I had the privilege to work with Angelique Lyle when I was searching for my next home. Initially, I started with a big map and with her help we narrowed it down to 2 to 3 cities. Angelique is amazing and her customer service is on another level. I always felt important with her. She’s very responsive over the phone, text, email, over Compass, you name it! Let me say, for an entire week she was out of the country, and we were moving forward faster than most agents I had worked with in the past. When I found the house I wanted, the initial offer amount was perfect, not too high, not too low and it enabled me to win the house. This is where her experience came in handy. The counteroffer amount from the inspection report was also spot on! Again, her knowledge and experience played a huge role in all this. If you’re shopping for a new home, I would highly recommend her.

We truly cannot say enough about Penny and our experience buying a home with her. She is thoughtful, kind, open, honest, communicative, professional and supportive, amongst so many other things. We worked with Penny when we purchased our first home in 2020 and built such a positive relationship, fast forward 4 years and 1 baby later, she was right back helping us again. My favorite thing about Penny, and one that meant the most to us, is the fact that Penny was there and responsive every minute of every day. If we had a question, or a concern, or even just a thought, Penny was right there. The relationship with her is so natural that it never felt like we were bothering each other. That type of reliability and trust is so important when it comes to such a stressful and big decision and we are so grateful to have found that with her. Outside of just the amazing bond, Pennys local knowledge of the South Bay is so good. Penny is also very professional. We had some challenges with our counterparts during the purchase but Penny held ground and understood that maintaining a good relationship with them would go a long way, and boy was she right. We just completed our second transaction with Karina. I cant say enough great things about working with her! Weve now bought and sold a home with her. Her advice on market conditions, how to bid/price were absolutely spot on. Our recent sale broke the neighborhood record for highest price. The work she was willing to do to help us prep the homes for sale or move-in was above and beyond AND top-notch work. We did both transactions remotely, and she was always willing to do whatever it took to make it easy for us. From video tours, to scheduling inspections and managing all parties to close escrow, to all the work to get the homes move-in ready in a really tight turnaround, she did everything efficiently and promptly. The crews she works with do do home work was incredibly efficient. Ive liked every real estate agent Ive worked with in the 5 homes weve purchased in life. But Karina has been next level. We are very thankful that we engaged Jackie as our real estate agent. We are very picky and decided on her because of the positive and enthusiastic vibe that she gave us when we first met her. Our instinct turned out to be correct. We could not have been happier. It was a pleasure working with her throughout the entire home-buying process. I am SO GLAD we found Penny!!! Prior to meeting her, we had been meeting buyers agents at open houses, but had never really clicked with anyone. I’ve always heard how important it is to work with a realtor you can trust, rely on, and be on the same page with. Karina is all of that and more.. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. From beginning to end the whole process was as smooth as can be. She not only answered all of my questions (which may have been excessive), she was patient with me and detailed with all her answers. Tony and I went to Miraleste HS together and my memories of him then and my experiences him with him now (30+ years later ) are very positive. He’s one of the kindest people I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. I especially like that he’s genuine, very funny, caring, and an all around great person. I hired Accardo Real Estate to sell my home as a referral from my mother who also used Accardo Real Estate. Tony and his wife Marina provided me with recommendations on items in my house that if improved would maximize the sale price of my home. I didnt know where to start but Accardo Real Estate provided me with the vendors and managed all the home improvements. The process was easy and stress free! They updated my kitchen cabinets, replaced the closet doors and landscaped to add curb appeal. My home looked so amazing and it sold quickly! I was so impressed at what would have been an over whelming project was handled seamlessly.
