I was very comfortable with the entire process. His staff is very polite and friendly and his offices are super clean. I highly recommend him.

2024-05-22 17:11:40I was referred to Dr. Abraham for a cataract evaluation from my retina specialist. His office staff and technicians were kind and professional. Above all, they were completely thorough in their imaging and attention to detail. Dr. Abraham listens intently, offers his professional and knowledgeable advice. This was not a hard sell appointment but a completely thorough evaluation of my eye health. We agreed to postpone surgery and I will follow up with this team in the next six months for a re-evaluation.

2024-05-29 23:58:55Dr. Abraham gets 10 STARS...He is a wonderful surgeon with Healing Hands. My husband was able to see 20/20 in only 24 hours after surgery, and was amazed at the colors he sees now after years of poor vision. He does not need his glasses which is an unexpected bonus. Dr. Abraham treated my husband with respect, answered all his questions patiently, and calmed our fears about eye surgery which gave us the confidence to move forward. For those that fear eye surgery, my husband had no pain during the surgery, no post operative pain, no swelling and sees clearly 24 hours after surgery....I highly recommend Dr. Abraham.

2024-06-25 23:50:17Staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Abraham is amazing. i had catarat surgery 2 years ago elsewhere and never saw clearly out of my left eye. After two visits with the original eye surgeon I gave up on seeing clearly. After 15 minutes with Dr. Abraham I can read street signs again. We are so lucky to have this young doctor in our community! He deserves 6 stars…..

2024-05-24 03:11:55IT PAYS TO SHOP AROUND! This process to get my Uncles cataracts removed started over a year ago. We were subjected to bait and switchers, dishonesty, and fear of blindness. Then miraculously, ENTER Nathan Abraham. His simple reassuring confidence made us feel right at home and dissipated our fears of the process. The entire crew at the office and the surgical staff were absolutely fantastic! My Uncle is already able to read after only 8 days post first eye surgery, and looking forward to the second eye! Doctor Abraham is a blessing with a special gift and I have already recommended him to others. This has been an all around great experience, and has renewed my faith in this medical profession.

2024-05-02 21:04:21It was a great experience! I was concerned about having cataract surgery due to my past history of radial keratotomy, but Dr. Abraham did a wonderful job! He allayed all of my fears, and both procedures went smoothly with excellent results. I highly recommend Dr. Abraham to anyone contemplating eye surgery. He’s the best!

2024-05-06 20:18:51My husband was told by Dr. Abraham he needed a procedure for glaucoma to reduce his eye pressure. My husband was confused because his eye pressure was already low and Dr. Abraham was not very committed on his glaucoma diagnosis.I went with my husband to his appointment to try to help clarify things. I was 7 months pregnant and also had our 16 month old with us. When Dr. Abraham walked into the room the first thing he said was ‘is she sick?’. Such an odd question but we said no she’s not sick. He told me to hold her in the hallway, which I did. He continued to be noncommittal about his diagnosis. My 16 month old was babbling and pointing at things in the hallway. No fussing or anything, not being boisterous, just being observational. Dr. Abraham turned to me and said ‘can you make her be quiet?’. We were at that point shocked by how rude he was we finished our appointment and left.We made an appointment for a second opinion with the head of ophthalmology at UCLA. Guess what? No glaucoma and the Dr. informed us that the procedure suggested would’ve been ineffective and unnecessary and was shocked that it was suggested. He even read the medical records from Dr. Abraham’s office which had tests on it showing no signs of glaucoma.I wrote a review following our experience and Dr. Abraham’s office called us so we just deleted because we didn’t want to discuss or have anything to do with such a shady practice. Just writing this now as a warning that this office may control their reviews through these sorts of tactics. We ask that we not be contacted by this office again, respectfully. Also the office charged our insurance over 4k for doing nothing except trying to make us have a surgical procedure that we thankfully declined. We highly recommend going to UCLA instead.

2024-06-06 18:03:12Best thing i could have done. 20/20 vision in such a short time. No more glasses. Cataract surgery with a new lens. Staff at both facilities are friendly and very experienced. Dr. Nathan Abraham is a true professional and the best eye Doctor. I wish I would have done this years ago.

2024-05-03 03:21:13I visited Dr. Abraham on the advice of a friend after another opthalmologist told me that I needed a vitrectomy to fix a tear in my retina. This is a surgical procedure and I wasnt given a lot of information about it or any alternatives to the procedure. I felt that because this was my eye that we were talking about I should get another opinion at the very least. Dr. Abrahams office was really clean, well organized, and the staff were very courteous. After going through a series of tests, Dr. Abraham spoke to me and my wife at length about what was going on in my eye. He felt that the tear was serious enough that I should see a retinal specialist immediately. He made a call and got me in to see a retina specialist the same day. They both told me that the vitrectomy was overkill and my tear was fixed with a laser by the end of the day without having to cut open my eye and drain out the gel like the original doctor had recommended.Ive found very few doctors that treat me like a person rather than a patient (or perhaps cattle in most cases). Dr. Abraham is a extremely nice man and made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything that was going to happen and why it needed to be done. I feel like he genuinely cares about my vision and whats best for me. I have a follow-up with him in a month to look at a small cataract in the same eye, which could have been aggravated had I moved forward with the original vitrectomy procedure. Im so glad I was referred to Dr. Abraham and will continue my treatment despite his office being over 2 hours away from where I live. Hes that good and my eyes are that important to me. I strongly recommend him and will post a follow-up review after my cataract evaluation/treatment.

2024-04-24 16:26:33Dr. Abraham and his staff are exceptional people. Never having had cataract surgery before, I did have some questions and, quite frankly, a little reticence about the procedure. I came through it with flying colors and I have never had post surgery response and support as I’ve had from the Abraham Eye Center. I highly recommend these folks.
