From start to finish best experience in buying a vehicle. Was greeted by Christian when I first arrived. I did not have an appointment. I was interested in looking at the Mustang Mach e. I had never considered getting an electric vehicle but with gas prices continuing to remain high I was open to learning more about EV and giving up my gas guzzling Tahoe. Christian took me for a test drive in the Mach e. He answered all my question and was very knowledgeable about the car overall. I was super impressed as it was only his second week on the job. He had some numbers worked up for me. I told him I needed a couple of days to think about it as I really wanted to make sure I was ok giving up my Tahoe that I absolutely loved. I came back in a couple of days. I was selling my Tahoe to CarMax and needed a ride back and forth. Christian drove me, waited for me to finish my transaction and then drove me back to the dealership. My paperwork was not ready and I needed to pickup my daughter from school. Christian was able to get me a loaner to have until my paperwork was ready, which I was able to complete electronically, and instead of me going back to the dealership Christopher, an associate of Christian’s delivered it to my house. He didn’t have the charger with him so Christian delivered it to me the next day. First class dealership that I would recommend to everyone out there. Adam Veasey was amazing. He worked with my wife over the phone, email and text message. He was very accommodating with how she wanted to communicate. The sales team was excellent, The General Manager was part of the process making every step smooth and easy. The finance manager was no pressure and communicated everything so it was easy to understand. Lastly but most important to me the truck we wanted was actually on the lot and the salesperson we spoke to was there and available. We also got the deal they said we would get. The absolutely best experience shopping for a new car. Eduardo Caballero was able to help me select the perfect trim in a new 2023 Ford Explorer. He was able to provide me with videos and pictures and talked me through the the trade in and application process. The finance team were absolutely great any easy going. Mark and Jose made signing electronically super easy. In less than 24 hours, I had my new car in my driveway. Absolutely flawless experience! Definitely recommend the team in Escondido.

Worst experience I’ve had at a dealership! I went in on 5/25/24 to get an oil change for my new F250. I specifically asked not to wash my truck, it’s black and I didn’t want the risk of starches. When my truck was retuned to me, the entire vehicle not only had spider web scratches but some deep scratches on the body. Not a single scuff was on the vehicle when I took it on. To top it off, even the chrome bumper is damaged and severely scratched! Luiz promised to call me on Tuesday with a game plan to get this fix and the ball was dropped. When I called to speak to the general manager, Vishal, I was given the run around and the gentleman I spoke with refused to provide me with his email address. I have followed up with Aaron Ford to no avail over the last few days. Don’t take your new vehicle here for service if you don’t want damages. I’m contacting the BBB about this since no one wants to help me and pursuing the cost to get my truck repainted. Stay clear from this dealership!

We ordered a Maverick Jan 8 and it was at Aaron Ford April 1st. I know Aaron Ford has no control over when they get factory orders in, but they had it ready for pickup April 2nd. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Sean Sweeney took the time and walked me through app setup and basic controls. There are a lot of electronics on a Hybrid Lariat. The price I ordered was the out the door price plus California’s cut and coverage purchased. I love the no hassle deal. I would definitely buy from Aaron again.

Fantastic service as always. I was not quite sure when the dealership changed to Aaron Ford, but I can say that they have retained their great staff and technicians. They have been taking care of my Ford Focus 2005 since the day I bought it from the former dealership at this location and have continued to keep my car running at top performance.With over 260K miles on my Focus, the adage of penny wise, pound foolish comes into play. I had taken previously quick lube places for my oil changes and ended up paying more in the long run. While you may pay a little bit more on the front end at the dealer, it is worth it in the end.TLDR: Great service, great communication, continued fan.Additionally - Luis was great to work with and helped me with all of my needs from start to finish.

A service advisor, from Aaron Ford, called me to ask if I would like a technician to stop by my house to remedy 2 minor recall items on my Bronco. I was curious how this worked so I agreed. The technician showed up on-time and completed the work in just a few minutes. He was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Before I knew it, the work was completed and he was on his way.To say the least, I was impressed with how these two individuals handled this task. A concierge service that worked flawlessly. I will definitely consider Aaron Ford for future service needs.

