The whole process took 10 minutes it was great ! Emailed him my account and routing number never emailed back, a month later sent him a confirmation email to make sure he received my email, no response . Another week later I tried again and nothing had to reach out to the office and the secretary had to grab my information from me again the whole process was very unprofessional

We did our taxes again for 202 with them but they never processed my husband taxes so after 2 weeks of my calling for days, finally the taxes where sent. And no apology, just blame on the IRS. We wont be going back
