated. There’s definitely a lot of room for a small family. The pool and hot tub were just the right size! We have already started recommending this house to our family and friends. Thank you Acme for your hospitality.

This house is amazing! The location is perfect and so private. It is so close to downtown and to everything we wanted to see and do. The kitchen is very nicely stocked with everything we could have ever needed and more. Comfortable beds and the master shower is so luxurious. We loved the pool and yard and spent most of our time there. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the spa was never got really warm even after we decided to pay extra for the heat. The heat did help to warm the pool up to a perfect temperature though. Adding on the heat is highly recommended, we did not realize how cool the desert can be this time of year after the sun goes down. We also were so happy that the house is pet friendly as we love taking the fur babies on vacation with us. We are looking forward to visiting Palm Springs again in the future and will definitely be booking another rental through Acme.

What a fabulous house for a 3 generation family celebrating our matriarch’s 90th birthday! So much to do at the house it kept the young adults busy and happy to stick around the house to spend time w the birthday girl. Billiards, corn hole, ping pong, and fantastic pool and spa. comfortable seating in and out, huge kitchen to allow multiple people to help w preparation. We loved every minute and any phone call to Acme w questions was answered promptly and they were always so helpful. We will be back.

We recently stayed at the Palm Grove house and it was a fantastic stay! The home was immaculate, comfortable and spacious. There were quality bed linens, plenty of towels and good pillows. The kitchen was fully equipped. The house was bright with lots of natural light. But the very best feature for us was the beautiful outdoor space. It is a large, private beautiful space with a pool and spa. Both the pool and spa were super clean and well maintained. There was ample comfortable seating in both shade or sun. There was also a large dinning table outside in a covered area.Acme House Company was a pleasure to work with. Check in was easy and their communication was great. Wed be happy to rent with them again and wed be delighted to stay at the Palm Grove house again.

We loved our stay at Hilltop Haven We have stayed at many rentals in Palm Springs and this was definitely one of the best experiences we have had. Possibly the best. It is a lovely house. Very clean. Away from Downtown so it was very quiet and peaceful. The view across the valley is quite stunning. It is very well equipped - especially the kitchen. Everything worked! Loved Out of the Office backyard. Pool was nice. Spa heated to a comfortable hot. Easy grill and very clean. View was amazing. Acme is a great company to work with. This is our 5th time renting from Acme. Strongly recommend them! My only reason for this house not getting 5 stars is because of the primary bathroom shower. I dont like half glass doors. It never gets warm enough and the shower pressure was low. Otherwise its a great house to rent.

We had an amazing stay at On the Record for our work retreat! First off, the architecture, landscaping and decor were so fun, and really gave us the true Palm Springs experience. We also loved lounging around the pool reading, enjoying the cool outdoor fire feature, and using the hot tub (morning, noon and night). The property was clean and well-maintained, and the communication from Acme was perfectly timed and thorough. Having 4 spacious rooms and 3 bathrooms was a huge plus for sharing the house with co-workers. Highly recommend Acme and On the Record!

Stayed at Rendezvous R&R for a sistercation. My sister and I both loved it. The house was well equipped and comfortable. The star of the property is the backyard! The pool,spa, fire pit and patio are delightful. Acme was great to work with and will definitely work with them again.

We had a fantastic mini vacation in one of ACME properties- Serenity Now. The service offered by the rental company was excellent, the house was spotless and perfectly equipped. We stayed at Papillon for a week.Acme are a very thoughtful company. Towels of all sizes were available, and the bed was ultra comfy. Anything needed for cooking was handy, from plates to cups to wine glasses!The space is absolutely charming, with mid-century modern furnishings and lighting.Because of the space, we were able to completely relax and recharge, and had no desire to do more than read, and soak in the jacuzzi!Were we to need anything, Acme was available and helpful.This is our second time staying at Papillon, and I have no doubt we will return! The quiet and the privacy, the space, the beauty of this historical home make it a must-do!I spend my work life jonesing for that return!!

