I have Always found Dr Faiz to be a caring, informative physician. I never feel rushed at my appointments. She always takes plenty of time to answer any questions I have, and makes sure I understand her answers. I highly recommend her. One tip… Always take a list of questions with you when you go to your appointment and make sure you write down the answers. They become helpful in the future.
I love this doctor . My husband went to her first and he loved her attention and help . When I had Kaiser the Doctor would prescribe anything I really wanted instead of listening to me or doing a work up. This amazing Doctor took her time to listen and make sure I got the referrals and work up that I needed. On the road to better health! I wish I can be specific but believe me she is ANAZING!! Dr. Faiz is a oldschool doctor. What do I mean by this? She is passionate about her job, humble, and sees her patients as Human Beings. My family and I feel heard, valued, and our needs are always met. She asks the right questions to diagnose a problem without judgment and then makes the necessary decisions to get the right care. I trust her judgment because she wants the best for her patients! Her staff are great too. It has a family clinic vibe built around getting the care you need and deserve. Dr. Abida Faiz is a World Class General Practitioner Doctor. She always greets me with a sincere handshake and asks me how Im doing. She is very thorough in her approach and listens to what I have to say is bothering me. It is apparent she works well with her medical assistant by all the data she has gathered from her and inputted on her computer. She shows me on her computer how my health has been tracking from past visits. I get the feeling that she is genuinely concerned about my health. After 33 years with the same healthcare insurance and provider, I had to switch to Sharp following retirement and a change in career. I did not want to change providers. After meeting Dr. Faiz at my first/new patient appointment yesterday, I was instantly relieved. My feelings of uncertainty, concern, and a little fear of changing providers were gone within moments. I appreciate her thorough review of my current medical needs, as well as, developing a preventative treatment plan to maintain my health. She asked questions about my health, current diagnosis, and medication. She listened to me. She even took the time to get to know me, as a person! My family has been with this medical group for 40 years. My personal doctor retired and Dr. Faiz worked with him and took over the practice. I have had one appointment with her and she was lovely. Talked to me like an intelligent human being, and made me feel empowered and part of my own healthcare team, as opposed to in the past at different military facilities that I had experienced as a military spouse, making me feel like an idiot who is just renting my body. As a person in healthcare, I appreciate the time and care that I received here.

Clean offices. Seen me at my scheduled appointment time. She diagnosed a pinched nerve and clearly explained what might be happening. I won’t know for sure the accuracy of her diagnosis has i had not gone to physical therapy yet, as she has recommended.

2023-12-29 18:47:45Dr. Faiz was extremely kind, patient, and helpful as part of a short notice appointment while her colleagues were out on holiday in providing an important neuropathy medication. I learned that Dr. Faiz had already approved the refill request sent via the CVS app two days prior the CVS failed to acknowledge. After discussing some general health conditions and specific neuropathy issues, Dr. Faiz resent her approval again twice while I was still in the office. I then learned that my regular CVS did not have stock on hand and available new stock not expected until possibly the next week. CVS further advised that no CVS within 20 miles had stock of the dosage prescribed. They did confirm CVS nearby had an alternative higher dosage that equates to my requirement. Calling back to the office, Carmen and Dr. Faiz stepped up again to make the change to the dosage and CVS location. Thank You Dr. Faiz and Carmen!
