ABM Computers has taken excellent care of my offices tech needs for a very long time. Whether I call for support or need in office help, they are quick, efficient and always set us up for success. I couldnt run my business without ABM.I consider Jesse and his team as my companys IT department. They have a vast knowledge base and they have never encountered an issue they couldnt resolve. Working with them is second to none and I highly recommend them.

I recently visited ABM Alameda to reset my Mac Pro, and although everything seemed fine at first, I encountered some issues with Excel and YouTube TV when I got home. I decided to go back on Friday to inquire about the problem, and I was fortunate enough to be helped by Kevin.I must say that Kevin is an absolute expert when it comes to fixing Macs. He knew exactly what he was doing and was able to rectify the problem quickly and efficiently. Not only that, but he even took the time to clean both the inside and outside of my Mac, leaving it looking brand new!The customer service at ABM Alameda is truly outstanding, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If youre looking for the best Mac repair service in town, look no further than ABM Alameda. Thank you to Kevin and the entire team for their excellent service!

I brought my laptop in cause it was having issues but it turned out the issue was operator error. So embarrassed but they didnt make me feel stupid. Will be returning when my laptop has real issues. They are honest and very nice. Even helped me out to my car. This place is awesome.

The owner, Jesse Nelson, is professional, extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. He works as our IT contractor for our company and he is the best Ive ever worked with in my decades long experience. Not only the best but the best by a long shot. You wont have a problem he cant fix and he is super nice and accommodating. Id give him a hundred stars if I could.

Jesse helps us and he is a great guy. There are plenty of staff on the team that always are helpful. I am picky and I like Jesse so I do admit I dont really express my issues to anyone but Jesse. That being said the team there all are great its nothing they did I just am a weirdo

I️ am beyond impressed by the service provided at ABM Computer’s. Jessie is EXTREMELY HELPFUL ! Prior to me even stepping into the store, Jessie took time to talk with me and my daughter about the issue she was experiencing with her gaming computer. Upon arrival, Jessie helped resolve the problem. I️ HIGHLY recommend ABM Computer’s! Thank you Jessie!

Spectacular. Their customer service is fantastic and their price is extremely reasonable for the level of service you receive. We have been using them for years and have never had any complaints. Here is an example of the great customer service: I recently had a flight at 1:30 pm on a Sunday to fly to the East Coast for work. Early that morning my computer was not working and i was panicking. After the owner of the business tried to solve my problem remotely, he met me at his store in Alameda and fixed the problem in time for me to make my flight! He provided amazing customer service. The entire staff is wonderful (Jesse is a magician fixing any problem) and they go out of their way to help you with any problem you have. i also enjoy the fact that they are locally owned. You will be happy you call them.

I always get so overwhelmed when I go into the big stores like Staples or Office Max. So when I came across Alameda Business Machines it was a nice change. The boutique atmosphere was exactly what I had been looking for. They had everything the big stores offered but I wasnt overwhelmed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. I was looking for a new computer to help me become more advance in my graphic design and I was so pleased with what I was shown. I left ABM feeling satisfied, happy and excited about my new computer. If you want to avoid all the hassle and chaos of a big company I defiantly recommend checking out Alameda Business Machines.

Seems like a decent place but needs a little work on the logistics. Went in to purchase a graphics card. The employee looked it up and it showed as available when he looked it up. It was at the new location so he called to confirm its availability before I went there. Unfortunately it wasnt so he saved me a wasted trip, but it was slightly annoying initially hearing the card was available, then not. Especially since these cards are hard to come by. Just hope their computer repair services are a bit more organized.

They helped me to resolve a two year problem that I was constantly going to Best Buy to fix. I’m grateful for their experience and professionalism. If I come across another problem again I’m going to them again without hesitation.