The service rep Mike was awesome and took care of all the issues I had with the truck (he was much more customer focused than some of the other reps). Mike made sure I understood all of the options and didn’t try to overcharge or take advantage. He was able to confirm the issues I had and schedule repairs immediately. Absolutely by far the worst customer service I have had from a business, ever. I got my truck serviced here in March of this year. I paid for the service in full, and then realized when I got home that our original bumper to bumper warranty was still active, and should cover the work that was done. Why did I have to figure that out??? Anyway, I called in immediately, talked to my service advisor and asked if the service should be covered, and it turned out that it should! Wow. Good thing I checked. I was told that was not a problem and that they would just need Ford to authorize a refund and it would be taken care of. I was promised a check that week. Well, that was 89 days ago. Its taken me until today to ACTUALLY get the check that was promised. What transpired between then and now was nothing short of the THE WORST customer service experience ever. I called every week during this whole ordeal, and MOST of my phone calls went unanswered with NO return call ever received. Whenever I was miraculously able to get someone to talk to me I got the run around over and over and over again. Through constantly badgering them and following up I was eventually able to get my money back but it took 89 days to get it, and I heard nothing but lame excuses and empty promises in between. A word of advice - if you are looking for a trustworthy Ford dealership to take your car for service, or even buy a new Ford, do yourself a BIG favor and go to a different dealership.

My vehicle was subject to a recall regarding tail lights. I got an appointment for 9:00 AM a few days later. I arrived, gave them my vehicle, and was told it would take about 2 hours and they would call me when it was ready. They provided me a ride home. About 4:00 PM, I still had not received a call. I called the number for the service department that was shown on the paperwork they gave me; it didnt work. I called the number on their web page, and it didnt work either. I did some search and found another number. It worked. They told me my vehicle was ready. I went there and the agent apologized profusely for not having called me. I appreciated that they were apologetic, but they need to do better. And they need to get the phone number correct on their paper forms and on their web page.

I was offered an earlier appointment on Saturday morning & I had to wait at the dealership for the oil change. The first red flag was the price. I was told over the phone $89. The guy at the counter said $110. I was told one hour wait time, which is standard & fine. The second red flag was when I asked why won’t they offer the ride share as the previous owner did so I could be productive while waiting & the guy said, oh yeah, we offer that. One hour passed, I called the advisor. It took him 10 min of checking that they needed another 30 min to get it done, a.k.a. they haven’t even started serving my car yet. At 2 hour mark, 3 hour mark, the advisor refused to answer my calls or text msg. The car finally got an oil change after 3 hours & 40 minutes. For a business that doesn’t respect your time, and think they can screw your time at will so they can make money from you, it’s nasty. Do not go to them!

Set an appointment to get another recall service done. Every time we set an appointment it still seems that they don’t get to our vehicle at that time. Doesn’t seem to make sense to make an appointment. A service that the recall notice said would take half a day took a day and a half. When we got home with our vehicle the door lock no longer works. Now we have to go in again, and not have our car for another day

It was a bit more expensive than going to my “home” dealership; however the service is top notch!! I’d recommend because they aren’t as booked solid as my “home” dealership. While it’s takes a month to book at my “home” dealership it took a couple of days here in Escondido! In addition, the mechanic that worked on my vehicle, Mike Clark, gave me a video tutorial on the inside of my car and that everything looks well maintained. So yes I would go here again! It’s closer to my place!! 5 stars!!

My Ford Mach-e needed a couple of recall services done. My service advisor, Luiz Sanchez, said the car could be picked up from and dropped back to my house with their concierge service at no cost to me within a certain radius. Got my mudflap replaced, had the recalled part charging part replaced and censors recalibrated. Drives great and looks like my range has increased to 320+. Haven’t fully charged, but current range divided by percentage left gives an estimate above. But we’ll see. Jaime is great and knew me by face when he saw me. Arron ford on two occasions responded to my location to fix a recall problem on my truck. The last warranty problem was taken care by them where I took my pickup in to fix the gas door which took a little work to repair. I was kept informed of the progress of the work and the time it would take which was very comfortable to me. I highly recommend their service.

