Everyone at Dr. Santo’ office is so kind! I’ve had bad experiences with dentists in the past and so trying a new place was stressful. The whole office staff is great, and in particular Becky and Sarah always check in with me during cleanings and other procedures to make sure I’m doing ok or to see if I need a break. Dr. Santos does a great job and is very thorough and kind as well, making sure I understand and feel comfortable asking any questions. I would highly recommend them!

Great first session with so much more examined than any other dental visit I have had. The front desk, hygenist, and dentist were all very professional and helpful. Luckily all was good and I didnt need any big work done. I look forward to coming back here!

Dr. Santos is prompt in confirming my appointments, the staff was extremely courteous, and the doctors attention to detail in patient care during the dental exam and cleaning was very helpful. Everyone in Dr. Santos’ office that I had the pleasure of dealing with was happy, very professional and knowledgeable! They took their time to explain all procedures as they were in the process. As well as taking the time to explain their findings and the best recommendations for the best results! The staff answered any and all questions that I had and made sure I was comfortable and as relaxed as possible.Actually one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dental office has been in here. I have been going to Dr. Aaron Santos for a few years now, and the experience has been wonderful each time. I have had some traumatic experiences with previous dentists, and at Dr. Santos office I have always felt welcome, heard, and above all, safe. Regardless of my anxieties during each appointment they have made it a priority that i am as comfortable and I can be before each treatment. I always have great experiences with my visit at Dr Aaron Santos, DDS. He have the best two hygienists too! Both are very professional, nice and caring.I’ve been a patient of Dr Aaron Santos from day one that he took over his dad’s dental practice.Dr Aaron Santos does a wonderful job., probably because he is a perfectionist. I referred two of my co workers and they love him. They travel from Redwood City to San Jose because he really is great!

Dr Santos is Specialized in oral surgery, and cosmetic procedures. In 2018, Dr Santos replaced two implants that had caused a sever infection in my mouth. Due to the infection he had to do bone grafts for each implant. The end result is amazing!Now Dr Santos is the only dentist I trust for all my dental care. He is by far the best dentist I have been to. His staff is super friendly and always makes me feel welcomed.I highly recommend Dr Santos, he will make you love your smile.

The staff and Dr Santos Listened to all of my concerns. The staff was able to get me in immediately and took X-rays to evaluate my pain. Dr. Santos reassured me that I was not in immediate danger of an infection or worse. A follow up visit with another Doctor on Monday.

I was 2 days into my vacation in TX when devastating toothache happened. I was hurting so bad and Tylenol wasn’t helping. I was trying to figure how I would make it thru the week I didn’t want to see a new dentist in TX. I called Dr Santos’ office on Sat and the recording said to call another number for help. Turned out was Dr Santos at home..kids in background. He listened to me whine and offered to send prescription to TX pharmacy. Also told me not to take so many Tylenol and to alternate with ibuprofen. That helped fast and I’m sure the antibiotic helped too. Toothache gone. Yay! I enjoyed the rest of my vacation all thanks to Dr Santos!! I am so grateful!! Saw him this morning and now in process to work the issue. Doctor Santos went above and beyond in my opinion!!

Just had my semi-annual cleaning, and as always things went perfectly. The appointment started right on time. The COVID-19 precautions were excellent. It was with a new hygienist, but she was top-notch and extra careful in her work, and Dr. Santos, as always, didnt keep me waiting when it was his time to check for any issues (which, thankfully, there were none). I would highly recommend Dr. Santos and his staff to anyone needing a good dentist.

Have you ever wanted to go to the dentist but were nervous to do so because of all the bad news you may receive? That was me. However, I decided to go see Dr. Santos because I trust him and his team and I wanted to get his help before it got worse. I saw Dr. Santos and he recommended the conservative approach, not the approach I’ve heard other dentists take which is procedure on top of procedure. Not Dr. Santos, a dentist you can trust. I was referred to Dr. Santos by a good friend who has been a long time patient of his. It has turned out to be a great recommendation. From simply an aesthetic standpoint, this is one of the cleanest and nicest dental offices I have ever been in. His front desk staff is very responsive, friendly and professional. His dental staff is equally good. I have had three cleanings. Two were with Becky whose Fantasy Football insights alone make the cleaning go by quick. Dr. Santos also has one of the best dental assistants I have ever experienced. All this is great but the Dr. himself is what makes this experience work. He is very thorough, takes the time to explain things, and has a great eye for detail. I would strongly recommend Dr. Santos to anyone looking for a top tier dentist.

