From the moment I called the office, I was greeted with such friendly staff. Valery is who I talked to on the phone and she was very sweet and helpful. My husband had been to the ER twice for excruciating pain with no relief. I’m not sure if Valery sensed the nervousness and overwhelmed feeling in my voice, but she treated me with so much respect and was able to get him in the same day. We are very grateful of the discovery of this office!

I enjoy being treated at this place. Everyone is so kind and professional, receptionists included. The doctors definitely know what they are doing. They have told me things about my body that I forgot to mention to them. They have a very gentle approach with back adjustments.I do wish, however, that it was more affordable or covered by most insurance companies.

I did not know what to expect from chiropractic therapy, but after the initial consultation, I decided to try the therapeutic, dietary and exercise plan. I have experienced wonderful results. My sciatic pain is gone, the neuropathy in my right leg is improved, and my shoulder rotator cuff injury is resolving. I have returned to the exercise and equine riding activities I enjoy.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Tam’s for over 5yrs now and am very happy with the care and treatment Dr. Tam and his staff provides. Dr. Tam takes the time to thoroughly examine what is needed and necessary to treat my lower back issues. The adjustments are less manipulative and more precise and catered to the total body alignment with extra care in targeted areas. The equipment in office is advanced and has helped me progress out of major pain. Treatment is different for everyone but the care that is invested by Dr. Tam and his staff to make sure I’m progressing out of pain and better than when I first came in is remarkable.

I am over-the-top thrilled with my experience at this establishment. I have experienced genuine quality of care and engagement which I am profoundly happy to have. A thorough exam, detailed information about my treatment plan and an in depth discussion about our goals together. My last provider did very little to explore treatment options or at best proposed options that would offer temporary relief, and I mean very temporary. So I am only TOO HAPPY to share how much I love this new provider and the care Ive received to date. All of the staff are very friendly and communicate with me often, which I view as a high standard. Patients who suffer from chronic pain (this patient - me) dont wish to be met with less-than-friendly staff members who are having private conversations behind the registration desk or who are answering the phone unprofessionally. The standards of practice here are very professional. I love my new provider, new treatment plan, and the new results awaiting me! My husband says Im already walking faster and farther, so that speaks volumes!

Couple of months ago I woke up one day with leg numbness and tingling down the leg and crazy amount of pain on my lower back. Went to a couple other chiropractor offices and it made the pain worse. . I finally called dr tam and they got me in the very next day . They were extremely thorough in my exmamination and attentive to what my needs were .The X-rays the did showed a bulging disc that was punching my sciatic nerve. They came up with a treatment of 8 weeks. Of adjustments decompression shockwave . Fast forward 8 weeks and I am a new man the pain is gone I’m back to my normal self can’t thank this team enough for helping me get back to life as I knew. It . I will continue my treatments here and would totally recommend to anyone with any sort of pain to give them a call you will not regret it

When I first started going to Dr Tam, I could barely walk over. If you months, he straightens my back out and my spine. I continue to go to him for other issues with my knees, my shoulder and continued decompression‘s on my legs. The staff there is totally awesome, always so caring and made you feel like you were right at home. I advise anyone who has an issue with your back your knees from arms or weight problems to go with. Them and let them evaluate you. You will be totally amazed at the results. It will show and the help that they do. Along with advices of health issues, supplements, and shots. For over 35 years I have seen many different doctors, physical therapist, specialists and chiropractors seeking help for neck, back, hip and leg pain. Finally, after being treated at Absolute Intergrative Physical Medicine I have gotten some relief. They listened to me, unlike all the past doctors and found the reason for the problems I had been having for so many years. Dr Tam and staff have been so delightful as a care team. I thought I was close to needing surgery because of the deliberating pain. But after going to my sessions, listening to the advice on nutrition and stretches, I can honestly say I am close to making a full recovery. There’s nothing more I can say about Dr. Tam and his office but to simply praise them with their service The entire staff treat you as family and will surely take good care of you. My journey with Dr. Tam started when I’ve been getting chronic back pains due to a pinched nerve and 2 bulging discs. The adjustments and spinal traction table has been a godsend. After 4 months of treatment, I was pain free and it was followed up by physical therapy to ensure that it never comes back. Thanks again Dr. Tam! Just had another treatment 2 days ago. The front desk employees are very friendly and quick to set you up for your appointment with the Chiropractor or a Decompressure therapy. Dr Tam is very educated, caring, personable, and always answers any questions I have regarding my treatment. I was very pleased with their professionalism. I got better results than anticipated with my lower back. I found decompression was very beneficial. Technically I went from a clavicle level of 10.81 mm to 6.2 mm.; thoracic curvature of 8.7 to 7.2; and a lumbar inclination tilt of 4.99 to 1.59. I experienced overall disc space improvement in the lumbar and cervical spine. I had to stop recently because I moved to Northern California. Dr. Tam researched and found three possible Chiropractors offering decompression services for me. Excellent people, excellent service.