We had 3 couples and rented the Atomic Ranch Heaven property. This is a lovely house with an extraordinary pool and yard area. That outside area is definitely 5 star! The pool and spa are absolutely perfect and were very clean. There is even a 2 hole putting green, with golf clubs supplied, which is a fun add on.There are 3 bedrooms which are right next to each other. Two of the bedrooms have a connecting door. The middle bedroom is pretty small. So if you are looking for separation of space for sleeping quarters, this is probably not the right property. It worked fine for us.The house was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen with everything you could need. The pots and other cooking implements were in excellent condition, unlike some other properties we have rented.Communication with Acme was excellent. They kept in very good touch before and during our stay and quickly answered any of our questions.My only suggestion is to put a rubber mat into the en suite, master bath shower. The shower is huge and very nice, but the floor is extremely slippery. They do provide a wooden platform to put in the shower but it really was not sufficient.Other than that, this property is a gem and we would definitely rent it again.

Downtown Winner is a great spot especially if you are looking for an option close to the airport and Palm Springs. The unit is very clean and comfortable with great amenities too. The complex is well maintained and has a nice pool, jacuzzi and tennis court. Great restaurants, coffee, shopping, nightlife, outdoor activities, art, culture are all accessible and within walking distance. We would definitely stay at this location again in the future.

Atomic Ranch House rental...Pool with baja shelf, shade umbrellas, good privacy in back, hot tub, fire pit, updated baths, nice bedrooms..Check, check, check, it has it all! House is more modern, less PS kitsch, designed to give feel of hotel while enjoying private pool to yourself.New AC worked well,newer huge wsher/dryer and all appliances newer & good condition. 2 rooms share bath. Smallest is Jack n Jill style that can be locked from Primary. Large Primary, huge nice shower with tons of water pressure. Well equipped kitchen, even found a tiny screwdriver needed for something. Fridge plays music. Loved all the night lighting on patio & pool, family has big screen TV loaded with streaming apps. Used two big blue chairs for mobile mani pedi/massage service, it was great. Powder bath off family with for pool access.Showstopper is backyard, Star Jasmine vines smelled so good on patio cover. Loved hanging lights, had ceiling fans and even a gas heater. Hit spa button 45 mins ahead of use for the heat to kick on in hot tub but it worked well once going, hot tub has a ton of jet pressure. Pool supposedly heated, could have been warmer when it was 105 out, too cool for 70 degrees. Used table top fire briefly as it was windy that day. Firepit flame was blue & low to ground so that was disappointing. Overall, pool area is fantastic, noise was not an issue. Nice neighborhood, close to lots of restaurants. Would definitely book again & would be hard to book different property with as much as I liked about this one! Great with a small group of friends or family.

Aqua House- Pros-Great Service From Acme via Marriott Bonvoy. We had a wonderful time . The outside is perfect ! Pool, pool house, out door kitchen, plenty of areas to gather . Outdoor shower and restroom in pool house was our favorite! Pet friendly, extremely clean, plenty of parking.Cons- tiny kitchen ( fully stocked and great tools for 1 chef . However ; can really be a challenge for those who like cook . Extremely small primary bathroom . Other than that, it was an awesome experience.

Stayed at the Glass snd Steel House in Movie Colony - beautiful home, perfect for my husband, myself our 15 year old twins and Maltese, and perfect location walking distance to downtown Palm Springs and Ruth Hardy Park for twins to play basketball. The home was open and airy, great views of the mountains, inviting pool (heated) and spa, and well appointed details throughout the home - from the artwork, sound/entertainment system, and well stocked kitchen allowing me to make our traditional Christmas morning monkeybread! We definitely all felt right at home and could have stayed there much longer but alas reality called! The bottle of wine and bag of coffee the Acne staff gifted us upon our arrival was such a nice touch and added warm welcome to our arrival. We will definitely stay at Glass and Steel House again on a future visit to the desert.

