Attorney Ken Spencer of AGMB, LLP is a great attorney. He has a strong command of the law and made it easy for me to understand legal concepts and processes in a way that was not at all intimidating. Ive heard horror stories about bad attorneys, and Im grateful that my experience with Ken was just the opposite. As a business owner being able to feel confident in decisions or protect myself from potential legal matters is a huge priority. I can honestly say these guys are it. I was recently sued by someone in a contractual matter and Ken Spencer who is our counsel, handled it so quickly and smoothly. His associate Tera another rockstar and she constantly reassuring us and keeping us organized. Even their billing department cares, I needed a refund off of a retainer and Debbie literally walked to the bank to do a same day transfer. Lastly, Michael Weiss looks like he could kill your with one punch which is why opponents run, but he has more integrity than any lawyer I’ve worked with prior. What I found was you get the clout of a big downtown LA firm with top top top lawyers (read bios if you want to be impressed) in a professional, warm, and a team that puts helping over billing. If you have any civil litigation issues or are a small/medium sized business scaling up fast having this team at AGMB behind you will give you all the confidence you need to keep growing.

Dealing with a legal issues is never easy! The team at Abrams, Garfinkel, Margolis, and Bergson do their best to maneuver the complicated legal system to make sure your rights and your case are a priority.My representatives, Kenneth Spencer and Joshua Webster, are second to none! At every opportunity they would go over every angle, advantage, and disadvantage of the case presented. They were honest and never told me just what I wanted to hear. They were clear and concise with our plan of action on my case. Did their best to always make sure we came out ahead in every situation.I personally want to thank Kenneth and Joshua for making feel a part of the process. As if my input mattered and that together we made a difference in the out come of the case.If I every have a legal situation again, hopefully not, I will not hesitate to call Kenneth Spencer and his team!

There are a lot of stereotypes about lawyers, but the truth is...when you need one, they are the best friend that youll ever have. One caveat: They must be GREAT at what they do. Ken Spencer and his team at AGMB are the Super Stars of Lawyers...and also Lawyers of the Super Stars. That being said, they have come through in spades for a mere mortal like me!