Bought a car from them 2 months ago (cash). For some reason I still haven’t received the registration, plates or title. (I guess the registration is now past due according to the DMV)Called to ask to make sure all the paperwork was submitted correctly etc but just get ping ponged around.They keep saying they’ll call me back but that never happens. Terrible first experience. Took my new Bronco in for some issues, sent me to enterprise and said I’d get a credit of $35/day. Took two weeks for the new pedal to be installed, then I get a $1,700 charge from Enterprise on my card + $500 deposit. So, I paid $2,200 for a loaner? Unbelievable. My “service advisor” Jimmy refuses to answer his phone, or return texts or calls for 4 days now. Definitely go somewhere else. The service manager Michael is rude, and definitely not any help. In preparation for a 2k mile camping trip, I brought my 2021 Ford F150 in for routine oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. However I was also concerned with my integrated brake controller as I’m towing a 6k lb travel trailer and I was not getting braking response when changing the gain. As I am familiar with the diagnostic test, I asked my service advisor if I could talk directly with Aaron Ford’s service technician. I was pleased with how helpful and accommodating both my service advisor and technician were. They made me a video of the diagnostic test and proved that the problem was with my trailer and not the brake controller. I was very pleased. It was clear that Aaron Ford is currently understaffed in their service area, but they put customer first and patiently walked me through the test. Thanks!

Had oil change and tire rotation. I do 5-tire rotation so the spare is even tread. One tire was completely empty, could have been really bad, and only worked because they are run flats. None of the tires were properly inflated. Before that I have tried getting callback on warranty issues. Never followed up, including message left with service manager. I cannot trust them to maintain my vehicle and will never go back. They used to be better before they got bought by Aaron Ford.

Sold my 2016 Explorer in mid- March. While I’m pleased with the final price, the process has been bumpy at best.The sales rep missed our scheduled meeting time, 3 hours later we finally completed paperwork. It’s now been 3 weeks of leaving messages waiting for the payment check to be cut. The only person who’s actually picked up the phone or returned a call is the original sales rep… still no results.

Worse customer service ever experience with a ford dealership. Never will take car back. 3 canx appts then finally they bring the car in - no contact for over a day until i chase. A video is sent from the engineer doing the service telling me all his recommendations. Half I couldn’t hear as the background noise was so loud. Service manager never called me to walk through or costs and when we called him to chase he was short and rude. A day later no details or updates I text to see if car is ready. Received a reply “yes” - no mention of any service options, repair details or drop off details. We couldn’t wait any longer so collected our car after them having it 6 days for a factory recall service. On arrival it took 30mins to be seen and service manager didn’t even service is to be able to discuss anything. Appalling. Highly suggest you chose another customer centric company rather this is rude incapable bunch of fools.

They exceeded my expectations by checking everything, tire inflation levels, they rotated my tires checked all fluids did the oil change as planned and more. This is the first time I have had a bad experience at this dealership. I took my car in for its 55,000 mile check up. The communication was really bad, i had to go to the dealership to get any updates (left messages but no one got back to me). They said my car was ready but that they couldnt check the brakes because my lug nuts were swollen. I asked if these could be replaced so the brakes could be checked. They did this and said my car was ready the next day. I called and texted to ask if my brakes were ok. No response. I went to get my car and was told everything was fine. I had to ask for the inspection report, that is when I found out my brakes were in the red & needed replaced. Everyone I dealt with was very nice but I was disappointed that the safety of my vehicle didnt seem to be a concern.

Looking for a used car, and found what looked like a great deal at Aaron Ford in Escondido. 2013 Honda Accord, EX-L (loaded), less than 50,000 miles. Pictures looked great, and one of the pictures, of the actual vehicle, there was a background that said Home of the Lifetime Warranty. Other used cars on their website did not have pictures with that background telling of the warranty. The website says the used cars they sell with that come with a lifetime power-train warranty at no cost. I called and talked to Ray one of the sales managers. I asked Ray about some of the cars having the pictures that said Home of the Lifetime Warranty and others not having it. I specifically asked Ray if the car listing showed a picture of the car with those words (Lifetime warranty) if that meant the car pictured came with the lifetime warranty. Ray said yes. I told him we were coming to look at that car. We were directed to salesman Bill. He was friendly, personable and professional and we looked at the car and did a test drive. During the test drive the subject of the lifetime warranty came up and Bill said he didnt think this car had it because of the age of the car, but said he would check. Bill seemed fair and honest. When we got back the warranty issue was brought up to Ray. I reminded Ray of our conversation and that he clearly told me the car we came to see came with the warranty. Ray then claimed he made a mistake. Ray is a manager and as a manager should know the dealership policies. This seems like nothing less than a bait & switch to get us in the door. IF Ray did make a mistake, he (and the dealership) should have owned it more than saying sorry. Integrity matters. Integrity is keeping your word and doing the right thing, even when it costs you. Had Ray done that, and said he made a mistake, but since he said it came with it, we would get it, we would have bought the car. Even if the dealership didnt have this lifetime warranty available at all, but had this car for this price, it is extremely likely we wouldve bought it. The low miles, excellent condition and good price made it a good deal regardless. BUT, integrity matters, doing what you say you will do matters. Now I know, getting any warranty for free, on an 11 year old car is something virtually no one does. I would never expect it, or even think to ask for it. BUT when you tell me it comes with the car I am asking about, and then when I am ready to buy that car say it doesnt, then you are either a liar, who lied and tried to bait & switch me, or dont have the integrity to make it right. Either way we are done. We walked. I write this so that others dont get this type of experience.