ACME did an outstanding job preparing the house, communicating everything we needed to know, and even helped out when there was a minor issue with the air conditioning. They brought us a temporary unit and set it up while we awaited the repair of the existing one. The Little Tuscany home was wonderful. The house is simply incredible. Stunning architecture, beautiful interior design, luxurious and comfortable. We had such an amazing experience at Casa De Tierra 😍 the home was beyond equipped with everything we needed to feel absolutely at home. The view is amazing of the mountains and the valley and this neighborhood is super quiet. I have used this vacation rental company several times, Acme House Company. Check-in is easy and hassle free and check-out is very simple - no real tasks or housekeeping, just basic like take out trash and start DW. The houses have always been very clean and really well decorated. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with equipment and the bathrooms large. The backyards usually have a great pool and some fun games. This particular house had fabulous mountain views from the living room and the backyard. It was very comfortable for 6 adults. I have not had an issue so I cant say what the response would be - but no news is good news in that there have not been issues to deal with. The Lost Oasis is the perfect vacation home for two couples, with large bedrooms at opposite ends of the house. A wall of glass opens onto a private, idyllic oasis- like yard with pool and spa. The kitchen is well furnished and overall the house is comfortable and well-appointed. The turntable with classic albums in the Living area is a great addition! Situated in a great neighborhood and convenient to town and great hiking trails. Kitchen was well equipped and worked well except for the range exhaust hood which didn’t work well due to a gap in the duct to its outlet. I booked a stay at Casa Azul through Acme House Co and I couldnt have been happier. I started renting in Palm Springs in 2015, and Acme has been my favorite company to work with thus far. Everyone from their team was always super helpful and nice. During my stay, they checked in on me periodically by text to make sure everything was going well, and offered many options to make our stay even more enjoyable.Casa Azul itself was an absolute gem. The entire property is walled, so it made having our little dog with us that much more enjoyable because we didnt have to worry about him escaping. The outdoor area was beautiful, and much larger in person than what is shown in the pictures.Location wise, the house is super close to two supermarkets and just a quick drive to downtown. The neighborhood itself wasnt busy, and we never heard or saw any of the neighbors.We all come to Palm Springs frequently, but we really had a special time on this trip. The property has amazing views, an incredible out door area and is fairly close to everything. Not walking distance but a short 5 min drive. To say we had a blast would be an understatement. The Chi Chi house is a fantastic mid century home, located close to downtown Palm Springs. House is large and comfortably accommodated 5 adults. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. We stayed at the Lemon Twist for 4 nights to celebrate my 40th birthday. It was perfect for 3 couples! I probably looked at every Acme property that could sleep 6-8 and it took me a month to choose Lemon Twist -- it did not disappoint! It was important for us to have a large kitchen as we made a lot of meals and hired a private chef one night. Beds are truly comfortable and the air conditioning kept up well with daytime temps in high 90s. The layout is great and open and we were never on top of each other. Love how the master bedroom has doors out to the patio and then there are two sets of doors out to the pool. Even though we didnt watch much TV the living room was a fun lounge area. We used every eating area but especially loved the outdoor table by pool for brunch and then the outside table & high top grill area for dinners. The yard is like a U-shape around the house and I worried it would separate our hangouts but instead it created neat spaces to enjoy either pool time, cornhole/grill/fire pit, or golf (also used putting green as yoga/workout area). Twinkly lights and high green hedges make it very private. Great location if you have a car and its sort of nice its on a busier street so you dont have to stress about your voices outside as much. We respected the music/voice ordinances and the only time we played music was from a cell phone on low volume by the pool while we were under a wind advisory so sound didnt travel. The pool was AMAZING - it does have a deep end and is big enough for everyone to be in it. We loved the lemon slice floaties, so fun and relaxing even though they are starting to show some wear. The pool ended up being heated in May and that still made it nicer for morning and evening swimming. Very minor drawbacks -- the doors are squeaky and dont always latch and one night the hot tub wouldnt work after 1am (?) As long as you start the hot tub in advance it gets super warm - takes about 30 min, the instructions on that could be better. It would be nice if the kitchen had a list of items but def was fully stocked with blender, coffee grinder, bar items, and plenty of plates/glasses, even nice water bottles for taking with you on outings. We are already planning our next trip to Palm Springs and would definitely choose Lemon Twist again -- great value and space for what you get as well as lots of fun areas, yellow colors, and fun signs for taking photos!

We had an amazing stay at San Jacinto Hacienda. Staying for 3 weeks at the Wexler Fishbowl made for a memorable and enjoyable vacation. Everyone loved the deep pool and the dogs especially loved the huge lawn. The Saatva beds were especially comfortable. The house sleeps six but the living room only seats 3-4 comfortably and the furniture is on the shabby side. Another sofa or love seat would solve the problem. The kitchen is small but serviceable however the DCS drawer dishwasher is very noisy and doesnt clean well. Keep in mind this is a vintage home so it has vintage issues such as old windows with calcium deposits and sliding doors that dont close properly and woke some in the middle of the night with their rattling from the desert gusts. It could also use more and better glassware. Two champagne flutes and cheap plastic martini glasses that have seen better days? All easy fixes. ACME customer service, tech service and housekeeping were very responsive with the issues that they could fix.

