We hired Ace Demolition to remove our swimming pool and deck at our hillside home. There was limited access along the side of our house (6 feet) and curvy roads to get to our home, but they got the job done on time and for the quoted budget.Eric and Paul communicated the timeline and project steps well, and we were happy with the overall process. They handled all the aspects of communication with the City of LA Grading department and were on top of any issues that came up.Removing a pool and regrading the hillside is messy work, but they cleaned up after completing everything. And keep the work site tidy at the end of each day. All team members at the job site were friendly and thoughtful.

We had an exceptional experience with Ace Demolition. They removed a swimming pool for us. From the start to the finish of project they very professional, informative, communicated well and were very friendly and finished ahead of schedule . ACE removed our 600 cubic yard swimming pool. Big job, big mess, but they made the process easy and did a fantastic job preserving our concrete decking. The proposal was straight forward and extremely competitive in price. No unreasonable contingencies! A positive sign of a good contractor will have a great relationship with the city when you pull a permit (they did)! While, I rarely have a need to hire demo contractors outside of using a general, I would hire ACE again without hesitation. Great crew, in the field and in the office. Thanks guys!

I used Ace Demolition for a pool removal and from start to finish, I found this company to be very easy to work with. Their pricing was competitive and their communication was excellent. They pulled all the permits, worked with the city, and received final sign off in just over a week. They left the job site clean and ready for the next step. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

After weighing the pros and cons about getting rid of my pool, I decided to hire ACE Demolition and I am very glad that I did. The deciding factor over another demolition company was human kindness which is exactly what ACE Demolition’s Contractor Eric and Office Manager Paul severed up on a silver platter with every interaction. WOW! This experience was a breath of fresh air because one does not come across a company like this every day or every other day. Both Eric and Paul provided open communication at every phase of the project, sincerity, dedication and above all again, human kindness. Eric’s and Paul’s best traits above all are respect and patience! What more can a person ask for? Given those characteristics I knew by the middle of my pool demolition project that I had made the right decision by choosing ACE Demolition over another company and that made me feel confident and secure with my decision. Eric is a team player as he even told me he does not mind receiving text messages 24/7 which was such plus given that I work a lot another words, I can work around my schedule to communicate with him. Paul is also a team player especially if Eric was busy as Paul would reach out to me and assure me that Eric will follow up with me very soon with my questions and Paul’s words always came true 100% of the time! One of Eric’s employees his name is Danny kept reminding me with a great big smile that he will always treat my home as if it was his home. That was very touching! So, what are you waiting for? I reached out to Ace Demolition about tearing down an unused, cinder block based horse stable. Paul was very quick to respond and set up a day for Robert to come take a look at the project site. Robert was very friendly & informative, and asked questions about the job that no other contractor had. They seemed to be genuinely interested in the job & what I wanted from it. They came back a few days later with a very reasonable quote, and I was sold. The team they brought out was also very friendly, and worked quickly. After 2 short days, the job was finished. Would hire again.

We met with Eric about a year ago to go over the process of filling in our oversized pool. We finally found a landscape designer that was able to assist us with the process of what the backyard would look like without the pool. We then met once again with a Eric to finalize the changes we needed in order to proceed.We set up a date to start. Eric and his crew are awesome. We were made aware of upcoming processes before they happened. The pool was drained overnight, the drainage holes dug and then the city inspection was scheduled. Once approved, it took the crew about a week of demolition to remove concrete decking 18” of pool retaining wall in addition to filling and compacting soil. The crew is very professional, shows up on time and worked to complete the job without any delays to the work schedule.Once the work was done and final city inspection was completed, they power washed our shared driveway.Eric was on site for daily inspections. He worked with me for any changes/concerns we had and took the time to explain the process.What is most important: Was the job completed properly, city approved, completed on time and on budget. The answer to all of the above is yes.We are very happy with the project. Now we are on to the next phase. We look forward to being able to use our backyard to entertain family and friends. This was made possible by Ace Demolition. Highly recommend them.I included pictures of the demolition work process.Update: I added some additional images of how are backyard now looks. We used a different designer for the yard work. We are now able to enjoy and entertain.

I used Ace Demolition to demo my guest house and also to remove a very old pool.in my first meeting with them, i was impressed by professionalism.they got me all the necessary permits and the job was complete on time.there price was very reasonable and most important the service was really great .highly recommend Ace Demolition, great guys.

It was a pleasure doing business with Ace Demolition they did an excellent job. My biggest pet peeve is having to chase down the contractors to find out what the status of the job is or getting updates as to where we are on the job. Paul and Eric did an excellent job in communicating what was happening at every step of the project all the way to the end. The crew at Ace Demolition are all very polite, respectful and considerate of other people’s property. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know and will keep them in mind for any other projects that may come my way. Thank you Ace Demolition

Probably the smoothest experience Ive ever had with construction/home improvement. They gave me a competitive quote. They arrived exactly on time for the estimate and job. Lastly, they did a neat and thorough demolition of exactly what I asked for. Cant recommend these guys enough.
