I’m writing this about 4 weeks after my visit here. The things they fixed on my computer is working flawlessly. They charged me very little and over-delivered. They fixed some other problem that I wasn’t even aware of (for free). Thank you. I will recommend this store to anyone. Go here.

My A1708 Macbook Pros USB-C component stopped working. I originally took it to the South Coast Apple for repair. The Apple store charged me $500 and needed 5 business days for the repair. A few days after I dropped it off, I got an email claiming since my hard drive was a third party part (I switched it out for a 1TB hard drive), they needed another $1000 to replace the USB-C component. I rejected the offer and told them to ship it back to me.After I got it back, I went online and sent out a few RFQs to repair my computer. Abarely not only replied within an hour, they were the only ones to reply. I took the computer in and they fixed it after 24 hours, and costed much less than what Apple wanted. Will definitely be back for future repairs! Highly recommend.

I accidentally broke my HP screen and had to buy a replacement. Abarely owner was courteous and informative about replacing the screen and the possible issues that could arise due to.the nature of my ultra-thin laptop that is difficult to do any screen replacements on. The Abarely repair was 100% successful rendering my laptop like new again with no issues. Very pleased. Thank you!

I cant give a 0 star, the guy lie on the service then I came back and told me it was something else that needed to be replaced the easiest exit route for them is to shout at you so you get upset and leave without resolving the problem. Honestly avoid this place if you want a piece of mind.

I had a problem with my MSI laptop. It was making a clicking noise. I took it to Abarely and they quickly diagnosed it. It was the fan that was making the noise. They opened the laptop and fixed the problem within a few hours and I had my laptop back to me same day. I am very pleased with Abarely. This is not the first time they have done a great job for me. Its nice to work with these honest guys who know computers like the back of their hands. I highly recommend.

I had not heard about these guys yet, but WOW am I Happy I did!! On my first order ever, there were issues with the delivery as I’m not home during the hours of 10am - 3pm to sign, so naturally the note said they would try during the same time frame tomorrow (Thursday … I work full time, don’t most people? Why does FedEx think this is reasonable/feasible?). I called FedEx, they told me I could pick it up a few miles down the street …. But I needed to contact Abarely so they could approve; which seemed odd. Upon contacting them, the head of their ebay shipping department and I were laughing, as in 1000’s of shipments, he had never heard of that either. He contacted FedEx for me despite not having to! This place has GREAT PRICES, great customer service, and a huge variety. Goodbye NewEgg.

These guys are the best. Once, one of my friends laptop was overheating constantly and we brought it into the shop. It turns out it was just missing a screw and the guy fixed it in less that five minutes for next to nothing, instead of holding onto it for a few days and charging a full repair price for such an easy fix like any other computer repair joint might have. My buddy ended up topping him more than the actual repair cost, he was so grateful. Honest, top tier customer service.

The Best!! I am grateful to have found this shop. They fixed my computer fast and at a reasonable price. They also gave me some helpful tips on taking care of my computer and explained what was going on with my computer. Also a major plus is that they dont charge for a diagnostic like other computer repair stores do. I will never go to another store for my computer needs again. I highly recommend ! Excellent customer service! I would give more stars if I could.

They were able to replace my charging dc port of my Lenovo Legion y-530 in a week for only $100. A problem that Geek Squad was charging $500 for. They handled the situation professionally with no issues. I recommend them as the first choice for repairs. Thank you.

IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE READ THIS!! I been around the block living in Los Angeles, Riverside, Fullerton, and Long Beach. I have been to multiple restaurants and businesses and NEVER have I experienced as EXCELLENT service as I have at this business! Hands down best customer service Ive received in my 35 years of life. THEY HAVE IT TOGETHER! If you are a detailed observer you will notice what I notice. Everyone in the business is where they are meant to be. The young guy in the front, patient, soft spoken, kind, and gives you a feeling that you will be taken care of and YOU ARE. The guys in the back know what they are doing, are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. The general as I like to call him now is the man! He knows his business and deserves to be a leader. He went above and beyond the call of duty as they say. I went there stressed out and the guys brought me down from elevated to calm. I had a problem with my HP IQ770 with all kinds of issues. They were in constant contact with me the whole time and in the end even gave me the ABSOLUTE BEST PRICE OUT of 5 stores I had been to!! If they dont fix anything THEY DONT CHARGE YOU!!! I am literally blown away by this group. You just dont find intelligent AND HUMBLE people like this anymore. My grandparents would be proud. I wish these guys would train hand selected others and grow into a larger corporation. Seriously. Worth the drive from any location in Southern California. Keep up the great job guys!

I have been here 2x. The first time I had dropped my computer and cracked the glass on the screen. I heard about this place from a friend of a friend and mistakenly went to the place up the street where they were rude and wanted to charge me over $200 to fix it. I decided to keep looking and found this place (where my friend had tried to send me originally). The guys were so polite and calm and charged me $100 to fix it. At that point I became a big fan.The 2nd time I went I had somehow messed up the settings on my computer (I am very ignorant about these things) and these guys fixed it in less than 5 minutes and didnt charge me anything. I gave the guy $20 to buy lunch because I was so grateful!My point is that these guys have ethical standards and skills and the inventory to fix your problem. I would send my grandmother to them with confidence!

This company is spectacular when it comes to customer service!I bought a replacement lid/LCD/glass digitizer for my HP laptop on eBay from their sister company, Evas Computer Parts. When conversing with them before the purchase, they patiently answered, in great detail, all of my questions. Unfortunately, when I tried to install it after it arrived, I just could not get the video working (I figured it was probably something I did wrong when trying to install it). I called and talked to Abel, the owner of the company, and he said I could ship my laptop up there (I live in San Diego), they would get it working and then ship it back at no charge. This was on a Thursday and I didnt want to wait to get the unit back until early the following week, so I decided to drive up there on a Friday. When I got there, a really nice, friendly young guy named Vincent met me at the door, and told me Abel had filled him in on the whole thing. He took my laptop, and within the course of an hour or so got my unit working perfectly (it was due to a misconnection I made to the motherboard). He did not charge me a penny for it - I really trust them and if I ever need a part, I will first try to find it from them on eBay. I wish they were down in San Diego, I would trust them to do my repairs anytime!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Ive been using Abarley since they opened. Ive bought, traded, upgraded and had my computers serviced and tweaked by their very competent and knowledgeable staff. Ive brought customers in from as far as DC and recently bought 3 computers for my family in Seattle. They not only fixed my PC the same day, as others places I called said it would take days, they basically upgraded my PC, within a reasonable range, and were extremely helpful and friendly, I usually never write reviews, but dont bother going anywhere else for your repairs, other places were also charging me for a diagnosis, here they didnt, dont hesitate to take your lovable electronics here.

I had a technical issue with my pc after wiping it and reinstalling the OS. It was an issue with my sound card and it’s driver. No amount of troubleshooting or advice from searching the Internet allowed me to fix the issue myself. I took a chance on Abarely based on the reviews and was not let down. I walked in and 10 minutes later my issue was resolved for a reasonable price.

They fixed my computer its a Mac a couple times replaced memory and the problem was the computer crashed I just let the computer die to 0% and recharged to 100 and it no longer crashed on higher quality games so the problem is fixed I don’t know how but thanks! 😊 😊 😊(they were reformatting my grandpas computer and they couldnt get off a full screen game I was on XD then I pressed f11 the guy was like woah we are cracking our heads open with this lol) ! but great service! go there if u got a computer problem