Dr. Santos and team are the absolute BEST!! They are extremely accommodating and respectful of schedules, everyone really is so genuine and kind, and they are truly the best at what they do! Never once have I walked out of that office in pain or questioning whether or not I would come back. They make sure to keep an open line of communication for the patient to express his or her needs during every procedure, and they regularly check in and follow up to see how you are doing. Dr. Santos and his staff are really good. It is just a little on the expensive side. We dont have dental insurance and we pay out of pocket and the expenses can easily add up. He never forced us to do any procedure and was very friendly and helpful. My husband had to do some dental emergency work done and they were very accommodating. They followed up several times to make sure he is doing well. I wish it was a little expensive. Great Dentist no complaints

I had the most thorough check up that a dentist has ever given me at this office. They set me up with a plan to help make my gums no longer bright pink and infected and each time has been easy! My appointment exceeded my expectations. Place was very clean. All personal was very polite. My x rays were explained to me step by step with time. They also took precautions in having clean equipment. They were able to analyze problems I had which my previous dentist never brough this to my attention. Because I didnt take care of my teeth as I should have, they set up a work plan to help me get better gums and save my teeth. Appointments start at 7 am. Lastly, I was sent home with a bag of goodies to help me get started with my plan. I truly recommend this dental office especially if you are not happy with your current dentist.

I went in as a first time patient for a cleaning and a checkup. The oral hygienist had a new assistant working with her that day. The assistant had no idea how to enter anything into the computer, no big deal weve all been new the guy before. However the oral hygienist just kept rattling numbers off as fast as possible and as a result, the poor girl kept getting lost and confused. They had to repeat everything multiple times and it was just utter chaos. There was no reason to treat the assistant like that and if the hygienist just slowed down a fraction of a second everything could have gone smoothly. When Dr Santos finally came into the room to meet with me, he only spoke with the oral hygienist and not me personally. They continued to speak as if I were not in the room and he allowed her to speak on my behalf and didnt ask me what I might or might not want done. I understand they were super busy and new staff, however if youre going to straight up ignore the person sitting in the chair, you should not be booking that many people. Dr Santos never introduced himself and had no time to talk to me, the paying customer.

Today was my first visit at Dr Santos office. The staff greeted me with a smile (I like smiling....its my favorite) and made me feel very welcome. I liked the colorful art on the walls -- made the office feel extra inviting and vibrant.The xray tech was awesome - super nice and her instructions were clear and concise.The dental hygienist cracked me up and had me laughing throughout my cleaning. I appreciate someone with a good sense of humor. She gave me some good tips on how to floss my back teeth a bit better.They had hooks to hang your purse/coat. I appreciate a good hook. Quite surprised that hooks are not standard in all dental offices (well, maybe just the offices Ive been to).Dr Santos was pretty aite too.Dr. Santos and team: Ill be be back. Honest, trustworthy and friendly. I loved that they explained everything to me and that gave me peace of mind. Sometimes I ask for explanations and i felt the Dr’s would give me a textbook explanation. Dr Santos and his staff made me feel like they knew what they were talking about as if they had all had a cleaning on a mouth with gum recession, Which is my case.They also made me feel important despite the fact that I don’t have dental insurance. In other places they made me feel like “we will clean your mouth and we are done”. Dr. Santos said “i can tell you are determine to have a healthy mouth so we will take care of it”. Now we have a plan to heal my gum, take care of some old fillings and remove my wisdome teeth.

On a scale from 1 to 10 Aaron Santos is a FIFTEEN!!!! I had so many issues with my teeth that Dr. Santos pretty much had to start from scratch and thats what we ended up doing. Staff was amazing - efficient, friendly, courteous. The doctor and dental staff were equally amazing. They had my smile back to normal in no time. Dr Santos and his team are super reliable, they have done teeth cleanings, surgery, and teeth implants that have healed up nicely. Ive been to tons of dentists and have had a lot of bad experiences from accidental gashes that had to be stitched to surgeries that didnt go as supposed too. My faith is now restored by Dr Santos and his team. Ive been going to them for 3 years and its been going great from the start.

Horrible dentist - I was charged $1200 for temporary crown repair and one of the crowns fell off the next day. I told him that one of the crowns was on a tooth that has had a root canal and it felt painful - he never checked it. I whave since visited an endodontist in Costa Rica who discovered that the root had not been totally removed - he repaired it and now it is fine. Dr. Santos also told me he would not support any work I had done in Costa Rica. I am down here now getting extensive work done for a fraction of the price he wanted to charge me - the dentists here are very professional, went to school in the US, used high quality materials, are super friendly and they do high quality work - and they guarantee their work for 5 years.. I have found a different dentist in Los Gatos for maintenance dentistry. I would never go back here again.

