Great shop. Took in my 1985 MR2 in after Id done some suspension work, and they took the time and effort to work with me to make sure it was dialed in, even though the suspension is more adjustable (and uses a different adjustment method) than most cars. The last shop I took it to didnt even bother to try and adjust camber and caster. Thanks Sam & team!

Got all the tires changed for my car, they had the tires in stock, gave all the information required to make the decision and car was ready in an hour. Highly recommended. This shop is amazing. I worked with Sam on diagnosing my cars ride comfort issues and we found that the factory addon for a larger wheel was the cause. He helped me find a better looking wheel and we downsized. Now the car looks amazing and feels great. His team installed the new set within an hour and Im very happy

Had a screw in a tire on my Tesla Model Y.Took it to Pep Boys first, waited two hours, and was then told the tire was a run flat (it’s not), they couldn’t repair it, and I would need to buy a new tire.Went a mile down the road to Ace Tire and Wheel. They confirmed it was not a run flat and fixed it within 10 minutes. Highly recommended over the big box tire shops.

Used their services multiple times over the years, on a couple of cars. The service has always been courteous, prompt, and not trying to sell me extras.In one case they patched up the tire. Another time when I knew my tread was worn out, I had TireRack ship them all 4 tires. They were very thorough to call me as soon as the tires arrived. The replacement took less than an hour for all 4 wheels even though I showed up unannounced the next day.

I have been using another local shop and a location of one of the big tire chains, but never felt I got a decent quality of work. One of them damaged the rims during tire installation, the other never managed to properly balance the wheels so I ended up having to get used to vibrating steering wheel. Always took at least half a day to get the job done, no matter how simple.I wish I started using Ace earlier. They did two services for me recently- wheel balancing and rim replacement. They are not too crowded so they were able to accommodate me on a short notice. Staff are very courteous and they seem to be very skilled. Performed excellent work in both cases and got my car riding steadily without any vibrations. Highly recommend.

Drove in and parked without an appointment. Two men came our to meet me and asked what I would like. I replied fix to flat tires and a tire rotation. They immediately took the car and was finished within thirty minutes. Very polite, professional and reasonably priced. Excellent service.

Stopped by to check the price. Got not very nice person giving me $20 more than on the most popular website price. Plus installation is more than $100.They do rotation without the rebalancing. Which they should as tire warns out unequally and needs balance check. Or because you did a lousy job while installing.To me those people looked very unprofessional. Happily charging clients without qualified and knowledgeable services.Never go there.

This is a long due review, almost a year ago. This place is excellent. Toyota dealer told me the tire can be fixed (a nail). I took my car American tires and wheel works, both of the places said I had to replace the tire with a new one… long story short I found the Ace Tire shop on google map!

I took my car to this shop to repair my punctured tire. They take my car in their repair shop and tell me that my tire has two nails in it, which will cost $70 to get it fixed ($35 for each nail). I realized that this repair is almost as much as the price of a brand new tire so I decided not to move forward with the repair. I said thank you, they bring my car out and charge me $10 for inspection, which is not fair because I was not told about the inspection fee before hand at all.I took my car to Costco Tire Center and they fixed the same tire that had two nails in it for $11. So basically I paid $11 for inspection, repair and everything else at Costco Tire. It is worth mentioning that Costco Tire crew, before touching my car, told me about all of the charges up front.

Even though that day was almost 100° still a breath of fresh air at ace tire showed up no appointment no line and there was cars already being worked on yet with a well stocked staff quickly my tires were mounted and ready within 15 min ... sure beats going to American tires first make your appointment then set up a ride home because its gonna be a whole day process good luck 👍

First time customer and wow what an amazing experience. I ordered a 24 inch rim to be replace on the front right side. Came in the next week and before mounting the new rim on the tire. Sam mentioned the corners werent fully painted gloss black. I honestly woudnt have noticed until he told me. He said if i wanted hed send it back and order a new one. Plus it was already past 40 min since they were suppose to close shop. Places like these with honest hard working people are hard to find nowadays. Strongly recommend !!!

They charge $25 to plugg a tire, I had 2 nails on one tire and they charged me $50, oviously I needed the car and was already there but Its not like I took 2 cars, the labour is the same.and a plugg costs a penny. The price of the tires was twice the price you could find them on Walmart.And the worst part, when they returned the original tires, they disconnected a sensor of one of the wheels.This is worst service I have ever encountered.Beware!

They were very rude. Went in on a slow Sunday at 3:00pm. Online it says they close at 4:00pm. Dropped off my car and they asked me to be back in 20 minutes. It took me 25 minutes because of the long lights and they were very rude and had the audacity to scold me. I even had a timer to make sure i got back in 20 minutes so I know it wasn’t the 35 minutes they claimed.I won’t be coming back ever.

I had great experience here. Several of my vehicles were serviced here. They changed the tires and done the alignment work for my vehicles in a timely manner. Walk-in, and no appointment were needed for such service. The charge is very reasonable. Most importantly, they dont try to sell you extra service, unlike the neighboring tire store (named WheelXXX). Ace Tire is my go-to store at Sunnyvale! Highly recommended!