Our family had an amazing time at Sagebrush in the Sun. Four bedrooms, a new Samsung 75” Tv, great Internet, all the necessary supplies(paper towels, bath tissue, hair dryer, beach towels for the pool, etc, etc, etc.) Great pool table, everything very clean. Easy access to any kind of shopping or eating. Only thing maybe two new frying pans, we did not use ones they had very wore out. Oh, yes the A/C worked great. We left two floaters for the pool. Last day of leaving had a hugh micro burst that picked up the floats from the pool and one umbrella and carried them across the backyard, broke the umbrella, no one hurt thank goodness. Our group of six just returned from a five night stay at Draves Estate, and our only regret is that we couldnt stay longer. The house is first class with a kitchen that had everything we needed to fix all our meals (minus the food). The bedrooms were great, especially the primary suite. We have rented homes from this company several times and things were fine. When we came out in February 2024, it was a different story. We paid the fee to heat the pool for the duration of our six night stay. I believe it was $100 USD per day. For that price, we expected that it would be a very comfortable temperature and we could maintain our exercise needs by swimming each day. Well, they would only heat it a few degrees and it was far too cold to swim in. We are Canadian, so when it was too cold for us...we realized that was pretty bad. We kept in contact with the team at acme and let them know the pool wasnt usable. They said theyd have someone come out which eventually happened but it didnt help the temperature at all. We were unable to swim for the duration of our stay and so we asked for a refund on the heating charge. A reasonable request. They said they would give us a refund for 2 of the 6 days, and I said that was unacceptable. We were not ever able to use the pool, so why would we pay for it? I thought they would come around since we paid a hefty fee for the stay, but they didnt. They said they would give us a refund of $200 but as a condition, wed have to sign a non-disclosure agreement. We said we absolutely would not sign it and so never received their ridiculous refund of $200. We wanted to share this with you all before you sign to stay at an Acme home. They dont do everything in their power, everything they should, to protect the customer, so they have an enjoyable stay. They deemed it the right thing to do, to not listen to the request of returning customers, and allowed $400 to ruin a profitable relationship with us...who are very good clients. Just wanted to let everyone know of our experience with a company who has a requirement of a signature on a non-disclosure agreement for any form of reimbursement. Cheers.

We rented the 3rd rock home from Acme. One of the best stays we have ever had. Acme knows how to do vacation rental homes right. Everyone there is so accommodating. From Reservation till the time you leave. This home was unbelievable! It had a steam shower, bidet, electric curtains, chefs kitchen, extra large sliding glass windows for outside living. We stayed at 2350 Villa Des Las Flores in Palm Springs. The condo was pretty much true to the pictures. It was clean, well stocked and appointed. The neighborhood was friendly and safe. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this location. We met other local owners, and felt right at home in their closest pool. Couldn’t ask for more! A few minor things could have been better such at sharp knives for cutting, and the outdoor patio table and chairs have seen better days ( I am sure the local weather has something to do with that). The Zen Inspired Sanctuary was a great property. The pool was a delight for doing lengths and watching the mountains light up each morning. The backyard including the waterfall feature, lawn and hot tub was very restful and zen like. The house itself was more expansive and more open than we expected from the photos. Glass and Steel House did not disappoint and actually exceeded our expectations. It is very well appointed. We went over the Thanksgiving weekend and got all the goodies at a nearby Jensens grocery store to make a full holiday dinner. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans, serving dishes and all the cooking utensils you would need to make a Turkey feast. We has a few minor issues that required a phone call and they sent someone over within 15 minutes both times to make sure we were good to go.The location was fantastic. It was very close to downtown by Lyft or Uber and it was a very safe neighborhood.

As I walked into this vacation home my first impression was clean, clean clean. It was perfect for us and my two adult daughters and their husbands. Each of us had our own suite with a king size bed. We each had privacy and we were able to visit in the spacious common areas. The airport was close, the wedding venue was close and shopping and restaurants were nearby. There was a fire for cool mornings and a pool, with privacy, for those warmer afternoons. I wish we could have enjoyed this longer but we were only there for a wedding long weekend.

