2024-06-18 01:31:20I had Ace come out to fix our A/C unit during the heat wave. First I found them on google and call to see when they came come out.The pleasant lady answered the phone call and was able to schedule a service at 8am the next morning between 8-10am.The technician Walter arrived at 8am sharp and diagnosed my air conditioner as having a Freon leak. I had my Carrier unit for over 20 years and was ready to get a new system but Walter was able to fix the leak, recharge the Freon and I was able to have the AC working! Great experience, great company, punctual and the tech even smelled nice :)

2024-06-21 22:23:25This is the second time weve had a really great experience with this company. Walter is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He troubleshoots everything and is polite and professional. We needed a new AC and he came out the same day we called to install it and returned the next morning to help us troubleshoot some electrical stuff.

2023-08-15 23:20:54AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!I had a technician from the company Dima come over to fix my freezer and dryer. Initially, they were able to resolve the issue with the freezer, which was periodically defrosting and leaking water on the floor. However, my LG compressor dryer still wasnt drying clothes. The technician first mentioned that the dryer was missing a tube in the back, which connects to where the condensed water should drip into the waterline. He connected it, but the dryer still didnt work.We had him come back, and thankfully my wife, who speaks Russian, was able to communicate with him. He diligently explored numerous potential issues with the dryer, even dismantling it almost completely. Eventually, he admitted that he needed to do more research before returning to fix it. Unfortunately, after that, both the technician and the company went completely silent. We called multiple times to complain, but they blocked our phone numbers. Only after setting up a Google voice number were we able to reach the receptionist, Anna, who took my call and listened to my concerns. However, despite promising to contact “Dima”, but of course nothing happened. Its incredibly unprofessional that they took our money and left our dryer in a worse condition, as you can see from the attached pictures.In summary, I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs. Their unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and failure to resolve the issue have caused us significant frustration and disappointment.

2024-02-25 00:06:28Had this company come out to repair my refrigerator back in Nov 2023 they diagnosed the problem saying my refrigerant needed to be recharged. They charged close to $500 to refill the refrigerant on my fridge only for it to go out again last week. It was still with in the 3 month warranty so they came out to refill it again only this time saying I have a small leak and that I should schedule an appointment for them to come back in a month with a dye to be able to find the leak. The tech after working on it for about 15 minutes, put everything back together, grabbed his tools and left saying the fridge should be good to go in 3 hours and left. After 20 minutes the fridge motor still hadnt kicked on so I called and they said to turn it off, wait a minute and then turn it back on and everything should be fine. Once I did that the fridge started hissing... sobeither the tech didnt close everything up or he made the leal worse. I called back and told them I needed them to come back out and check everything out and explained what happened they said they would be able to come back the next day. I explained to them I would be at work and they said they would be back out later that night. I waited at my house til after the time frame they had said they would be back out only to have them not show up and not even call saying they wouldnt be coming back. Dont recommend using this company they are unreliable and they dont have the proper knowledge to fix things right the first time.

2024-04-18 20:20:39Never opened my dryer to inspect it. Said it was the motor and wanted $450 to repair it. I had a funny feeling about them so I got a second quote. It was NOT the motor and only cost me $239 and even replaced another part without charging me. I do NOT RECOMMEND them.

2024-02-05 21:55:50The good: was able to get an appointment quickly and the technician showed up on time.The bad: wanted to charge me $1000 to replace a part that takes 3 minutes to install. He said the part was expensive but I found it online for $132. When he found that wasn’t the issue, he quoted $1,200 for a part that costs $136 online. I did not have the work done because I hate being taken advantage of.

2024-05-09 03:53:52Extremely unprofessional. After charging us an initial fee, the technician told us that they had to order a part he needed. After two days without any updates, they stopped taking our calls and even blocked our number. They took our money and stopped communicating with us regarding the repairs needed. Definitely would NOT recommend these shady people.

2022-02-08 18:36:51Two direct-vent wall furnaces stopped working after 20+ years. I called several services but they had appointments a week away or more. Thankfully I found Ace Air Appliance and they came the same day! They had to order replacements but returned the next business day and installed them in one day! They were courteous and efficient. I will definitely recommend them.
