When I realized I wanted to hardwire my dashcam (instead of using the 12V charger), I knew I wanted to have a professional run the wires; I did not want to accidentally route the wire in a hazardous way or short any electronics. Pretty much every other shop only specializes in stereos and sound equipment; Acedashcam is the only place I found that focuses solely on dashcam installs.There is a reason this shop has nearly 5-star ratings across the board; the owner is very straightforward and was very patient with all of my questions. In the end, due to his logical explanation, I ended up going the OBD-II route. Most importantly, the finished product was very clean, and the wires were run in a way that is safe and thoughtful. He explained that his route avoided airbag areas and took a little longer due to the need to remove some extra panels. Im meticulous, so when I got home, I checked the panels for flushness and realized you could not tell they were removed (which is awesome).Overall, I would come back again if I ever need a dashcam wired in; I would also buy the camera direct from here as well since it would be cheaper overall.Thank you, Acedashcam!

So long as you are able to work around this inconvenience you will be happy with Ace Dashcam. Bottom line for me is I will be back for future dashcam purchase and installations on my other cars. I got a dashcam installed here before for my previous car so when I bought a new one, I knew to come here to get another cam installed. They dont have a waiting room so I took a nice walk over to the Montclair Plaza while the work was being done. Came back to a nice, professionally installed cam system. They even reached out to me later on just to make sure everything was good. I cant recommend this place enough.

Today I got my dash cam and rear view camera for my SUV. Great work super nice and great service . Aaron was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable in all facets.He made sure every step of my installation was perfect for me. It was a slightly complex installation as he was installing a Rear camera in my Mercedes SUV and all of the wiring harness to connect to the back of my vehicle.Aaron gave me a tutorial on how to use my dash cam; explained how it was connected to the phone, download the videos and clouds, etc, Thank you Aaron.I appreciate your work

Originally I went in to install an a129 plus duo, but he was able to show me that my specific dash cam had a major flaw, and recommended I refund to upgrade to an a229. A week later, he installed it in under 3 hours, clean with no wires visible. Very nice guy, with an honest business. Couldnt recommend him enough.

Had a dash cam installed for my mom’s car. It was done as promised with all the wires hidden nicely and things put back together well, etc. Aaron seemed to really care about the quality of work he does. It was done on time and with utmost care when it came to covid prevention. He also protected the car well when he worked, and we could tell that he genuinely treated cars with love. We had to drive quite a bit to get to Aaron, but the long drive was worth it.

I had the guy install dash cam for my car. The installation is neat that you won’t see cable hanging anywhere. Come with the warranty too. Wanted to get a dash cam hardwired with a battery for parking mode. There were some local car audio shops but none were specialized in dash cams. Found AceDashcam and am glad I did. Aaron is friendly and great at explaining everything. It was a bit of a drive, but after talking to Aaron and seeing all the great reviews I brought my car to AceDashcam. As an engineer I can appreciate when there is attention to detail and Aaron exceeded my expectations. The car seat and steering wheels were covered to prevent getting them dirty. He even put the car keys in a bag to make sure they dont get scratched up. He installed a 2 channel system with battery backup and it is CLEAN. Aaron noted that the cameras were positioned optimally and all the wiring was done to ensure there was no interference to anything. He then explained how to use it and made sure everything was clear. If you want peace of mind knowing that your dash cam was properly installed AceDashcam is the clear choice.

You can only say Aaron is a perfectionist. He installed my DR900X-2CH in my Kia Telluride hiding all cables while using the existing wiring flex tubing for the rear camera. When Aaron said approximately 2 hours installation time, I took a short walk to Walmart. Aaron called and said it’s ready. I was back home in Huntington Beach within 4 hours total. I definitely recommend him for your Dash Cam needs.

Aaron installed a Blackvue 900 2 channel dashcam on my 2014 Tesla Model S and job was clean. Price is very reasonable and he backs up his product. He actually installed the cam a few months ago and it fell off due to the Tesla Service Center knocking it off when they were changing the wiring harness. I called Aaron about this, he drove up to his shop to meet me and helped me reinstalled the camera (no charge), which was just applying a new sticker. Awesome product with great support.

Aaron was very helpful with the installation of my new Front and Rear 2CH dash cam. He was very knowledgeable and gave lots of great tips on operation of the dash cam. After installation he went through in detail how to use the dash cam. Very neat job on hiding the wires inside the panels and centering the cameras on the windshield. Very clean and neat office space, with water and free wifi available for guests in the waiting room. Overall very satisfied.

I had my first dash cam installed at some auto shop 2 years ago but the experience was not good, my old dash cam went off every 15 mins, I tried to contact the auto shop in the first month of using the old dash cam but they ignored my message. Anyway, I got my new front and back dash cam recently, I tried to look for a professional dash cam installation company but seems most places offered audio installation. I finally found Acedashcam and I made the right choice this time. Aaron, the owner, is knowledgeable and is passion about his job. I also asked about my last dash cam installation. Aaron told me the first auto shop did a very bad job. The connection of the cables was wrong and the wiring blocked my cars air bags, fortunately I didnt involve in any car accident. I have been using my new dash cam for two weeks and I am very satisfied with the installation.

