Tried to put together a new pc for myself.(I’ve done it before and figured it out) Put everything together and it did not boot. Gave up after a few hours. Decided to take it in and they diagnosed and helped me fix the issue within 2 days. Very easy and helpful service for a lot less than it should be.100% keeping their business in mind from now on!

Staff were very knowledgeable and kind. They helped me identify and fix an issue with my pc’s motherboard in a timely manner with their free diagnostic service and replaced said part very quickly. Would definitely come here again if I had further problems!

I brought in my computer to Ace Computer Guy for repair. I had a laundry list of problems with it and brought that list with the computer. I was advised they would run diagnostics and let me know what the problems were. I called after several days and was told the diagnostics showed no problems and that they had been unable to replicate the issues I had been having. Bottom line, they couldnt fix what the computer wouldnt do.When I picked the computer up, I really expected to be charged for the time the gentleman had spent trying to replicate the problems. Instead, I was told that since no problem could be found, there was no charge.My only thought now is that there is some problem in my home, perhaps a faulty cable or surge suppressor. As far as Ace Computer Guy though, I would not hesitate to do business with him again. He was honest and professional and I recommend him.

I was looking at buying another Apple desk top but I’m so glad I looked for a second opinion. Thanks so much Ace for diagnosing the problem with being a worn out hard drive and they were able to retrieve all of the memory. And this was taken care of locally here in Bakersfield. 😊👍

Ace Computer Guy is awesome! Their expertise, professionalism and friendliness makes every encounter a super comfortable one. Theyve done a fantastic job at cleaning/updating my gaming laptop as well as assisting with upgrading my PC components. They are very VERY knowledgeable and I recommend them above anyone else! They are very nice and professional. They ran a diagnostic on my desktop and since they didnt find anything they could fix. They didnt charge. They really are amazing and if you have any issues I highly recommend because of their professionalism and knowledge.

I just picked this place off Google and am glad I did. My laptop fan started clattering so I dropped it off at Ace.It was right after Christmas and I figured it would be a few days and cost me a hundred bucks.He called the next day and said it was just a piece of debris in the fan and gave me a great discount when he could easily have replaced the fan (or said he had) and charged me who knows what!It also turned out to be a subscriber to my youtube channel!I will definitely use Ace again and recommend you use them too!

I called Ace Computer Guy about a simple charging port replacement on my laptop. Nobody answered so I left a message. My call was never returned. Why do these businesses that dont return calls even have voicemail systems in place? I run into this more and more often these days and it is extremely inconsiderate. It seems like its 50/50 whether a business will take the time to return a call. Must be nice to be so busy that you dont need more customers.

The customer service above all others. Knowing your business/professional information is secure and protected gives you great peace of mind. All technical issues are handled very quickly and accurately. I dont know what I would do without them. I always recommend Ace computer guy to anyone searching for any type of technical support.

I have used Ace Computer Guy for a number of years now, and have had nothing but positive experiences. Their staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Recently, I took a hard drive in for data recovery. They were able to get every file off that I needed with zero data loss. In the past I have taken multiple computers in for general repair and I always get them back promptly, and of course in working condition. I have also referred many other friends and clients to Ace, and all I get back is positive feedback. There are a bunch of hacks around Bakersfield that work on computers, these guys are the real deal, and will treat you right.

Generally unprofessional. Tend to be vague and evasive about turn around times and with a tone and approach that quickly tells you they really dont care much about your time. Drop of your computer, but I cant tell you when you will actually get it back because we are busy isnt a great response to a simple scheduling question.

Called about a computer issue, they said to bring it in and theyll run a free diagnostics check. They called me later that day discussing what was wrong, and 3 days later I had my computer back and running perfectly. Highly recommend.
