From the start, the members of the recruiting team were very transparent and moved very urgently. I was recruited, interviewed with, and began my employment under 1 month. The team was very responsive at any stage of the hiring process and did their best to make it as smooth as possible. Farah was excellent. She helped me feel more confident in the hiring process and moved quickly to sort out any issues.

I have a lot of respect for Owaiz Shariff as a recruiter: he is responsive, has integrity, and is always professional. For the past couple of years, I’ve worked as a creative contractor for a large ACL client in Seattle, and I’ve had nothing but good experiences working with Farah Qureshi, who has been the Executive Business Associate that is my direct contact at ACL. The client I work for has a different payroll schedule than ACL, so there’s always been additional record keeping steps involved with reporting timesheets- which in itself isn’t ideal, but Farah has always been there to answer my questions and concerns, no matter how trivial or how urgent. She is also just a very kind person who looks out for her talent’s needs, and is someone I feel I can easily call if I have an urgent or complex situation. Farah is that person you hope is in your corner when you’re looking for help, and she always makes the extra effort to advocate for her talent pool. I feel lucky to have her at the helm of my next creative endeavor. This 5-star rating is for her!

Many contracting houses don’t have a great reputation however this has proven to be the complete opposite in my experience with ACL Digital. This was my first contract and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my transition into my new position. They effectively communicated my schedule, job requirements, and relocation details which helps ease your mind when you decide to move across the country for a career. In particular Farah Qureshi has been an absolute joy to work with and went far out of her way to ensure this went as seamless as possible for me.

Overall the hiring process was very easy, I had no problems onboarding, submitting documents or with pay/benefits. Farah was very responsive to every question. I am currently a contractor employed by ACL Digital and assigned to the Boeing Company. ACL Digital contacted me about my current position and the hiring process went very well. I even had a situation arise with my former employer where they needed me to delay my start date with Boeing by a week in order to complete a huge project before leaving Amazon. Farah Qureshi was able to move my start date out a week with Boeing, making my Director at Amazon very happy. Additionally, I also needed to ask for an increase in the salary that Boeing was offering. Som Neravanda was able to get me the hourly rate I needed. It was really wonderful to have these talented individuals who are so skilled, negotiating for the best possible outcome on my behalf. I have many thanks to say to ACL Digital to help me land a contractor role with a fairly decent SF bay area software company. I was laid off in Feb 2023, and it was very unsettling for me. I had been interviewing, but there were only rejections. When I began losing confidence in the job market (or my interview strategy), ACL came along and presented this temp gig to me at a great hourly rate (Im in the corporate finance/accounting field). I never heard of ACL before and also had some doubts in their legitimacy, but figured what would I have to lose because I needed a job. I gave them the approval to represent me on this particular role, and they were able to set up the interview with the hiring manager within the next few days. They followed up with me constantly on feedback from the hiring manager and what the next steps were. I also knew this role was advertised all over LinkedIn so I expected fierce competition with colleagues in my field. Well, within two days, ACL contacted me to let me know the hiring manager really liked me and picked me for the job! They were very thrilled, and so was I. That was also the quickest interviewing process I have ever gone through.I see some other reviews on here that state that ACL is a big scammer or they arent legitimate. I am not sure why they said that, but this aint a scam to me. I dont work for them so I dont get any benefit for saying something good about them. The fact is that they represented me and did an excellent job following through the entire process, granted I also had all the skills that matched the gigs core responsibilities. I know recruiting agencies dont always work out they way you expect, and I admit they do have to be more diligent in reviewing and discussing peoples background to determine whether it made sense for them to make the contact. I have been there. But in these trying times in the economy, you need to know everything is on the table. Dont let your own pride overshadow the financial reality because at the end of the day, you might still be where you were the day before.**Special thanks to Farah and Angel on the ACL team. They did go above and beyond to help me through the recruiting process! And, it worked! I am still working in this contractor role, and they might even convert me to full time.

I worked for this company as a contractor with a Pharmaceutical Company. Onboarding went smoothly and I was paid a fair wage. I was also paid on time and all the taxes were taken out appropriately. Overall, it was a good experience. The only reason why I am giving a 4/5 instead of a 5/5 is because I was not offered health insurance.

They will call you on the phone also to ask you for unusual personal information there linkedin page claims San jose but there actually based in India* They want your resume,and will claim they need the info in order to submit you to jobs since there working with the main hiring manager, they have no concept of application process because there is no job. This is most likely a front for there data harvesting.
