I see why there’s reviews on rudeness and unprofessional. Someone just came to my door banging saying they’re from Aaron’s and they need their merchandise and I’ve told them that person doesn’t live here. And he went ahead and said ima bring the sheriffs. It’s 8pm and they scared me and my kids.

Unprofessional, rude, unable to perform basic tasks on their own computer system. If you call with questions about your account the uneducated minimum wage workers will just laugh. Dwayne and his staff need to step up, no need for unprofessional behavior- simply communicate, handle business, and move on. Avoid this location.

Be careful with these guys. We ordered product from this place first week of December 2020. Didn’t get a call, confirmation or anything whatsoever. Finally contacted the store and they said the product wouldn’t be there until the next week, once approved. No one ever contacted us. No product was ever delivered. Suddenly we have been getting calls as of the first of January. We ignored them since they obviously didn’t want our business to even begin with, keep in mind we live 30 miles from this location. Today, some rep from this facility comes up to our door demanding payment for something that wasn’t even delivered! He even asked to see our living room to confirm their stuff wasn’t here! I have never dealt with a more incompetent company.

I was a customer at Aarons for 10yrs or more Ive brought items from them over the years and paid them off in full recently I had some medical issues and I have been off work but I continued to make payments from my disability I made payments for almost 2yrs and I was down to my last payment and I was 5 days late and they sent a truck out to my house to pick up merchandise or demand a payment I must say that is poor customer service and not the way to treat a loyal customer but its all good I assure you that I will never purchase anything else from Aarons so no more harassing or threatening phone calls Ive read reviews and I see how you guys take stuff from people if they miss a payment and re sell it but I was 5 days late and you guys send a truck out that gets 0 stars from me I wish your company well but I assure you I will never be a customer there ever again.

I have never had a problem for the couple years I went threw these guys staff is very nice and friendly. They work with you know matter what the problem is and my experiences has been just great with them. I wish I could remember the names of the two people I usually talk to but I know there is a women. I think she is the only women that works there and a guy I think he is a manager Jewel. I dont think thats how you spell his name but Im sure he know who he is. Anyways thank you guys for being great at your jobs.

Continued this employee that personal and talk to me with no respect at all I am asking that he be reprimanded for the way he was acting and that is not OK to prospect customers that way you cannot come to my house or call me over the phone and talk to me any kind of way you want you are in Emporia and I am customer I simply wanted to ask if me and my girlfriend were going to get our stuff fixed before paying it off. all he wanted was cash and did not want to assist with any other issue. so I am submitting this for all to see and I will be submitting Higher up the chain of command Hoping for a speedy reply having the issue addressed and having network or reprimanded and I also want an apology. At this time my girlfriend is at that point To where she no longer wants to pay for the broken equipment she just wants to give it back get a refund back some proportion to wear she no longer wants to pay for a broken equipment she just wants to get a back get a refund back on A portion of the payment we made and give them back their equipment. We refuse to pay someone who has not honored their agreement on their warranty and has not responded to us with feedback, and has employees under them that do not know how to handle customers they should be given a class on how to talk to people with the proper courtesies and custom. This is not your house and you were not gonna force me to give you my money unless I decide I want to give it to you this is your job and if you do not know how to do it correctly then you should not be doing it at all. The set is broken as has never been repaired and we No longer wish to pay for broken furniture. We have been good customers respectful and have paid on time up until this point and we do not deserve to be treated like this. he was completely out of line I felt attacked I Felt uncomfortable and I think it was completely undeserved. I no longer want to do business with this company. I am Submitting this post to management. up the chain of command and to local news, in hopes that everybody sees my experience in that Aarons sees this and escalates the situation I feel I deserve an apology that that employee should be reprimanded and if I have to I will go to the proper authorities to ensure nobody come to my door and trying to force me to give them cash

This Store is so awesome and helpful. My husband and I purchased all our furniture here for our New home. We make monthly payments and pretty soon we will be making out final payment on our living room set. We were able to do a bundle which helps us out alot. The team is so nice. Thanks guys for all ur help. I recommend this place to others.

They charged me $50 for delivery of my fridge that I paid cash for but was told by my friend they would only charge $25 and if I didnt pay the $50 they wouldnt delivery my merchandise I dont believe you should be charging extra money just because I paid cash rather then putting it on a lease. I found out from a few of my other friends that they were told it would be $75 to deliver something. So I believe employees are just saying the fees are higher so they can pocket the money for themselves. And since I sent a email to the company and havent heard anything the store I was talking about is your spring valley store in san diego only store in san diego shouldnt be to hard to find.

I have been a member of Aarons furniture for over two years, and I have bought multiple pieces of furniture from them. Today October 26, 2018, I receive a call from an employ trying to collect on a missed payment. I have never been late or missed a payment before prior to this previous month. And had all intentions on making the payment soon . my significant other had to take a trip home on a family emergency and life happens. we address the issue and we move forward. As it stands we have been having some issues with our bedroom set From the day we purchased it and they moved in the house which was over a year ago We were told that it could’ve been damaged from a prior rental but that they would go down grab some tools. come back up and fix the problem. We received no response after that, no return visit and no phone calls. we never used the mirror because it was never fully assembled Unable to be used. The mirror sits against the wall in one of the closets. Are tall dresser what are used to put our clothes and our newborn sons clothing ihas an issue to where the sides bow out whenever you try to pull a dresser drawer out it falls in and that continues for every drawer every drawer on the dresser. Try to putting clothes in, take clothes out or even close the drawers is a hassle every single time. recently we decided to head back in because we planned on purchasing a dining room set we look around we told him if we can have somebody come out again to take a look at ours equipment because it still was broken and it was just getting worse . Week later two employs came back out to try and make repairs on the equipment again they said it was having same issues as it was having before and that there was no way of fixing it that it would need to be re-ordered they said it will be in touch and they left back to the store yet we receive no response on the status for when this was gonna happen or if it was going to happen. Errands give me a call trying to collect payment prior midway down into the middle of the month and I told them then that I did not have that money but that my girlfriend had the money and that she was not in town. She was the individual in charge of taking care of this bill and she had the fence . I said I would get in contact with her and I will see about trying to get the cash to you as soon as possible. I then asked them were there any updates on the equipment in our place and when it will be fixed. We were told that they had to order another piece, that had to get in touch with the company that made it because it was out of date and they no longer carried that same equipment . We concluded the conversation and I left it at that . Since that conversation I have been caught every single day by multiple numbers and I had given the same answer when I do pick up. Today I Received a call at 5:25 PM requesting a payment. I explained to the employ that We Would be making the payment in three days because that is when the first is And that is when the cash would be available. He then said to me well sir you’re telling me that you’re sleeping on our equipment and that your Refusing to give us our cash but you would like us to fix an issue with the equipment for you. I said yes this issue has been an ongoing issue and should been done long ago this equipment is under warranty on contract and by law you have to replace it if it is broken . He replied back sir none of my guys were going to come out there and family service for you if you have not paid us art our money I replied this is our first payment that we have missed and I let you know what the situation was. Your men Have been up here a few times and nothing has has happened. but you keep asking for your money, are we paying for broken equipment. He refused to give me an answer, Became unresponsive dismissive and rude saying that nobody would be attending to that issue until they Receive the cash he was completely out of line did not sound as if I was talking to employee but somebody on the street who is pressing me to pay up
