Very pleased with the services I received from Daniel and Rio. Daniel was very responsive and knowledgeable. Daniel even helped me choose a stairmaster that would be best for my home. Kevin and his coworker delivered the machine and ensured everything was in great working condition before heading out. Overall, this was a great experience and I would recommend working with Ace Fitness!

Daniel was very polite and professional. Not pushy at all. When we ordered our treadmill, communication was clear and pricing was exactly what Daniel had told us it would be. Rio helped us connect with an installer in our area. The freight delivery person and installers were also very easy to work with and friendly. Overall, we are incredibly happy with our new treadmill and the whole experience. I would highly recommend Ace Fitness to anyone!

I ordered an elliptical machine from Acefitness, and am very happy with the overall experience. The sales rep Daniel was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Their customer service rep, Rio, also sent a lot of emails to keep me updated on when my Precor elliptical machine was going to get shipped out too.The only thing I would change is on the day of delivery, getting a phone call or text message when the driver was 30-60 minutes away from drop off.Overall though, it was a positive experience!

Fantastic people to work with. They kept in contact throughout the whole process, shipped the unit early, and the treadmill arrived before expected in the advertised condition. Unfortunately, the subcontracted delivery drivers were complete jerks, who dropped the unit, breaking the pallet. This made it very difficult to move the treadmill.

I was really hesitant on buying a used treadmill, especially with the cost. But I am so glad I purchased the Freemotion T10.7 Reflex.The entire process from being remanufactured to arriving at my door. It was shipping to Louisiana and took less than a week.The treadmill works great. Just like new. I’ve already logged 40 miles on it with varying speeds and have had no issues.We have already had friends ask us where we purchased because they are impressed with the quality.With that said, if you are looking for great used gym equipment I absolutely recommend Ace Fitness Equipment.

He carefully guided me thru my options, and patiently spent time with me explaining the process and reassured me that although this was an expensive purchase, that he would ensure my satisfaction.After ordering the Elliptical Machine, I received weekly updates on the status of the build, as well as pictures and even a video of the Elliptical Machine that I ordered, then when it shipped, I received shipping updates and then when the machine was delivered, Daniel and Rio reached out again to ensure that everything was in order and that the shipping and delivery went smoothly. I really lucked out in picking Ace Fitness Equipment Fitness when I was in the market for a Stairmaster machine. Lots of Google Search results came up and I ended up going with Ace Fitness Equipment based on their options, support, warranty and price positions. The reason I say that I lucked out is that the management & operations guys at Ace are the type of professionals whom you want to work with and who have your back, even after the transaction and delivery are complete. This is definitely the place to buy an elliptical. Not knowing anything about buying pre-owned gym equipment, my Google searches led me to a number of resellers who seemed shady at worst, confusing at best. Daniel Tamaki and Ace Fitness Equipment were the opposite. Daniel spent an hour on the phone with me just listening to my needs, explaining my options, and making helpful recommendations. He wasnt pushy, and led me to a model that was absolutely perfect for my home gym needs: the Precor Elliptical AMT 100i. In addition to giving me a great price, Daniel provided me with his cell and encouraged me to contact him directly with any questions about shipping, warranty, care, etc. So when my elliptical arrived and a piece had come loose, I simply called Daniel and was able to troubleshoot – and resolve – the issue instantly. In June 2020, I began to research owning my own gym quality stair master. COVID19 made it impossible to go to the gym, and I missed my stair master workouts. So, I found ACE Fitness Equipment online. The first thing I checked was their reviews. They had reviews from many different locations in the USA and they offered a 6 month warranty. The reviews were great! So, I ordered my Stairmaster online from ACE. Once I ordered, I got a call from Daniel Tamaki, and he was wonderful! He explained the shipping process and timelines, explained the warranty, and left me his contact information in case I had additional questions. I received my stairmaster about 3 weeks later, and it was in great condition, after shipping from CA to VA. Daniel made contact to see if I was satisfied and Ive been working out on my stair master for about 90 days now. Fast forward, yesterday (October 13, 2020), the console wouldnt light up on my stair master. I panicked! I could not get my workout done, so I emailed ACE Fitness about my problem, and I received an immediate response from Daniel, with the name and contact for a technician. Meanwhile, I unplugged the stair master and plugged it into another power source, and the console lit right up. So, the problem was the electrical source and not the stair master! Purchased a refurbished Precor elliptical and it arrived in excellent shape. To move the elliptical I had a fitness equipment technician disassemble it in part to get it into the room where it was reassembled and where it will stay. Avoid purchasing any equipment from them. I purchased two life fitness 95ti treadmills from them and they both broke down after 8 weeks of use. Casey claims that they broke down because they were stored in my garage and in the heat for 6 months yet I have a Nordic Trac treadmill that has been sitting in there for 4 years in the heat and not a single thing wrong with the belt. They would not cover parts. Ill give him that he said he would do the labor for free if I covered the parts but he made it seem like I was begging him to fix the mistake and made the process very lengthy. I have a business to run and could not wait any longer after four weeks of when the treadmills were initially inspected by them. Casey made it seem like he was doing me a favor and like he was taking care of me when in reality 4+ weeks to get the situation squared away made it seem like he was avoiding it. From a business owner perspective, I dont think you should ever make the customer feel like you are doing them a favor. I finally gave up and decided to part ways with Ace fitness equipment. Dont get me wrong, youll definitely be able to buy equipment off of them but dont expect them to take care of their customers once youve paid for the equipment.

First off, just finished a workout and feeling very happy about my purchase. It was my favorite machine at the gym and is now a great addition to my home gym. Its so quiet I can use it day or night and it doesnt disturb anyone in my house or neighbors. And its ease of use allows me to jump on it whenever I feel like moving. Best of all, its a great way to kickstart/warm up for my workouts. Just start walking slowly then it builds nicely to a good sweat and higher heart rate pretty quickly. Great cardio and great way to start any other workouts. Last thing... shout out to Daniel for answering any concerns and making the whole purchase a smooth process.