We rented a house in Palm Springs through Acme this weekend. When we arrived and walked onto the back deck to put our feet in the pool, there was a 7in piece of poo on the first step! We called Acme, they sent the pool company out. The pool representative scooped the poo out, dumped a gallon of bleach in and told us to wait 24 hours. When we called Acme, they had houses, but would not relocate us. We later saw that the back gate wouldnt latch. We ended up going to a hotel. I wont ever rent through Acme again!!! I called City Hall and they were very surprised Acme didnt drain the pool, and said they should have and that no one would get in that pool after that.

Under the Palms is a gorgeous, incredibly clean and comfortable mid century gem. We loved our stay here and will be back. The house was very well stocked, from every possible cooking utensil you’d ever need, spices and even an “office” drawer with every item you can think of - tape, colored pencils, even a stapler. The pool and outdoor space and amenities were perfect with comfy outdoor furniture, floats, corn hole. The only possible con ( and it will not stop us from staying here again) is that the house is near the airport and you will hear planes flying overhead. Dont mistake this for your average VRBO or AirBNB, this is 5 star service. Very professional group that is communicative, responsive, and has thought of just about everything to make your stay amazing. Rented a house just north of the airport and it was very clean when we arrived. The location had tons of amenities and clear instructions how to operate everything. We did have a question about warming up the pool and it was answered almost immediately by the Acme staff via text. When it came time to leave there was no worrying about a $1000 cleaning fee as the Acme staff had clearly outlined what to do (sheets off beds, dishes in dishwasher, trash out to cans - very simple). This was also a pet-friendly location which was a must for us! We would absolutely book with Acme again. Do them a solid and go directly through their website so VRBO/Airbnb doesnt take a cut so they can keep offering top notch service at a very reasonable price.

We have small children and first thing we did was put up the pool fence and immediately we had no stress letting them run around in the beautiful backyard grass. It was surprising to see such well maintained natural grass (and so much of it) in Palm Springs. The kids loved running around playing in the sun. We spent most of the stay playing outside, barbecuing and enjoying the stunning outdoor covered living area (its like a whole other house outside). Three couples stayed at the Casa Zen. It was really an excellent experience. Well appointed furnishings, two comfortable, spacious bedrooms in the main building, and another large bedroom in the Casita. Upon entry you walk into the courtyard to see a retreat-style pool + jacuzzi. The pool, which doesnt need any heating, carefully aligns with the sun to provide a sliver of shade. In the chance that you do want to be warmer, enter hot tub. The house has 4 spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets but are split in groups of 2, each with private access to the courtyard. The location of the property is very convenient; right behind the small airport (no noise) and a 5 minute drive to the downtown strip. Definitely rebooking this house the next time we go down there.

We had an absolutely delightful, luxurious stay with Acme. The house was amazing—beautiful, spotlessly clean, with every amenity you could ask for, including a pool and hot tub mere steps from the house that we had all to ourselves. Mesa Mid-Century was a great place to call home during our week in PS. The house has everything you could possibly need. We loved the many early morning walks with our dogs through the neighborhood and we were just a short drive to all necessities & downtown. ACME was hands(off) and very professional.

This is a wonderful house in the prime neighborhood of Palm Springs! We have been coming to the same area for over 50 years with our family and this house was clearly our favorite! The decor both inside and poolside was great - it may have been newly remodeled. The inside was clean and well equipped including special touches like coffee grinder and Soda Stream (a carbonator). There was plenty of space for individual and group gathering for relaxation, remote work, eating and play. Acme communicated well. Wonderful family vacation. We’ll be back next year!

I stayed at their For the Record property. What a great place! Clean and modern with a Palm Springs vibe, lots of wide open spaces to hang out with the whole group. TVs in every room. The pool is large and deep, and I loved laying out on the real grass lawn out back. The bathrooms are really nice, and the master has a big, beautiful standing tub in it. Theres very little street noise and when youre in the casita out back, you cant hear anything going on in the main house. I also loved the evening views of the mountains from the back patio. Really nice neighborhood and an easy 20-minute walk to downtown area. Ill be back for sure!