Due to the shortage of mechanics I had to wait a week to bring my truck in and then I received a call to tell me I had to reschedule for another 3-4 days because my mechanic for my appointment was taking time off. Once I brought my truck in it took a couple of days to diagnose the problem and order the parts and make repairs. The mechanic did a great job and I appreciate the video sent to me showing me the diagnosis. When I picked up my truck I left and made a quick stop afterwards and noticed a slight dent in the middle of the hood of my truck. I went back to the dealer and spoke with my service writer and showed him the dent. I also sent photos to him of the day before I brought in my truck showing no dent. I was told they would review this and get back with me. I have not received any further information about my issue. The work on my truck was great, but the lack of response on what happened afterwards was disappointing. Normally when I bring in my truck for service, I have had good service and without the delays. I use my truck for work, so it makes it hard to do my job without it. I wish they just followed up with me.

Didn’t have the best experience. Went online to get info about an oil change for my 2023 F150. Website had no info. So I used the online chat to ask questions like price, services offered, etc. Chat couldn’t help, so they had someone call me. Got a call from someone in service who quoted me a price. When I arrived, the service advisor told me a price 50% higher. He was good enough to honor the price I had been quoted, but made me feel like I was being dishonest. When I got home, the truck left an oil stain on my totally clean driveway. So I had to go back to the dealership to have them fix it. Location isn’t convenient to me, and I really didn’t need the 3 extra hours it took to get the rework done (commute, waiting, commute home). All in all, I’ll be looking for another dealership to service my truck.

Customer communication is lacking. Had an 8:30 APPT. dropped of truck at 7 AM. Was hoping for a call before noon for an update. Called in myself and at 1:30 was told the truck has not been looked at again. Explained that I needed the truck finished by 3:30 so I could drive it home. I had already called i favors from working associate for a drop off and did not want to inconvenience him a 2nd day so I told my advisor to continue. Had to call my wife out of work (24 miles) and pick me up for a ride home. At 4 PM that day received a call that the truck had been diagnosed. Authorized a repair and told them I would be there at lunch the next day to pick up my truck. Arrived at 11:15 and was told the truck still had not been serviced. Walked a mile to lunch to kill 1 hour and truck weas finally ready when I got back. When I asked about the previous days appointment I was told it was with the service advisor and not a start time for service. Perhaps this very important point should be communicated to your customers. Did not feel like a valued customer on this experience.

It is sad for me to have to write this less than positive review. I have been a long time customer of the Ford Dealership in Escondido. Bought my last 3 cars there with Heller and Goesh Ford. The rest of my family have also bought their cars there. We have always been extremely happy with the service department. That is until it was taken over by Aaron Ford. My dissatisfaction started a few months ago when I had gone to drop my car off for its scheduled oil change and the dealership was closed with the gates down. When I was finally able to pull in, I was told that the mechanics werent going to be in for another 30 mins. They were also unable to get access to the Ford Pass Points because no one had given them their password during the switch over from Goesh to Aaron.. I chalked that up to regular hiccups in the change of ownership... Fast forward to 2 weeks ago. I brought my car in for another oil change. They try to talk me into a service for over $700!!!... Uh, no! Just got a regular works oil change... During the service they tell me that they found a leak in my differencial and have to order a part. I asked how long it would take for the part to come in and was told a couple of days.. I gave them a week and didnt hear from them. I tried calling and calling and received no call backs. Most of the time no one even answered the phone. I let them know originally that I needed this taken care of as quick as possible because I am scheduled to go out of town and need my car. I only received a phone call when I finally called Ford Corporate to tell them that I could not get any one to answer my calls. Ford Corporate tried calling while I was on the line and they couldnt even get them to answer. Now, today they had me drop off my car in the morning and said it would be ready by end of day & I have still not heard from them. I called twice because it was getting close to closing and no one called me.. I took hour off from work this morning and will have to do the same again tomorrow when hopefully my car will be ready ..This will absolutely be the last time I use this dealership for my service

