I hired ACC in November 2022, to build a patio and outdoor kitchen onto our single family home. The reason I chose ACC was because I needed an architect who could develop a plan with varying roof lines. When I looked into aluminum patio companies, they all wanted to hoist the patio above my roof, ACC was one of the few companies that had an architect that could design a structure according to our liking as well. They also had an in-house contractor that could build it. I was disappointed because it took 4 months the for them to start working on the plans, but that was due to extenuating circumstances for the company. The patio and outdoor kitchen was completed in December, 2023. Overall I am very pleased with the quality of the work that was done. The design of the patio & the kitchen as well as the quality of the build was excellent. Working with the contractor was difficult at times, but I managed. The whole project ended up costing more money than we anticipated, but ultimately we are glad to have our new patio and kitchen. One final note: the architect, Ben, is well versed in the guidelines of each city. Trying to get a permit from the city was challenging, but Ben knew how to address all of their concerns.

We had a flood in our house and we needed to get our place fixed ASAP. We had 3 different contractors came out and they all told us the job will take 3-4 months, but Ben Hamed at ACC knew our situation and promised to get our place fixed within 3-4 weeks and he did!!!We got porcelain floors taken out and replaced with all new tiles, laminate floors replaced throughout the house, kitchen cabinets replaced, fresh paint, new bathroom cabinet and floors, as well as redoing our whole garage!He didn’t just finish on time, he also did such a phenomenal job. Everything was perfect, quality and cleanliness. Extremely satisfied with every little thing that was done!Ben Hamed is such a great guy, very professional, easy to communicate with, and delivers great work. I highly recommend working with him for any project from a small to big one! 😊

If you are having doubts going with this company, let me tell you right now, don’t overthink and just do it! I had doubts and concerns all the time before hiring them and after hiring them, until I started see the results and how Ben works and his team. It is so rare to find a company that is well established and professionals and still treat customers like family. Not only thins but Ben’s ideas and solutions saved us tons of money. I am so grateful for their services and for Ben, ohh and yes we did a renovation for a medical spa in Orange County, the place used to be a tax office, so we needed. Plans and drawings, Ben did the plans and got approved first time with the city and health, then we gave him the contract for construction as well. Go with them! And come visit us at the spa to see his work

Wow! From the moment we had our first phone call, Ben was amazing. He was responsive, honest, intelligent, and efficient. We had several hiccups before we met Ben and before we hired ACC. Ben was empathetic and very understanding. He reassured me with examples of previous projects that he had finished quickly and gotten approved by the city permit plan checker. My particular city has a unique plan checker and I had experienced and heard he was difficult to work with. I submitted ACC’s architectural plans and they were approved immediately! Ben went above and beyond to ensure that we felt taken care of and the job was done accurately and timely. I am eternally grateful for this professional engineer. It’s so hard to find people that don’t want to screw you over or are not hard working. Ben was everything we needed! Will definitely hire him again for future projects. What a gem!

When we were on the market looking for a contractor I was nervous because we needed our entire home remodeled. I am so glad we found Ben’s company on Instagram & Yelp. We got quotes from 3-4 companies but from the first time we met Ben when he came out to give us as estimate I was convinced this is who we would like to use for our project. Ben is extremely knowledgeable, professional & responsive. His pricing is very reasonable. Throughout working with Ben for the project we trusted his vision and guidance. We are so pleased with the end result of the home remodel, definitely exceeded our expectations. His team showed up for the job everyday and completed it within the timeline we were given. I was introduced to ACC & Engineering though my friend who is a realtor. I had a leak in my kitchen and I had to get my insurance company involved for the remediation. I was left with a the task of redesigning and rebuilding a new kitchen. Ben quickly stepped in with ideas for colors and methods to source all the materials quickly. He firm is truest a one stop shop. You can get design, plans, and all the work completed with the same company. I am incredibly happy with our new kitchen that was customer designed to our liking. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and clients.

When you find a firm with incredible customer service, professionalism, and integrity that goes above and beyond their duties as Architects and Engineers, you want to let everybody know.I met Ben at a crucial time of my project, I was in need of Mechanical plans and had issues with my previous Architect, he not only took on the project helping us with Mechanical plans but also finished what the other Architect wouldnt or didnt know how to do and in record time. Submitted the plans and got us Approved!!!!More than reasonable with his prices, like I said his firm goes above and beyond of what you would expect from this kind of Business.He is a one stop shop does everything from ground to full construction.I would totally recommend him for all your construction needs!!Thank you, Ben and ACC you have us, as return customers for a long time!!
