Many thanks to State Farm and all the staff at Aarons office (and the claims department!) for the excellent service after a collision incident in late 2024 that totaled my vehicle. I received my payout promptly, and even got my deductible refunded to me, which proved State Farm continued to work for me well after the time of my accident. They demonstrated a keen interest in serving me, and I felt State Farm handled the entire process with professionalism and dedication, with which one has come to expect from the Insurance giant.

I am a 49-year customer of State Farm. Because I have moved or my State Farm agent retired, Aaron is my seventh agent. I picked him because he has made President’s Club within State Farm every year for a long time, and has won Chairman’s Club as well. You don’t earn those awards unless you are one of the very top producers for State Farm. And, as we all know, the only way they could accomplish this is by offering stand-out, ultra-low-friction, best-of-breed service. They earn my loyalty, every time we interact…which fortunately is not very often. :-)

Aaron Sessions and his team Beth and Berritt have provided an excellent client experience for me at every step of my Insurance requirements. Ive worked with Aaron and his team for 8+ years now, after finding that they provided the best priced quotes AND the fact that we would be working with people who we could actually talk to. Aaron and team have been wonderful since then, as Ive had several claims and theyve always sought to find solutions that would benefit me as the customer. Whenever Ive called or emailed about various questions or scenarios, Ive always received a thorough response in less than 24 hours. Ive had numerous other insurance carriers in past years before Aaron and State Farm, and hands down recommend them over others (which is why my wife and I continue to work with them).

Im glad I have been with Aarons office since day one. The team has always been super professional as well as being extra helpful whenever I needed them. Either it was to discuss the coverage details or providing a fast response when I was stressed with a car purchase. Long overdue review..Ive been with Aaron and his Team for years now. After enough frustrations due to lack of follow through with my then State Farm agent, I transferred my State Farm accounts to Aaron based on the reviews. All of them stated their service was top notch. Once I made the switch, they did not disappoint. They definitely earned their 5 stars. Theyre knowledgeable, professional and extremely responsive. Moved over from an agent who didnt care and whose staff didnt want to help. It made auto issues so much more stressful dealing with the red tape on my own.Aarons team is there to help. Theyve answered questions Ive had about previous experiences and shared info on how I couldve avoided getting stranded with a flat at night, 20 miles from home.Shout-out to Beth who guided me through updating my deductibles and understanding which components contributed the most to my premiums. Id been putting off updating my coverage, but Beth made it seem so easy I had trouble believing it. I had to confirm there was no further action on my part. Every time I call, whoevers on the other side of the line is so kind and helpful.Im so glad I made the change to Aaron as my agent. I actually enjoy calling my State Farm agent now.