I love Dr Tam and his staff. The first time I came to this office was almost 10 years ago. I had a very bad back problem that urges me to get a massage all the time. Since I first walk into their office, I was able to find CURE to my problem. Dr Tam had me on his treatment plan and once It was cured, I got pregnant. I received treatment or adjustment all throughout my pregnancy and I couldnt do it without the adjustments. It made my pregnancy a lot smoother and labor was fast and smooth without epidural. I recommend all moms out there to get Dr Tams adjustment all throughout your pregnancy, it will make the journey a lot better for you and baby. Until now, my family takes advantage of his wellness plan and our babies love his adjustment as well. Dr Tam is a gem in Solano County.

Over more than 40 years I have been suffering with severe back, lover back pain along with very bad knees to where Ive ended up walking with a cane. Ive tried so many special doctors and different programs, good and bad, and have spent several thousands of dollars to try and be able to be without pain in everything I do. A few weeks went by and I had the worse pain ever in my sciatic and back area to where I didnt sleep, I cried all night due to the pain. My husband found Dr Tam by surfing the internet and saw his specialties, and he was located in Vacaville (Which is 70 miles round trip for me). So I made an evaluation appointment with Dr Tam praying for help. Dr Tam and his wonderful, patient staff greeted me with most friendly greeting and saw the pain I was in. After my first visit, I found some relief, which was more than ever before, and with Xrays he found them to be very old and multiples injuries. I have been being treated for the past 3 months now by Dr Tam with adjustments, and Decompression Therapy and although I am not completely out of all my pain, I can now sleep, walk, bend my knees, walk at times with out my Cane, it is the BEST EVER I have felt in years. 5 stars ! Bottom line: Dr Tam will get to the root of your pain. Do you have back pain, neck pain, tension, inflammation? They dont simply adjust you here, they take x-rays and also take measurements of your flexibility. This is great because you can actually see your x-rays and see where your pain is coming from. Then you can start weekly therapy to begin to heal the inflammation. I was getting headaches after a run so I could never run. Dr Tam found an old neck injury and with therapy, everything opened up and I actually can run now and not get sick with a headache after. Dr. Tam emphasizes diet and lifestyle. He wont push medications but he will share his knowledge on healthy nutrients and staying active. This is rare! A doctor that doesnt push pills? Yes! So if you need a doctor that is going to stand behind you and cheer you on in your health journey then this is the place. With that being said, I as a patient also had to do my part and eat healthily and do my daily stretching and use my neck pillow that he recommended for my complete recovery. Doctors are there to help us, but we cant expect them to fix us if we are sitting on the couch all day and eating the standard American diet. Pay Dr. Tam and his beautiful staff a visit and be open to learning about nutrient rich nutrition and getting to the root cause of your pain. It will be a win win situation. This place has made my life a 1000 times more comfortable!! I used to have unbelievable neck pain that would halter my everyday life. Dr. Tam & his staff have greatly helped in relieving the pain. The method used isnt that of your average chiropractor (crack & pop), its called NUCCA and its a lot less abrasive & the results are impressive. I went here after taking a brief consultation at the Solano mall. At the time, I had what I learned was a sciatic nerve issue. Up to that day I was prescribed pain pills that did not do much for the pain and discomfort. After the the first adjustment, I did not have the numbness going down my left leg. A couple of weeks later I was able to run with out lower back pain. Since 2014 I have had weekly adjustments and it has made me stronger and aware of my body. Recently, my family moved to our new home and after carrying a couple of boxes, I noticed that my back was aching a little bit. I was encouraged to try Dr Tam by a friend for my lower back pain. Not only did I get help with my back but Dr Tam showed me how my neck was a big part of the problem! When I started this journey I had NO IDEA that I would get NATURAL healing using my own body as the tool and food/exercise/sleep as the fuel. Every time I see Dr Tam he has a tip or advice on something natural, inexpensive or free, simple and ahead of trend. He encouraged me to follow a Keto diet and observe intermittent fasting for my inflammation way before it became the new trend and widely advertised. His wife is a physical therapist and he has shown me stretches and simple exercises that make my back stop hurting! After treatments from Dr. Tam my PMS went from 10 days to 4 days. After 1 year of treatment I have NO PMS and my period pain is much lighter. I do not have to treat cramps with strong narcotics like Vicodin, Ibuprofen.. etc... I also do not have to plan my life around my menstrual cycle and can conduct normal activities ... Go to Dr. Tam and try...you will be pleasantly Surprised!!

Love these guys!! I was 28 from the chin, up but 75 from the neck down. Dr. Lyons plan has given me my life back!!! Also, Dr.Tam is a freaking wiz on weight loss & infrared treatments for neuropathy!(chemo/diabetic)

Too much fluff, consult was not free like they said. I felt like i was being talked to by a preschool teacher. No adjustments made, still in pain and the follow up is a week later. Out $50 and still no relief. Now searching for another one that can do an adjustment sameday at a minimum, i cant even put my shoes on without help... the search continues.

I suffered from a lot of back pain and many migraines in my neck. Dr. Tam is excellent, he takes the time to explain to me and always answers all questions very kindly. After some adjustments I started to feel better, I recommended it to my brother Francisco, my happy brother is recovering, he always complained of back pain (no more). So I decided to bring my family to examine them. my wife Laura and my son Michael complained that he couldnt sleep and my wife Laura always had pain in her knees in the end, Dr. Tam gave me a great price for my wife Laura and my three children in one week were delighted to feel better.
