I have a consulting business and i am so glad i hired Accounting Breeze to take on the paperwork. I have had a great experience with Nury and her team. She set up my LLC and S-Corp and is now taking on my accounting. I like to get my taxes done early, and we finished them in mid-March. She makes time to answer my questions and guide me in the right direction.
Before I found Nury at Accounting Breeze, I was totally lost with my personal and small business taxes! Not only did she reply quickly, she was very helpful and understanding. She did not make me feel stupid for asking questions and needing help with fixing previous taxes. I was so panicked about taxes this last year because my accountant of 12 years was retiring and no longer seeing clients. In addition, although I loved my previous accountant as a person, tax season was a NIGHTMARE! I dreaded the season because it just felt like I was doing everything wrong. We would go back and fourth MULTIPLE TIMES and I felt reprimanded with all the mistakes I kept making. Numbers have never been my thing and when I opened Kendall Law I had not idea how to enter data or keep my books in order. I got QB online and spent hours and hours trying to figure it out. I think I would spend at least 5 hours a week on trying to enter the data, reconcile etc. I knew that I needed help. I met with several bookkeepers, one of which was Nury of Accounting Breeze. She was referred to me by a colleague. After meeting with her I felt comfortable with letting go of the strings. Susan was assigned to my account. After a few meetings and setting my expectations, I began to slowly let go of the reigns. Susan works on my books each week and provides me the reports and updates I need. I have just recently turned over my past due bill collection calls to Susan as well.Having Accounting Breeze takes away the stress and allows me to focus that time on productive income earning activities. I personally would not recommend this company, they worked on our taxes and sent the form with an error, for more than two weeks and I tried to contact them to correct it and they do not return the calls or answer the messages, it seems unprofessional on their part, definitely bad service and bad experience.

Then she had staffing issues and has not communicated with me for over 2 months despite me emailing, calling, and sending messages on Facebook, which is regularly updated. I am extremely concerned about my taxes and she has done nothing since I submitted my documents to inform me of the status.Taxes are not a small issue and without knowing what’s going on it’s hard to move forward with a different accountant.

2024-05-08 18:46:42I never write bad reviews. I typically always work things out with the people Im working with; however, I would hate what happened to me to happen to anyone else. My 2023 taxes are not done and we essentially have been ghosted in terms of what is happening with our 2023 taxes. Ive never experienced this with anyone or any business in the past. I dont know whats going on. It appears the company is short staffed and very much in the weeds. Would not encourage this company to take on any new clients until they have the staffing to meet deadlines.

We’ve gone there in person and the accountant isn’t available. I do see they are responding to bad reviews, so maybe I can get a response now. I unfortunately feel like I need to file a form 14157-A IRS complaint if this isn’t resolved soon. Email us back when you can so we can update our final review. Thanks!