Super efficient service and seems pretty reasonably priced. I went there for a tire rotation - they discovered a nail deeply embedded in one of my tires. They took care of it and charged me $30 for the fix and $35 for the rotation, and I was out of there in fifteen minutes.

I love it here. I checked out so many places and no other can beat their prices! Not to mention how quick they were to install, no time wasted!! First time here and I will be coming back as well. I had my tire replaced here a few weeks ago. They were fast and least expensive. After a week or two I got a flat in the replaced tire. I brought it back thinking the tire was maybe not sealed correctly. I brought it back in, turns out there was a nail in the new tire. They oateched and sent me on my way FOR FREE! Love these guys

I took my car to change tires and replace a TPM sensor. The price of changing tires was on the higher side, but that was not the problem. They changed the TPM sensor and charged me $110 to put the OEM one, while I knew American Tire charges $60 per sensor. I paid the higher price for better quality. Two weeks later the TPMS stopped working. Took the car there. They told me that they cannot do anything about it and suggested to take the car to the dealership to have the battery of the other TPM sensors checked. This is while they were able to check right there and found that it was the same TPMS that was not emitting any signal. It was indeed the same one, but they refused to take responsibility for their work.

I was in a frustrating situation when a friend recommended this place. A tire of my car got burst and I couldnt find a new one in the bay (it was a very specific runflat tire). People told me they could order a new tire but it could take couple weeks. I have only one car, and its impossible to live in the Bay Area without one (BMWs dont come with spare tires anymore). Kashif loaned me a temporary tire while we waited to get a new one. It saved me a lot of trouble and pain. Not to mention, their prices are the best and theyre super fast. Cant be thankful enough.

Second trip to this store, mediocre experience. First was brakes, second was for tires. I only went to this place owing to good reviews. My experience wasnt too good. Had my tires delivered to this store and got them mounted and balanced. On picking up vehicle noticed that tire pressure wasnt set correctly on both right side tires. Lefts were at ~36 and rights had ~44. On higher speeds I could notice the imbalance. Secondly TPMS wasnt set up correctly either.

Sam had the uncommon tire (size, brand, model) that I wanted for my 20 wheel, he was willing to mount it on my rim in the uncommon way I requested, and the shop is open weekends. They were communicative and willing to answer my specific nerdy questions about the process. I drove down from San Leandro to have this work done and Id do it again.

Brought in my Honda Accord with a total flat; looking at it, he was able to tell that Id driven it for a while unknowingly so the tire walls had collapsed and I was suggested a tire replacement. Although they didnt have the Goodyear model to replace my stock tire, they had a substitute which matched. Immediately, they got on the job even though it was close to shutting time on Saturday evening. Ive had tire woes for a couple of months now. First the front right tire blew up and knocked off my mirror and half the side of my car was dented and scratched. As soon as I managed to fix that, my rear tires began to leak.So, I checked tire places on Yelp and made several calls and Ace Tires had the trifecta: my tires were in stock, they had an appointment that day, and the price was $80 less than the next cheapest quote. I went to other tire stops before. And one of them told me I need pay 500 dollars to check first ( to see if I have any potential problem) ... which is so expensive. Cause I knew that my only problem was that one tire.. then I found this one on google map.. I waited about 10mins and my tire was ready. I bought my tire from internet. But it was lacked of ring so that I had no idea how to replace it. I spent 24dollars for replacing which was affordable and good to me. No one recommended me some extra checking items. Came in for alignment & rear drum brakes, & before I left they showed me that my slave cylinder was leaking (I wasnt surprised). I got a call saying my Master Cylinder needed to be replaced, which I wasnt happy to hear. It turned out they flushed my brake system of the old brake fluid and particulate and it worked after that! Great price, and fast service!

On Saturday morning there was no line like that big place down the street. I was out in less than an hour with balancing 5 wheels and swapping them onto my Jeep. Everyone was really friendly. I think the price for mounting tires on beadlock wheels is really reasonable too so I will use them for everything next time.

The job is done properly but the service is not good. I went there when I was 9 months pregnant and they left me waiting in the parking lot. When I asked for a seat, one of the workers told me that all questions should be ask to another member of the staff! After 10 minutes they invited me to the waiting room which was four chairs next to the counter.

SOLID people there! My brakes on my Mercedes SL were squeaking and by looking at them they looked extremely worn out. 2 different guys took a look and they told me Im good! 60% left in front 80% in the back! They could have told me oh yer gonna need pads, plus this and that etc but nope, have a nice day is what they said and I drove off! Rare to find an honest person when it comes to anything with this car I have, please believe when I do need brakes Im going back there!!

I bought 4 Pirelli tires. They told me that there is a discount on those tires by Pirelli (almost 100 Usd), based on this discount I bought the tires and they gave me the promotion paper and the steps to follow. After some months I realize that I never receive any check by Pirelli . When I check with them they told me that the type of tires I bought was not included in the promotion and the people who sold me the tires should have known. So at the end I have the tires without any discount, If I had known this I would have bought other tires.