I ran across the Ace DASHCAM website when looking for someone to purchase two DR900X - 2 Chnl Dashcams from and install them.The website looked professional so I called and spoke to Aaron, the owner. When talking with and listening to Aaron it became obvious he had the knowledge and expertise and work ethic I was looking for.Just to make sure my assumption was correct I went to the shop to meet Aaron. Aaron was friendly and generous with his time and quite knowledgeable, he has been installing dash cams for over 7 years.I also was able to check out the shop interior and there was no trash or junk on the floor or desks. All tools were put away and everything was tidy.It turns out Aaron has many police and fire customers, who expect things done right the first time.I took my 2022 Outbacks in and it took about 3 hours per vehicle. Some of the time is because Aaron will not run cables near any airbags, and my cars had plenty of them.I noticed Aaron did more getting ready to work on the car than any car dealership does, plastic on the steering wheel and seats and he sanitizes your keys when he gets them and before he gives them back to you.Aaron makes some of his own cables so he doesnt have to tap into the fusebox. For new cars like mine that was great! He doesnt want any of his customers to be in a situation that a dealership could try to blame an electrical issue on fuse taps.I was surprised when Aaron made a suggestion that would save me about $300 for each of my two BlackVue 900X-2 Chnl cameras at the same time giving me the 256 GB storage that I wanted.It doesnt get better than ACE Dashcam. If you use him you will be telling your friends about him for their dashcam purchases and installations.

Aaron was aces with the installation of my dashcam! He was super friendly, and extremely knowledgeable of the product manufacturer, and device features. He also had no problem installing a Blackvue dashcam in my Chevy Bolt electric vehicle. The installation was clean and everything is functioning perfectly. He also gave me some great tips on the settings of the camera to maximize it for my needs. His shop was clean and the waiting room/lobby area was also clean. After a couple of months in researching for the best shop to get dashcams installed, I came across ACEDASHCAM with a perfect 5 star rating, so I read all reviews and decided to give ACEDASHCAM an opportunity to get the project I wanted done for both of my vehicles. The project included getting two sets of the BlackVue DR900X-2CH Plus Dashcams installed in each of the vehicles. One set will be the main camera on the front windshield, with the rear camera on the left side corner fixed window and the second set with the main camera on back windshield and the rear camera on the right side corner fixed window. When I asked Aaron if he was up for the challenge, he told me that he has never done that before, but that there would be no problem in getting the job done. So on Friday 10/1/2021 I took in my 2021 Chevrolet Traverse and Aaron did a very professional job. On Saturday 10/2/2021 I took him my 2021 Honda Accord Sport 2.0T and again Aaron did a very professional job. I highly recommend ACEDASHCAM for any dashcam installations.

I’ve been wanting to get a front and rear dashcam system installed on my wife’s ‘17 Lexus RX350 for several months now and was worried about selecting just anyone in fears they wouldn’t be as professional with the installation or splice existing wires voiding the warranty and such. I found this place here on Yelp and called Aaron with a multitude of questions, he answered every single one and guaranteed that his install method is safe and hides all the wires so it’s as seamless as can be. As if it came from the factory installed with the dashcam system. Anyhow, I scheduled an install appointment for this past Sunday, he was on time and finished the installation within the 2.5hr window he quoted me that it would take. I’m case you’re wondering, I went with the DR750X-2ch Plus with a 256GB microSD card. I did some looking around and found Acedashcam online and I am glad I did. I wanted a professional and very clean looking installation of a dashcam and after seeing some other reviews on here and his gallery on their store website I knew this was where I wanted to go. The install was well within the time window expected and very simple and easy on my end to schedule my visit. I did have some issues with the dashcam I purchased after about two weeks but I gave a call back and they were able to replace the dashcam promptly and without any additional charge. I have not had any issues since. I will definitely be recommending this location to anyone I know for their dashcam needs.

Probably the best place to get a dashcam installed on your car in SoCal. Aaron (the business owner) is very knowledgeable and made the process so easy. Installing the Blackvue DR750X-2CH on my AMG sedan took only 2 hours or so, and there are many good restaurants nearby to kill the time. Very professional, courteous and a job well done. Knowledge plus on the product installation was with care and precision.Looking out for airbags and where wire are place was primary in his mind. Ace Dashcam did a great job installing dashcams for both front view and rear view. The videos are clear and I was able to capture several close calls that I had on the freeways. Ace Dashcam also did a great job explaining on how to operate the dashcams and how to open up the files from microSD card, and using WiFI to download videos to cell phone. The suggestion that I can offer is to make sure you have a card reader or two before having the dashcam installed, so that you are ready to see the videos from the laptop right away. Overall, I am very happy with the services and the products.

The OBD-II Parking Mode adapter these guys came up with is a real life saver. My Durango is missing the cabin fuse box and I definitely didn’t want to run the wires all the way to the main one under the hood. This adapter solved it all. Highly recommend!
