I received a defective GPU in my ABS PC. I sent the GPU in for replacement. Two weeks later after several back and forths with ABS I received a replacement GPU that was used. It was obviously damaged with bent radiator fins and one out of three fans that didnt work. ABSs only solution was to again send in the GPU with no guarantee when I would receive the second replacement part. Over 1 month with a new unusable PC is inexcusable, and I will not be buying from ABS again.

Robert is truly a wonderful person who works hard to make sure your computer is taken care of, and it is done right. Robert did a great job handling the repair of my older Dell PC. He successfully backed up the data, accurately diagnosed and fixed the PC, and did a wonderful job communicating with me along the way. Quick turnaround as well. Thanks ABS!!!

A+++ Service! I knew that I needed to get a computer/printer set up, but the whole idea of it just overwhelmed me. The folks at ABS Computer Services made the whole thing as easy as buying a box of cereal! They assessed my needs, recommended some options within my budget and then set me up with a great laptop and printer. The best part was, was that they installed all the programs I needed (some were even for free!), set up my internet connection, and even the computer itself at my home. All I had to do was turn it on. Its been almost 2 years now, and I have had almost no problems with it, either. This would have never have been the case if I bought it on my own from Frys, Staples or one of those places. ABS made it so easy for me! I would recommend them 100%!

ABS is an excellent company for computer repairs of any kind! Robert came to my home and fixed all the issues I was having and more. Very happy with the service. Better than the big store techs.

ABS was quick and cheap, didnt try to upsell or scam me. Cost was fair and firm, same as over the phone. Robert was extremely fast but also patient with me. Will be coming here from now on.

The best decision I ever made was taking my laptop here. Robert is awesome! Got my laptop fix the same day. I definitely recommend this place.

This guy will take care of your computer and make it better he will be honest with you but also give the man space to have the job done hes a perfectionist. Who also sell you a computer at the right price if youre looking for one.

Everything was fixed at my office in less than a half hour - email problem and scanner both fixed. Would recommend 100%
