Every time I visit I feel so welcomed and always taken care of. Kathy at the front desk always has a positive attitude which makes the visit amazing. Rica the assistant is great and provides friendly service. Doctor Tu is wonderful! Takes her time and constantly checks on you to make sure you’re feeling comfortable. She also explains things in detail so you are not left wondering. Definitely recommend them!

Wonderful staff! Dr. Tu answered my concerns that I had about my cavities. I was very calm throughout the whole procedure. Better than the other 10+ dentists Ive visited in the past. Also, Tanya is very attentive and great at what she does. And best of all, Kathy from the front desk is honest and a very warning person. I was originally looking for a new dentist and I found it after today. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend union members to come to this place.Update (March 2024): Was here for a cleaning and I was attended very quickly. No extra waiting, and everyone, from Kathy at the front desk, to the dental assistants, Rica and Tanya, were helpful from start to finish.

Since Day 1 of my visit, I have loved this dental office, especially Dr. Ton and her team—Rica, her assistant, and Kat, the receptionist—who are a very welcoming group. They took care of me, walked me through the process, and explained what needed to be done for my teeth. Dr. Ton did an amazing job every time; even the cleaning of my teeth was spectacular. She recommended Invisalign to correct the alignment of my teeth, and 8 months later, my teeth look beautiful.I highly recommend visiting Ava Dental in Mission Viejo if you are looking for the best dentist in town.

I had a really good experience, everyone was so kind Dr.Tu did an excellent job, everything was beautifully done to perfection. She’d make sure I felt no pain and everything was good! Always have the best care at this facility. The staff and front of the office is always super sweet and helpful. I have never waiting more then 10 minutes or so to be seen and they work well with diverse insurance plans as well. Definetly would recommend to anyone looking for a dental location.

Dr. Tu is amazing! She is so patient and happy to explain the x-rays and whats happening with my teeth and what I need to focus on. Many dentists in the past have rushed through that process but I appreciate her attention to detail. The front office staff is also amazing - they are always very kind and understanding of the high cost of dental work. They provide reasonable options regarding payments. Highly recommend this office and Dr. Tu!

Dr Tu was great! I had an extraction & the communication she provided throughout the process was very calming. Dental Assistant Rica was fabulous making sure I was comfortable during the whole process from X-Rays to explaining how to care for my mouth after the extraction. Kathy welcomed me to AAVA, and was an expert at relating to my anxiety, providing helpful tips in getting me to relax . Dr. Thuytien Ton is the absolute best dentist anyone could ever ask for. Dr. Ton is incredibly knowledgeable and has treated whatever issues I have had without any problem. I am so happy to have found a dentist and staff that is as professional and kind as those with Aava Dental. I had my first visit with them at the Santa Ana clinic, but wanted to get in sooner to get a procedure done. The receptionist Angela was super helpful! She was patient with me and tried to find me an earlier appointment. She called me later that day to let me know that a spot had opened up at the Foothill Ranch clinic. This clinic has the same excellent care as what I received at the Santa Ana location. The dental assistant Rebecca is super nice, and Dr. Weber is amazing! They go above and beyond to make the experience as comfortable as possible, answer all of your questions in detail, and do excellent dental work. I highly recommend them!

The company I work for moved offices and I wanted to find a dentist closer to the new location. I was recommended by a friend to go to Aava dental and request Dr. Weber. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and friendly staff. The panoramic x-ray machine was very cool. First time I’ve ever used one. Today was my first time coming here after my boyfriend highly recommended this place. I needed to get my teeth cleaned and set up an appointment. The check in process was easy and Melissa (front receptionist) was very friendly and quickly input all my information. Next I got my x rays completed and then had a free hand wax paraffin treatment. Its was such a nice surprise! I then had my gum lines measured, tartar build up removed, polished my teeth then flossed. The dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He was very skilled at flossing and making sure he flossed correctly. I was also explained every process that was going to be done. Which is nice as usually I have no idea what is happening. I highly recommend this dentist!!

Awesome service! If you need a family dentist, this is it! Melissa at the front desk is the new homie! She makes sure everything is set financially and makes sure your insurance is used to the fullest. Mike the assistant is also extremely detailed setting you up and getting everything ready. I even got a wax hand treatment something and my hands feels smooth! And to the dentist, Dr. Tu! She did an amazing job with my teeth and it was night and day! She also explained to me what’s going on with my teeth and what needs to be done to keep my teeth healthy. She might look young but she really definitely knows her stuff! Very passionate about what she does and will go extra mile to put your teeth in the best form they can be. All in all, they really make you feel comfortable and part of their family. My husband accompanied me for my appt and when i was already getting my exams done, they told me everything that was wrong that I thought i already knew. I was only there for a consultation but they were so kind and sweet and we were all talking for the 5 hours that we were there because i had a few services done. I have frequent migraines and i actually had one while I was in the office, but after dr laviniu removed my wisdom tooth which i had no idea was bothering me, my migraine simply went away that day and my migraines never simply go away not unless i get sleep. i would definitely recommend them to anyone i know! I love all of them!