I am not one who likes to go to the Dentist. I get very anxious and Dr. Santos made me feel at ease the whole time. I had to have a procedure (cracked tooth) that could have been very uncomfortable and I was pleasantly surprised that I felt nearly no discomfort or pain. Over the years I have had several dentists and a lot of work. Unfortunately, circumstances made me leave one dentist to find another that I could trust. Dr. Santos came up with a plan that would allow me to have a lot of work done, but fit into my busy schedule. I am now starting the second phase of my plan. I am soooo incredibly thankful for Dr. Aaron Santos, he has helped me over come my extreme fear of the Dentist. I had a bad experience a few years ago and was pretty traumatized. I was terrified to go back and since it had been a few years I was nervous, scared, and anxious to even walk through his door. Once I finally got the courage to do it he was extremely patient with me and explained everything in a way that I could understand. He didnt make me feel bad or embarrassed about how not going to the dentist for a number of years affected my teeth. He came up with treatment plan addressing the more serious issues that needed to be fixed first and then so on until everything was fixed and healthy. I just completed my last appointment of the treatment plan which was a marathon 2 ½ hours!!! Two months ago I could barely sit in that chair for an hour. It definitely shows how passionate and determined he is to provide the best care to each of his patients including the scared ones like myself. Everyone on the staff is extremely friendly, patient and welcoming. I would recommend Dr. Santos to anyone. The coolest part is that he is extremely easy to talk too. Weve even talked Giants baseball a number of times and it definitely made it easier to get through a few long appointments. I can’t say it enough how amazing he is and how thankful I am that I’m able to put my fear behind me and actually look forward to my next visit. Highly recommended!!!!!

My name is Rafael Diaz SrI had excruciating tooth pain with migraines and shooting pain up through my nose and was looking for a dentist, I had heard about Dr Santos on the radio. So I called the office trying to make an appointment. The office assistant I spoke to said with Medi-cal, they could not accept that insurance. I did explain that this insurance was temporary and my Delta Dental was coming back on, I tried to explain I had called my insurance and was told if they were to speak to Dr Santos office to verify the emergency they would authorize me to see him. She wouldnt do it and didnt offer to be self pay either. I told her I would come by the next morning to drop off paperwork explaining why I had been off for 1 year. I went the next morning to drop of the paperwork (birth and death cert of my little girl that passed from SIDS) for Dr Santos to review to explain why I was off for 1 year because I did not want to discuss over the phone, which is why I had Medi-cal and that I was going through depression. I learned when I got there that the one I had been speaking to prior was the office manager, which makes all of this worse. Also I had just started back to work so my benefits would be back on, as I have been with the union for 30 years. In seeing me face to face, they noticed now my upper lip was now puffed up too, I had asked for some ice for the pain and swelling. The manager said they could see me right away, but I said I had to go to work. After I emailed them too and after seeing me, its been over 1 month and It is sad that no one bothered to call me back or try to remedy the situation. From my perspective they do not care, show no sympathy or mercy, I dont think anyone in the office has kids/families with the way I was treated, they did not treat me like I mattered. I feel I was treated this way because they thought I was a MEDI-CAL case because they think I am beneath them and dont matter. Some times people go through things in their life they cant control, and wind up in bad situations or with Medical-cal. It doesnt mean I am any less than someone with private insurance.It turned out to be a serious infection that has taken over 1 month to heal, with drainage and will need to have a root canal. I plan to share my story with the radio stations too, like I told the office.

If you are anything like me, “avoid it like the dentist” might be a phrase you’ve stated at some point in your life. Insulting hygienists, embarrassing lectures, long delays in the waiting room, etc. who could blame us? After my nearly 15 years of irresponsible neglect (despite having annual dental plan benefits at my disposal), I decided to bite the bullet and chose Dr. Aaron Santos and haven’t looked back. Dr. Santos and EVERY single member on his team supporting him (front office staff, hygienists, dental assistants) could not be more friendly and professional. They use state of the art equipment, offer anxiety calming solutions if desired and set the standard for “chairside manner” They have set me back on track to responsible oral hygiene which is something I thought I had ruined forever. The amount of work I have required due to my own negligence has not been trivial and I can honestly say I actually ENJOY going to the dentist now. So much so I have reverted to “avoid it like the plague” when describing an unpleasant experience. A+++

I love Dr Aaron Santos and his staff, i have high anxiety when i go to the dentist and they make me feel very comfortable and make me feel as if i am the only patient there and all their attention is on me, the wait time is only a few min before they get me into the room and the staff are very kind and patient with me and Dr Santos takes his time and explains things and does not rush you,, he listens to all of my concerns and gives good feedback, I live in Hayward and i drive all the way to his office in Los Gatos because i trust all of them there in that office, his office deserves a lot more than 5 stars!!!!!