I took my Boss 302 to Escondido Ford to have the steering rack programmed after replacing it. After dropping my car off, I received very little contact as to what was going on. I did my best to be patient and even let them have the car for a week and a half. The PCM had to be reset to the factory, and I authorized them to do so. I opted to mostly let them work since it wasnt as straightforward. Sometimes, when I asked for an update, there was no response for a couple of days. Unfortunately, they werent able to program the rack, which was fine, but then they tried to charge me for multiple failed attempts. After I asked why the extra, the price randomly dropped. When I picked up the car, the courtesy wash on my invoice hadnt been done. The guy asked if I wanted them to take it back to be washed, but I was ready to go already. I went to sit in the car and realized my seat lever was broken and lying on the floor. They decided not to tell me it happened. When brought up, I was told it may have been broken before, but they ordered a replacement. Also, I feel the car was taken on a joyride. However, I have no evidence as the dashcam/mirror was unplugged when I got it back. This is the first time Ive taken a car to a dealer. Other than having my seat handle replaced, Im not coming back here. Im not even upset about the steering rack, but the lack of communication and dishonesty is what broke my trust in them.

There’s a disconnect in the service department that’s a real detriment to customer satisfaction. I have had to rearrange my schedule twice in order to get my car serviced and both times a lack of communication between the scheduler and the service desk intake person has resulted in me showing up only to be told I have to reschedule. It’s super frustrating but worse- now I am not convinced that I trust this dealership with working on my car.Here’s the details if you’re interested: I bought a Mach E in 2022 when this dealership was Gosch. Impeccable customer service all the way. Then after the dealership was sold to Aaron I received a text that I needed to go in and get a recalled part switched out. I called, made the appointment and went in at the scheduled time. When I got there the check in service rep said that he didn’t know why I was there because my mileage reflected that it was too early for regular servicing. When I mentioned I was there for a recall he said that the part had to be ordered and it would take a few weeks. Why didn’t the scheduler know this? So I left. Next- they called me when the part came in and I made the appointment to have it switched out When I went in at the scheduled time the service check in rep asked how long he could keep my car. When I told him that I was planning on waiting he said “oh I need your car for a few days”. Again- why didn’t the scheduler know this? I was floored that the person who scheduled the work said nothing about how they would need my car for a few days. The service rep was nice but lacked empathy for the situation. I made yet another appointment to leave my Mach E with them but I have real doubts about it. I feel like I should find out which dealerships are still owned by Gosch and go there.

I used their services during an emergency when my Shelby GT500 broke down on Christmas Eve, and I towed it to their facility right before they closed for the holidays. My recent visit for routine service and battery change cascaded into a problem with my Auto Start/Stop not functioning and my car stalling from the moment I picked up the car from service, with no prior issues. When the problem was not resolved with multiple follow up service visits, we made an appointment with the service manager Mike Tinsley to see why my issue could not be fixed. This meeting was in February and after countless calls to service manager Mike Tinsley, I have not received a call back to let me know how to proceed on a solution to the suspected issue with my car. I no longer drive the car with the auto stop/start function engaged for fear of stalling in traffic, and I am frustrated and upset that none of my messages or calls have been returned. When he arrived he didn’t know what car I was there for nor was the car located on the property. The vehicle arrives and I’m able to test drive it, I notice there aren’t any floor mats so I asked if there’s any available, he very quickly tells me yes let me go grab them from the model that “had damage.” The car was also fairly dirty and I pointed out a female sanitary pad in the trunk left by the previous owner. “It gets detailed after you buy it” So I purchase the car, spend hours being told they can’t lower the rate just for them to lower the rate after Id agreed to the high price. I go outside with the key and realize the “detailing” job that they do is literally just vacuuming it and maybe wiping 1/4 of the vehicle😂😂. The pad was literally still in the trunk like actually such a joke. Then the floor mats aren’t in the car, I go in and ask and the guy literally tells me they sold the vehicle that they just said was damaged and i can’t get the mats… be so serious. Now i’ve noticed a dent in the picture i took while the car was on the lot, sent it to the salesman and he said he never noticed. I see all the good reviews and seriously wonder if I got the laziest salesman at the place.

