Ever and Jesse were so kind and helpful. Were new to the Moreno Valley area and they were helpful to give us recommendations on local spots and even areas where to find our home. They also gave us the best deal. Half price for a storage unit for the first four months just cant be beat! Thank you both.

I am very happy with Abel Storage. The online process was fast and easy. When I arrive to the front office, the staff (Melissa and Jessie) were very professional and friendly. They gave me all the information I needed to begin. It was nice that the advertised online promo & price was the actual cost; no hidden fees. They are very knowledgeable in storage extras too!

Ive used them for years. The staff is very nice, very helpful. They provide carts and dollies if you just ask and provide id. Make sure you dont follow somebody in because your code wont let you out if it did not let you in! Made that mistake ONCE! Convenient location and hours.

Needed a storage unit within the next 2 weeks and came to Able Storage on a Sunday. Loved that they were open on a Sunday as I’m off on weekends. Was helped out by Sam who was great. Sam was able to show me the actual unit and walked me through the paperwork fast and easy. Really happy with the service on the initial meet and can’t wait to do business going forward.

My mom lost our storage at this place they auction it out with out telling us. no notes or anything she talk to Hector a week before to confirm the we were going pick up and take out our belongings on Oct 1. We and manager and Hector agreed we would pay and evacuate immediately that day a week prior my mother called and we got the news she was devastated crying cuz we lost everything she been in this depression mood sense. I lost all my toy all my school clothes I got for my birthday if anyone can please help my mom find this person give us our stuff back. This place is not the place to take your stuff rude and mean people especially Brian for not caring and telling my mom its gone theres nothing they could do denying my mother calls telling her not to call. Went in there to resolve an issue but due to a language barrier there was a misunderstanding so therefore there was a payment made to the wrong unit. Maybe something could be done in the future for this issue not to happen again. Like possibly asking for ID before making a payment to insure the money is going to the right person responsible. These people are careless they auction my storage without giving me any kind of notice no call but oh one call and I didnt answer.. no 30 days no notice. they have the worst customer service named Brian wants to argue with the customers Careless and rude! He told me theres nothing he could do and that my stuff was gone! gone! Gone! This was all my daughter and I belongings everything we own every toy every jacket every shoes!! 😭Ive only been caring a backpack for me and my daughter we lost everything personal papers pictures of my oldest graduation my family and grandparents that passed away my paperwork my tax paper so social security card birth certificates my bank statement. they auctioned my stuff when we already came to an agreement that I would take out everything in 24 hours and pay them half of what I owe them how are they going to come to an agreement and then turn around and auction my unit I will fight this to the end whatever it takes I want my stuff my pictures my clothes and shoes and makeup purses my daughter toy clothes shoes this is unbelievable horrible the worst experience of my life. I do not recommend this place to no one do not keep anything valuable in your storage no matter what try to find a place I was going through losing my job I lost my old apartment my car I moved out of state I am back in California to take care of this awful terrible mistake I dont wish anybody to go through something like this dont go through them No To Able Storage !!! I give them a 0!

I normally dont write reviews on places i dont end up doing business with but the customer service I received from john when i was looking for climate control units was on a whole different level. He did show me some units that he said stay cooler and while yes they are cooler than most units that are non climate control i simply just had to have a climate control unit for my business materials, so i had to walk away, no pressure on johns end as he understood my needs.but if i ever need regular storage i will be back to see john.

The new management ripps people off! My account is only 34 days late and i have been charged almost 100 dollars in a pre lein and late fees! Management before them did not even do a pre lein until the 2nd month and only charged 30 dollar late fee! Do not lease here and they dont take payments over the phone or online. Horrible company!
