Ive trying to renew wifesMichigan SW license since she is not computer savvy. Been about 90 minutes with no luck at all. A marker for a competent program is seamless efficiency. Thus, one star.

I will start this off by saying that their SUPPORT department is excellent (they are the only department that answers their phone- which is a good thing if you already have their software)- Mikes customer service skills are on point. Wasnt happy with the lack of response from the sales people, however, once I spoke to them (took 4 days) they were amazing.

Speechless on their mandatory SAAS move, so many of the previous customised fields are gone because it is at Accelas interest to manage. Think multiple times before commiting to this vendor.