Your appointment site needs to be updated. I received an email you (Aaron Ford) saying my ford explorer required a recall. I made an appointment for Monday 4/8 at 0815. When I arrived there was no record of an appointment. However, one of the consultants (Miguel Leyba) stated it would be done by Wednesday and that the car would have to stay there as it was a big job. This caused an inconvenience so I asked if I could return on Wednesday. Mr. Leyba repeated it would have to stay there if I wanted it done. I agreed. Today I picked up the car without this work completed. Mr. Leyba stated that the part had to be specially ordered by vin#. He stated he tried to reach me on Monday and left a message. I tried to resolve this issue directly with Aaron Ford of Escondido, but after multiple unreturned phone calls and emails, I will post my experience.Firstly, the sales team I dealt with was great, which was the only reason for not giving a one-star rating. Julio and Alfonso were the real deal. Easy to work with and no pressure. IF you decide to go to Aaron Ford of Escondido, I recommend talking with those employees.My issues are with the finance department. Either they have absolutely no idea of the products and services they are pushing on people, or they willingly omit information and lie when directly asked. While they were giving me the sale pitch and information about a maintenance plan, I asked specific questions, and they replied yes, that will be a service you receive. I even asked for the maintenance schedule of the vehicle I purchased, and he said everything you want will be covered. I said excellent and signed up. A few days passed, and I was able to take a closer look at the contract and get a hold of the actual maintenance scheduled for my vehicle. The main services I signed up for the maintenance contract would not be serviced until after the contract ended. I called another Ford service department to ask if they would perform the services earlier, and they said not under the maintenance contract and that I would have to pay for it if I wanted it sooner. I tried to call and email my finance manager several times. No response. I went to Aaron Ford of Escondido to cancel the contract. The finance manager admitted to receiving my emails. I told him I wanted to cancel the contract since he either had no idea about the products he was pushing on people or outright lying to people. After a back and forth, he finally gave me the cancellation paperwork.Next, I asked several questions about the extended warranty. He said he would have to talk with his “Ford ESP Guy” and would be in contact with me. As you can imagine, he never contacted me. I emailed and called with no response. I emailed general managers with no response. I am absolutely beside myself that they refuse to get back to me.IF you decide to work with Aaron Ford of Escondido, I would proceed cautiously. Ask your questions and get the information in writing before you sign up for anything. I will update my review if they make it right. I am not holding my breath.***Update*** 1/30/24Aaron Ford replied to my review as seen. I sent an email to that exact email address on 1/9/24 with no response. AVOID! CANT BE TRUSTED FOR EVEN A CASH SALE!Some jerk hit-and-ran me, so I had my insurance payout to buy a replacement. I looked around and found a few cars that were essentially a match. The one at Aaron Ford of Escondido had the best combination of close-ish to home (Vegas), low mileage, and a good price. I flew down for a test drive. I’ve spoke to two people in the service department named Nick Adkinson (who to my knowledge was laid off), Jimmy Mareyna (who has yet to reply to my inquiries since speaking with him), and the manager over in the service department who I’ve been asking for answers from for a few days now and has yet to contact me back.. My car was examined November 12th. My insurance authorized repairs since December 6th and said they sent over the approval supplement. I got my truck serviced for an oil change. I was told I can get a Lyft the following day to come pick my truck up since I was leaving it overnight. I called 3 times, no answer. I left 2 voicemails, no call backs. Time waiting for 5 hours… when I dropped my truck off, all 4 tires had 27-30psi before taking it in for service. After I got the truck, it said 80psi for all 4 tires. I do not know why any tech or service advisor would release the vehicle after this error. Now after two weeks of driving, my PSI reading in the truck is still saying 80psi. They said I would have to pay for the fix.I am now calling them to have them fix my issue after the oil change. No one will answer the call. I was told I would receive a call in an hour when I got a hold of someone earlier today. I have called 4 times. 4th try I called sales Department for them to try and find me someone, they just said “hang on, I’ll transfer you” it went to voicemail again. This place has caused the biggest headache.1. Oil change, turned into issues2. Told id have to pay for the issues, yet no issues when I dropped my truck off.3. Told I can get a free ride to pick up my truck since it was left overnight. No one gave me a Lyft. Paid for it out of my pocket.4. No one will answer the phone. I went to shop for a car for my sister.Firstly, have to acknowledge the salesman, Julio, was awesome and found a used car as an alternative that was in our price range. It was only after being introduced to the sales manager, Jose, that things started to go wrong. Firstly, we were told the car was in Storage and they would need at least 2 hours to get the car out for us cause its dusty etc. Additionally, he was not willing to present a deal to us before running credit so after a day and many conversations, we submitted the credit app only to find out that the car was no longer available and in fact was located at a different car dealership (same parent company) and sold the prior day.Additionally, this dealership ran our credit multiple times (at least 7 inquiries) without warning us that they were going to do so MANY and when they came back to us with completely unreasonable rates (>12%), werent willing to work with us on a decent deal (I guess because the car was already sold and they just wanted to protect themselves legally after running our credit on a potential vehicle that was already sold, who knows...).I went into the store to try and discuss this experience and give them an opportunity to explain and work a decent other deal, and met with a nice gentleman from Finance - I explained that I was just trying to make their business better since I love the Ford Brand. He was fine to deal with but I want to make sure this gets to the leadership so they can re-train their sales managers and make sure theyre transparent with their customers.Had we known the car was already sold and located on a different car lot, we wouldnt have submitted the credit app and would have found another deal.In the end, we worked with another Ford Dealership and had a much better experience (Shout out to Vista Ford of Woodland Hills where they went miles above and beyond and helped us get a killer deal on a brand new model).