This house was perfect for my birthday weekend. It’s big enough to fit 9 people comfortably. It’s super clean and they had everything we needed while we were there.The only thing we wished they had full size mirrors in the rooms without bathrooms but other than that no complaints 😁The location was perfect. Plenty of stores nearby and downtown is only a couple miles away.I would definitely stay here again.

I currently live in Los Angeles but when I need a break from the city I find myself travelling to Palm Springs (for work or for play!) at least once a month – it’s my go-to staycation! My family was visiting me from Canada and had never had the Palm Springs experience before. I searched online for the perfect home-away-from-home, eager to find something with midcentury vibes, a private pool, mountain views, and colorful decor. A friend of mine highly recommended ACME House Company and we decided to book the Atomic Hummingbird. It screamed Palm Springs!When we arrived at the Atomic Hummingbird, we were blown away by the exterior and interior; from the high-quality finishes, exceptional amenities and beautiful decor, it was everything we imagined it would be (and more!). We originally intended to take my parents on the town, but with temperatures reaching up to 120 degrees, it gave us an excuse to stay indoors. No complaints! We all slept so comfortably in our luxurious beds, ending our nights cuddled up to a movie in each room. No arguing over what to watch!The home itself is located in the pristine neighbourhood of Indian Canyons Palm. It’s located near Koffi Coffee (they have amazing organic cold brew!) and downtown Palm Springs. It’s even near the famous Pink Door, a great spot for Instagram pictures. Living in Los Angeles, I’m used to loud cars speeding by my house and helicopters flying overhead, but at the Atomic Hummingbird, I started to forget there were other homes and people around – peace and quiet at it’s finest! My parents were obsessed with the views of the San Jacinto mountains from every corner of the house. The property even had citrus trees with lemons and limes that we used to garnish our homemade cocktails. I’m planning on working extra hard this month in hopes I can visit again!My parents and I loved every minute at the Atomic Hummingbird and cannot wait to come back! The Wexler House house is beautiful and spacious with great swimming pool and cabana with fire pit, dining table seats 12. There is plenty of privacy, and great location (easy access to downtown). Cleaning is immaculate with attention to detail. This is a very high-end rental with all the amenities provided including bath soaps and shampoos, coffee, and creamer, plenty of board games, and even a bottle of wine.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Mid Mod Pad at Ocotillio Lodge over Memorial Day weekend. This rental had everything any could need to make for an enjoyable stay in Palm Springs! The host is super informative and responsive. Small kitchen area was fully stocked with ever appliance imaginable. (Even a small rice cooker) the bathroom is remodeled and super modern. King size bed with topper for added relaxation. Outdoor dining area with grill. Will absolutely be staying with ACME House again.

Casa de Tierra: We loved staying in this beautiful home! Our group of six adults had plenty of room to spread out and it was great that each bedroom, had its own shower. ACME property management company has done a great job of acquiring homes in the Palm Springs area that are updated, clean, spacious and stocked with all you need for a vacation away from home. We stayed in their midcentury home and it was ideal for our family of 5. The kitchen was fully stocked, the rooms were spacious for us and it was very clean upon arrival. In true Palm Springs fashion there was a giant windstorm one evening and their pool and yard service was out the very next morning, cleaning everything up. We will use this company again when renting in the desert and will stay at this property.

We had a fabulous stay at My Kind of Zen. The home was spotless inside and out when we arrived and was fully equipped with everything we needed for meals and cocktail preparation ;). The bathroom was supplied with very nice products. A binder of very detailed instructions was very helpful for operating electronics etc. And the couple of questions that we did have were immediately answered by Acme House. The only complaint we had was that the bed in the first bedroom was not as comfortable as the comfy beds in the other two bedrooms. That said, we would definitely return to My Kind of Zen and rent with Acme House again when we visit the greater Palm Springs area!

We absolutely loved this property! The open concept helped us to really enjoy every aspect of the house. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the decor is fantastic! The home is located very close to the downtown area with. lots of shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed relaxing its the hot tub and using the outdoor table with fire feature. Everything about the property was easy to understand and setup very well for guests. This is a great home if youre looking for a relaxing vacation, a shopping/golf trip or just to get away and enjoy Palm Springs!