Explain what was going to take place, approx how long it was to take and if it needed to be replaced I would receive a call. He also offered a shuttle to my residence and to be picked up and brought back to AARON FORD upon completion of the recall. Manuel knew and showed his professionalism and public relations with customers. While waiting for the shuttle Manuel came outside to verify a time when I needed my truck for a late afternoon appointment. Pending if my truck did not need to be repaired beyond a checking of the wire harness.

Had an appointment and I was in there for over four hours for a simple oil change and they didn’t rotate my tires because they said they were too old even though they have plenty of tread on them inner in great shape, I expect better technicians to do a better and quicker job on my car. If I decide to come in again, has been a long time user of That Ford dealership

I purchased a Ford Transit 2020 from this place. I submitted my review for Ford.com but they did not publish it because it was a one star.Two main reasons for one star:1. They sold me a car without passenger seat. I thought I can install a seat. When I went to pick up the car, they told me it doesn’t have any passenger airbags. Factory removed them! If they have told me I would never buy this car. It is not safe to operate.2. I it took them one 8 days to finish the paper work for my car, and they only did it because I keep following up with them.3. I purchase that car remotely, by phone. We agreed one a price that was 300$ less than MSRP. They called me after a while saying that somebody else is willing to buy the car for the whole MSRP price and I need to pay the full price if I want it. Who changes his word for 300$, one a 50+K$ car?4. They removed a 1$ Funnel in the car to fill it from a canister. In my way home, I ran out of gas. I went to a gas station and filled a canister and came back then I couldn’t find the funnel to fill the tank and had to wait a long time for road side assistant.5. The passenger door on my brand new 2020 car rattled sometime and you have to open and close it several times to fix this. Need to the new car to the dealership6. The MPG is way lower than what advertised

Buying the car was easy. I recommend asking for Eduardo or Alfonso.However, the finance department has been very underwhelming.1. As a retired disabled veteran, who doesn’t pay for tags or registrations. I was charged both. Even after confirming I was prior military. I think people should ask certain questions, instead of rushing to sign paperwork. Now, I have to deal with the inconvenience of the DMV, to get a refund from them.2. Speaking or refunds, I was told I’ll receive a refund for overpaying in 3-5 business days. Then it jumped up to 10 business days. It’s going on 3 weeks. I’ve waited, to see if anything would come of it, but I have yet to receive my refund or an update. When I said I would bring in a check for the car in 2 days, I did so. Now, it seems as if returning my money isn’t a priority, since the paperwork has been signed. In my opinion, this is very unprofessional and bad business practice.

This is the WORST customer service I have ever received. My truck is in service, I have called 20 times and no on answers. Finally someone answered and said the manager would call back, I still have not received a call 3 days later. I have no car to get to work, this is absolutely terrible service. Shocking for a ford dealership.

I went in for a oil change and the service was quick. I wasn’t aware the ownership was changed from gosh ford to Aaron ford when I went in. When I purchased my ‘22 mustang gt in this location I was given 3 free oil changes before the ownership changed. But Noel was able to accommodate for the first oil change to my car.
